Make sure to read check in information. You need to check in on the other side of town. The people are very friendly but it is a bit of a drive. Our room smelled like a smoking room that hadn't been aired out all of the way. A bit on the dingy side. You DO NOT get water park passes, which was okay with us. The price is nice, but not sure the saving was worth it. The hot tub was awesome.

This was a terrible experience. We showed up to the hotel to find out we weren’t actually booked with Chula Vista and with a condominium company which meant waterpark passes weren’t included with our stay!! We ended up having to buy them separate. Chula had nothing to do with our room so when it came time for bed and we realized we didn’t have any blankets or sheets for the pull out couches we couldn’t get ahold of anyone with the condominium company to get any kind of services. The room also didn’t have any towels stocked, the dishes were dirty and their was food left in cabinets from the previous people staying here.

Wonderful 3 bed condo for our family trip to the dells. Plenty of space for hanging out and cooking. Rooms were spacious and there were 3 bathrooms (one in the master, another off the main living room, and the third in the other room that has 2 queens and a pull out couch). Also loved that this was a condo inside a hotel so there was daily trash pickup and you didn’t have to carry it out yourself to the dumpster. Not to mention, Noah’s Ark tickets were included! As far as management, I felt they did a great job. They called me to confirm we were still coming a week prior and on the day of check in they called again to offer me an express check in service that didn’t require me to go to the actual office to check in. (Note check in address is diff from the hotel) I got our room # and code # sent to me via text, which saved us a lot of time! Would definitely recommend this place for families!

We stayed over the weekend and even though the property was nice and the room layout was decent, the rooms lack of cleanliness is what will make us not go back. It was like they threw the room together before we came. Beds weren't neatly made. We opened the mini fridge to put stuff away and yhe freezer portion looked as if it hadn't been defrosted in years. We pulled out the ice tray and it had mold in it. My son and my allergies were awful in the room and once we left they subsided. But we coughed and blew our nose the entire time in the room. The shower wasn't cleaned. It served our purpose for the weekend but I don't think we will be going back. On a positive side, when we checked in on Friday June 28th, the girls in the office were awesome. And we received free passes to Noah's Ark.

The staff on the phone was not helpful they just kept telling us the address which we had. Dishes were not clean so we had to wash them before we could use them. Also we were not told what amenities we were allowed to us at the Chula Vista resort. The room was good overall but we were unable to locate the ice machine or the garbage and there was no map or directions in the room. Received free tickets to Noah Ark which was a nice surprised.

Got to the site and had no reservation. Was sent to another location 5 miles away to check in. Was told by someone one the phone that I needed a test with room number and access code. This should have been provided upfront. The fireplace was broken and so was the jacuzzi in the room. so much for a romantic anniversary

The space was great! The plug out bed sheet had a stain. The whirl pool had black stuff coming out I had to clean the Jets to it was disgusting! Some of the dishes was not clean all the way unfortunately

This place was the worse then a motel 6!! there was blood stains on the bed all the sheets were stained the oven door was broken not all the lites worked in the condo there was moldy shower curtains I called hotels.com and they stated to go down to the front desk which there was no one there I called the property management and they said they will send someone to our room and which we waited and no one ever showed up we were also supposed to get a balcony in our condo and there was not one it was a wknd of a mess never again

Didn’t know you had to check in at another location that wasn’t on the property and when we arrived the room was disgusting. The tubs were dirty, the kitchen sink had fresh food in it and the refrigerator had old dried food stains and the beds had bodily fluids left from the previous guests. We washed all of our bedding ourselves and bleached down each bathroom and the kitchen. When customer service was contacted there was no apology or anything. This was a very expensive 8 day vacation and you would expect the room to be cleaned properly. All the housekeeper did was lie and say that it was cleaned and inspected. Very disappointed!

The room was gross. Obvious water damage and dripping water from the floor above. The bathrooms were gross and the only washcloth was one used/dried hanging on the shower from a previous guest. Some sort of clicking inside the wall between the bathrooms. Yuck.

Hornets nest , broken slider screen door to patio, coffee maker had old coffee grounds from previous hotel guests. Shower handle broken cut my hand! Shower head dirty lime stone gross! Very very disappointed! Only good part was check in w Meghan.

The room was clean, but much larger than expected. I\'m not sure if they ran out of the room that I requested and that\'s why I got a larger room. I was ok with that part, however there was about less than half of a roll of toilet paper so I ran out toward the end of my stay. There was also no hand soap. I found that to be strange especially since there was shampoo. The signage on the property could be better as well. It was difficult to find the location of my room, especially since I arrived at night. The lock on the door was ok but there was a little "give" where the door could be slightly opened. The deadbolt needs to be lined up properly. Other than those minor details the room was good.

The room was pleasant, the only thing it had a weird smell when we entered the room. One of the lights in the bathroom(the master one) kept popping up when you were trying to use the bathroom, you had to hold it for a couple seconds to keep the light on. Other than that, our family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

I had a Bad Experience!!!! The tvs all had no cabel for all 3 days of my stay. The main living room fire place did not light up. The fireplace in my bedroom master king made loud bang sounds when turned on. The double queen bedroom had a missing lamp shade. THE Light above the jacuzzi tub did not work! The light in the jucuzzi tub did not work...... The hair dryer on the wall did not work ..... And i was told they would call me back and try to do something and yet never received a call.... The unit is what they call a 3rd party unit and it was a 2 bedroom 1 king 2 queens unit and sofa sleeper at chula vista resort .chula vista will not fix the unit because it is not theres and they tell you to contact the 3rd party you rented it from.. if you do rent a unit i strongly suggest going threw chula vista directly. I very rarely write reviews But I wanted to make sure someone else does not waste there vacation money and time with this place as they do not care if anything works...
