Staff are widely described as friendly and accommodating, with occasional lapses in responsiveness or communication. Cleanliness varies from very clean rooms to reports of dust, stained or smoky linens, and maintenance issues. Rooms are basic to dated, with intermittent air conditioning or heating, some small layouts, occasional odors, and spotty in-room Wi-Fi.
