16 of my family (11 kids, 5 adults) stayed here and the staff were nothing but friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to have a late check out due to kids napping, and even after checkout allowed us to use their bbq and pool facilities outside. Rooms were huge, and fit our family of 6 just fine. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Decided to stay here for the UCF "Space Game" this year. It was a great choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well maintained and comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but I used the hotel gym. It was very good for a hotel facility. This hotel is a great choicenfor anyone visiting UCF for either a football game, or visiting their child in school.

Rooms

Suites are spacious and quiet for many, with kitchenettes and full size fridges that work well for families or longer stays. Some note low water pressure or small showers, a tricky sliding bathroom door, dated or odd decor, and occasional mattress comfort issues.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The glasses used remained unwashed in the sink. But the card to tip the cleaner with the QR code was always laid on the corner of the bed The showers are actually small enough that a larger person would really struggle to shut the shower doors. And the actual decor had odd colors put together that did not make sense so far as compatibility. I'm all for playful or creative, but the colors chosen were a bit jarring. I would not enjoy a vacation at this hotel; fortunately, we were attending a conference and in the rooms very little. The "free" breakfast inncluded cold eggs and sausage. The most appetizing food was the waffles that could be made hot off the griddle.

But I didn’t make check out i have some stuff in the bathroom and time was 1055 and my check out time was 12 noon. Housekeeping manager said they already clean the room and i cant used again BUT I NEVER MAKE CHECK OUT and the front desk offered only a bottle of water I want its my room until the time i have right. They didn’t returned my room and ether my money. They have to learn customer service.

I had stayed at this hotel twice the first time was awesome; room was clean, staff was great, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding!!! The second time was so so. Only for the simple fact of the front staff came into my room while I was enjoying my family time with my grandkids at Disney. A note was left in the kitchen area with two bottled waters which one was busted thanking me for choosing Home2 suites as my choice of hotels. If I put a do not disturb sign on my hotel door that kindly
