This hotel is a dump. Everything is filthy and nothing works. The pool and common areas are falling apart, cigarette butts and beer cans lying around. Thistles growing on the pool area. pool is dirty and moldy and falling apart. Neither hot tub worked, the waterfall didn't work. Rooms are disgusting, and doors banging all night/day.

Staff was very friendly. The room is clean, but needs a update. The patio screen door would not open.

Hotel is an older facility. It was a little worn but was clean. Only there for a one night stay and room served our purpose at a very reasonable price. Pools were nice and fun for the kids to play in. Indoor pools areas were so warm it was hard to breath so ended up at there outdoor pool.

I chose to stay here because it was one of my favorite hotels to stay in the Dells when I was a kid but it is pretty run down now. The balconies have old stained carpet, warped boards, and moss growing in places it shouldn't be. I'm not sure how this place is considered a Waterpark...it may have multiple pools but the kiddie slides are in desperate need of TLC as the finishing has rubbed off in places and would cut or tear skin. They advertise that the pool is open late but I don't consider 9pm to be a late pool time. There are no lights on at the outdoor pool in the evening. The hot tub was taped off. The waterfall by the mermaid outside by the pool that I remembered as a kid is no longer in operation. There were holes in the ceilings in the hallways by the ice dispensers and it looked like mold was growing. Hotels.com advertises that Waterpark tickets to Noah's Ark are included and when I asked the staff about it, I was told they don't include Noah's Ark tickets anymore. On the positive side of things, my room was clean and the whirlpool tub worked...although the jets weren't very strong. I wish this place had better upkeep. I am sad to say I don't think I would stay here again.

This property is in disrepair. The room smelled musty and the carpet seemed very damp. Had the A/C running to try and dehumidify the room but it didnt help. Carpet was stained up. Especially the balcony carpet. Kids area of the indoor pool was pretty run down. 1 of the slides was wrapped in caution tape. The indoor pool bar resembled a ghost town. Completely closed and stripped of everything. Everything seemed very old and run down or beat up. The only good thing was the pool water was very warm and the kids loved it. Spend the extra money for something better
