Stayed 2 nights

Seemed a little run down compared to other places. There was an air conditioner right above the entrance that was dripping and it created a puddle that people were slipping on. Inside could use some better cleaning and the mattresses need some updates. Overall it was an ok place to stay for the duration of our trip

Absolutely the worst stay ever. When we first checked in they said they would text us with room number. 3.5 hours later still no text,, mind you we checked in at the correct time (4pm) I finally called and they gave us the room number. We were able to get into the room, put down some of our stuff then went to the car to grab the rest (we were staying for a few days) we tried to get into our room again and they wristbands and keys weren't working. We called and because our IDs and stuff were locked inside the room they said they couldn't do anything. I asked for a manager and they gave us new wristbands and keys. Well those didn't work either. We the contacted the police because the people at check in said it would be hours until maintenance could get us in our room. We didn't have our driver's license or credit cards nothing! Police showed up and had them MAKE SURE that the wristbands and keys would work this time. Unfortunately some of our stuff was gone through and someone had taken one of our cards and drivers licenses. Files a report and didn't stay the few nights we had, but made sure to get a refund directly from the property!! NERVR AGAIN!! We weren't the only people that had issues getting into their rooms either! We were the only ones that ended up calling the police

Stayed 3 nights

To start let’s describe how this “resort” is arranged. You have the main campus that has the waterpark and theme park with a hotel, then they bought up all the surrounding mom and pop motels and have them as part of the resort. The place is dirty, unkept and most of the patrons of this establishment, have very little manners so when you have very thin walls and wood floors that are in the mom and pop 1960s style motels every little sound travels from room to room we were kept up until 2 in the morning. We did call the front desk they sent out security but it didn’t help much, we didn’t want to keep complaining because we didn’t want to become a target. We had three rooms within 24 hr period, the first room the bed sheets were stained with a pee like stain, the second room was the one that we were up until 2 am then we went to the third room that was supposedly the premiere room but was not clean and the place had no amenities. The hotel Rome which is part of the main compass is not clean, we were there for three days and the elevator and hallways were never cleaned and had not been cleaned for some time. The furniture in the lobby is tattered and torn. They do not have people to clean your rooms while you were there in order to get additional towels you were supposed to leave your dirty ones outside the door and they will leave you clean ones outside the door on the dirty carpet. Or in the instance of the 1960s motel style outside your door, which is outside of the building

Stayed 2 nights

The accommodations we received were completely different from what was advertised and promised during the booking process. We were given two different locations, and the property turned out to be a motel, not the hotel I reserved. I feel that this was misleading and a complete rip-off, and I have never experienced anything like this.
