This property is 1/2 mile from the airport and has a continual shuttle to take you directly to your airline. You can park your car on their property. The staff is friendly and helpful and room is clean and comfy. We stay here every time we fly out of Fresno.

A perfect, family friendly location close to the airport. We would definitely stay again. Pool: Outside. Salt water. The kids had fun while the grownups sat in the hot tub. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Parking onsite. Great breakfast options. Our group of 7 ranged from a 4-year old to 67-year old.

Very clean, very friendly staff. My son and I went to Yosemite and we flew in and out of Fresno and stayed here for two nights I recommend staying there and will stay again. They are convenient to the airport, 3 minutes away, and provided a shuttle. They have a nice work out area, clean pool, and breakfast

Room was nice and roomy. I want to say it was clean because it was spotlessly clean BUT somehow, the room, possibly the sofa cushion reeked of urine. It was strong enough that everytime we entered the room, we couldn’t help but sniff around trying to from the source of smell and where it was coming from.

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Bedding was soft. Check-in was easy and clerk was friendly. Privided us two bottles of water, which was nice. Bathroom sink worked well and shower was great. I like that there were several hooks to hang towels. Inly complaint about the room is that the sliding barn door to the restroom would not stay closed. A simple hook closure would do the trick. The clerk was very nice when we checked out and advised of the issue. Breakfast was just okay, but it could've been just that day. Only stayed one night. I feel the parking is safe, as it is not riddled with any folks loitering about, and is well lit with other hotels in the immediate vicinity. We would choose to stay at this location again.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Speedy and friendly service. Wifi worked great. Kids enjoyed the pool. Super comfortable beds. The room itself has terrible lighting. Also the bathroom door doesn't lock. It's just a sliding door so I wasn't a fan. Breakfast had options but the taste was below average. Overall would stay again

There was a lot of banging from one of the rooms above mine. I realize this isnt controllable by the property and soundproofing after construction is a challenge but if its possible to quiet upper floors or better isolate lower ones that would be great. Staff did ask if i was OK with first floor, but at the time i assumed inter-floor noise wouldnt be an issue for a hotel next to an airport. I did find noise reduction for the door and windows to be ourstanding compared to other "soundproof" hotels. The room itself was very clean and well maintained. Staff were extremely polite.

The service at the Hampton Inn was top-notch. We left a set of Beats headphones in the room and the General manager reached out to me and we have them back now. That to me is just above and beyond service! The next time I’m in Fresno, I will definitely stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable. We were only there for one night, but it was a great experience.

I love Hamptons brand. This was clean and comfortable as expected. Service, should have been better. No hot water for tea at night and housekeeping that is not provided for less than 4 nights entered our room without knocking Twice! WTH!

The person at the reception was unfriendly. She had a somewhat angry attitude and I only found out about the information because I asked her, such as breakfast hours, internet password. I would not stay there again for that reason and I would not recommend the place either.

Location is convenient to Airport and Zoo, and overall very clean. Beds were comfortable and all linen/towels in good shape. Our room and floor was quiet but unfortunately, one of the handicap bars in the tub broke off (we reported it to the Front Desk) and the inner window shade cover did not close properly.

My experience was positive, the room looked and smelled clean. I like how modern the room looked. Loved the size and how comfortable the bed was. Second best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel, and definitely the best I’ve had for that price on the room. I would recommend it to anyone.

So close to the Fresno Airport. Less than a mile to the rental car return. Since we were leaving before free breakfast started, there were breakfast bags for free on the front desk with bagels and snacks. Great customer service to include the travelers who leave before breakfast.
