Check in was quick and easy which was great but the room they put us in was just really noisy we got very little sleep due to loud noise throughout the night. We could hear the people above of us stomping around and then whenever a room around us flushed their toilet we could hear it as well. Their was also an annoying flashing light that would go off every 15 mins in our room we had to put a towel over it to block it from bugging us while we tried to sleep. We found the room to as have not been cleaned that well specially the bathrooms.

Everything went well except that the room #113, which was assigned to us, had a bed headboard and the 3-compartment sink of the breakfast area backroom on both sides of the partition wall. So sounds of utensils being washed at 5.30 am disturbed our sleep. We checked in around 10.30 pm and went to bed around 1.30 am after finishing some office work for the next day meeting. However, the Manager understood our concern and apologize for the inconvenience. Manager also gave us a follow up call

The hotel is old and felt old. The beds sagged. But most importantly the air in the room was loud and alternated between freezing and stifling. And it turned off completely whenever we fell asleep. We would wake up on a sauna and have to turn the air down again. Seems crazy to me. Will not stay here again. The staff were kind though.

Front desk was horrible. They let a very loud group of people party and drink in the lobby until 10:30. Kids running up and down the hall yelling and screaming. I let it go until a little after 10pm then called the front desk to complain. It still went on for another 20 minutes. Very unprofessional!!

Paper thin walls. Our neighbors to the side of us and above us had children and they were running around so much that our room was shaking. Not just noise but actual vibration disturbances. Called multiple times but staff didn’t suggest a new room, just that there would call, which did not solve the problem. Don’t put children on the top floor!
