Genel olarak memnun kaldığımı söyleyebilirim. Mevsim nedeni ile klimanın daha etkili çalışması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Odada ikram olarak sunulan su ile yıkanabilirdiniz, o derece sıcaktı. Personeller güleryüzlü ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. İçerisinde bulunan kebap evi saat 21.00 de kapanıyor; bilginize. Hotelin lokantasında Ali Nazik yedim porsiyon küçük olmasına rağmen çok lezzetli idi. Alkol olmaması benim için olumlu oldu.

Die Unterkunft war an sich ok außer das die Badetücher befleckt waren mit Lippenstift und das das beistellet direkt neben der Wand wo man jeden toilettenabzug sowie das ganze Wasser beim duschen hören kann somit eher weniger schlafen kann. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich muss nur bemängeln das der eine Ältere Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück und raus geschickt hat obwohl meine gros Eltern noch nicht fertig waren mit dem Frühstück. Die Räumlichkeit an sich war jedoch sehr schön und neu. Das Café was genau in der mitte der Hotel Anlage ist war auch sehr gros und vielfältig. Auch da war das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich würde hier nochmal hin kommen wenn ich in Gaziantep bin und würde es auch empfehlen.

Otel kesinlikle çok güzeldi. Oda geniş ve ferahtı. Son derece temiz ve sessizdi. Havalandırma yeterliydi. Güneş ışığı alıyordu. Otele erken gitmemize rağmen lobi görevlileri hızla girişimizi yapıp odaya yerleşmemize yardım etti. Son dere güleryüzlü ve profesyonellerdi. Hep açık hem kapalı otoparkı mevcuttu. Araba konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltısı son derece çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Biz çok memnun kaldık, yolumuz tekrar Antepe düşerse kesinlikle bu oteli tercih ederiz.

Das war das schlechteste 5 Sterne Hotel, was ich in der Türkei besucht habe. Das Zimmer war im Bad schmutzig. Am Bettkopf lag sehr viel Staub. Der Boden war sehr wellig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Zum Restaurant kann ich nichts sagen. Wir hatten eine Jenior Stuite.

No receptionist after midnight and they turn off the lights of lobby which makes me feel unsafe. Hotel staff using same elevator with gueast but they never let you get in elevator when they are using. Very unprofessional. I can not believe How they get 5 star!

No receptionist after midnight and they turn off the lights of lobby which makes me feel unsafe. Hotel staff using same elevator with gueast but they never let you get in elevator when they are using. Very unprofessional. I can not believe How they get 5 star!

Die Unterkunft war an sich ok außer das die Badetücher befleckt waren mit Lippenstift und das das beistellet direkt neben der Wand wo man jeden toilettenabzug sowie das ganze Wasser beim duschen hören kann somit eher weniger schlafen kann. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich muss nur bemängeln das der eine Ältere Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück und raus geschickt hat obwohl meine gros Eltern noch nicht fertig waren mit dem Frühstück. Die Räumlichkeit an sich war jedoch sehr schön und neu. Das Café was genau in der mitte der Hotel Anlage ist war auch sehr gros und vielfältig. Auch da war das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich würde hier nochmal hin kommen wenn ich in Gaziantep bin und würde es auch empfehlen.
