Steps up were built on narrow sidewalk, did not even bother to clean the snow from sidewalk or parking lot, turned into sheer ice. Rusty Bathroom that needs serious attention. Breakfast was a joke. They bring you a plate with sampling of packaged processed junk and a boiled egg. Instant coffee and undrinkable tea.

Steps up were built on narrow sidewalk, did not even bother to clean the snow from sidewalk or parking lot, turned into sheer ice. Rusty Bathroom that needs serious attention. Breakfast was a joke. They bring you a plate with sampling of packaged processed junk and a boiled egg. Instant coffee and undrinkable tea.

Disappointing. We had decided to have a bit of luxury and spend a bit more than we usually do as it was the end of our trip, but this hotel did not match the price we paid. There was a smell from the bathroom drain, the water did not get away in the shower recess and the breakfast was ordinary. We chose somewhere else for our last night.

This is a beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, spotless and spacious room with large windows and king size comfortable bed. Its not far to walk to shops, eateries or the castle. We really enjoyed being there.
