Great place for a night or two, spacious room with a couch (very firm), work space if needed, full size fridge, some dinnerware and a big sink. Reasonably comfy bed, but a very noisy AC unit. The coffee was very good and a wide ranging breakfast, noting fancy but far beyond continental.

Myself and 3 kids stayed for one night due to a sports competition. Overall, the place was very nice, convenient and clean. Breakfast was great. However, it was so loud. So, so loud. Doors banging all night, loud tv sounds, people talking in the halls. We had a studio suite setup so the bedroom was to the back of the room with the kitchenette and living room closer to the door. Didn’t make any difference. It sounded like it all was happening right in the room. Maybe it’s just a wall thickness issue or something. But since it was a sports trip, barely being able to sleep was quite an issue for us. We even had a sound machine and it didn’t help at all unfortunately. In the future we would try a different location solely due to this issue.

We had a several nights stay to visit family & friends. Our suite was quite generous in size with more than adequate amenities. Our only negative was the mattress was not very comfortable. We will note the bathroom fawcet & toilet paper holder were broken or improperly installed - disappointing for a recently opened facility.

This is obviously quite new. Upon arrival front desk staff has to be called to take care of check ins. Then, I was given a card that did not work. Then once in the room, I had to call the desk because the wifi in my room did not work. I think I ended up having to pay the $4.95 daily rate just to get on. I am a Hilton Honors member already. Atl breakfast the next morning (Saturday) the breakfast sandwhiches were gone by 8 a.m. I sat in the room working for an hour, and no more were replenished.

The first room they gave us had a 1.5 foot square hole in the ceiling above the shower. Assume they had a water leak. They gave us another room that the TV did not work. Staff was pleasant ant apologetic but no resolution for the inconvenience. Understand desk clerks don’t have the authority to make those decisions so we will see if the management decides to do something or just not care.

This Property was just what we wanted and. Then we stepped up to our counter. My bubble was popped bu the hotel management. That thought it was all right and over book capacity plus two. It really turned our fun filled weekend into a hurry up we had to catch up on the additional time that was imposed upon us.The whole weekend was affected with our hotel that we found ourselves in Altoona, Ia.Not Ankeny, Ia.Which our reservations and our conformation were rendered useless, we tried to make the best of the situation. I saw that expeddia had tried to give us a heads up of situation that a Hilton hotel and your company Expedia had allowed
