Condesa Suites

The neighborhood is really easy to walk everywhere, quiet, surrounded by many parks, coffee shops, restaurants and very close to Chapultepec park, and reforma avenue. This is our fourth time we stay here as parking is also included.

This was the smoothest stay I have had. We were a family of 3 in the 2 bedroom (Family Suite). Check in was super quick, the hotel was always responsive, even when our flight was delayed. Very safe, 24/7 guard and gate. We had a stroller and they always opened the door to the ramp before we could ring the bell. There is an elevator and nice view of CDMX. Great Location, near by food, area around felt very safe/calm/quiet. Very walkable. Would stay here again. This place is not 5 star quality, but you can't beat the great experience for the price.

Note that you'll need to leave your car and ring the bell for the garage door to be opened every time you enter the garage. Also, be aware that the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, hair dryers, or clothing irons, so plan accordingly.

Lovely spacious apartment . Good value and great location . Could do with a little updating . Not sure why you have to ring a bell and be allowed access through an iron gate every time you pop out . Seems a bit dated considering the area . Come on at least give guests a key to come and go as leisure . Sadly it would put me off staying again .

Good value, commensurate to price. A bit outdated but very clean and in good area. You feel safe with aroung the clock security and area is very walkable. Restaurants and bars a short walk away. The enclosed parking was a great perk for me as a I rented a car to sightsee. Not the most comfortable bed.

Al prinicipio me quejé de que no me abrían pero el wey era yo porque estaba tocando en otra propiedad que no era. La atención del personal es de 10. Lo unico malo es que no me contestaban el teléfono cuando buscaba encontrar el lugar, por ello terminé tocando en otro lugar que no era. Pero fuera de eso todo excelente, incluso dejaron que mi auto se quedara en el estacionamiento por unas horas más después de mi check out.

Muy cómoda, súper ubicación, con estacionamiento muy cómodo también, todo bien

Mi novio y yo estamos encantados, era el lugar que queríamos, lugar donde pudiéramos estacionar el carro y que estuviera seguro, habitaciones limpias, con cocina, horno, refrigerador y que te pusieran otros cosas como platos, licuadora cafetera nos gusto mucho, volveremos a ir en un futuro.

This is a 50 room hotel that has an intimate feel. Its not a new building but everything is in good shape and it looks, smells and feels very clean everywhere (lobby, hallways, room, etc). This is a nice residential neighborhood with excellent restaurants within 50 feet. There is also a to go tamale shop (Flor de Lis) and coffee shop within 100 feet. 24 hour person at the front desk who regulates who can come in. I would definitely stay here again.

Es la segunda vez que estamos en ese lugar La 1a vez era un loft muy limpio Sábanas limpias edredón de pluma almohadas cómodas . Perooo la segunda vez terriblemente sucio Toallas rotas percudidas sábanas sucias al igual que la colcha los cobertores a mi parecer deberían estar salidos de la tintorería o mínimo en bolsa de plástico presentables y calientitas para la estación del año Los pisos muy sucios no deben permitir qué pidan dinero las personas de limpieza porqué ni hacen el aseo bien.Estuvimos tres dias y ninguno día se vio limpio y la noche no es barata para haber rentado ese departamento tipo airb&b No lo recomiendo !

Es un lugar muy limpio, super tranquilo y las vistas desde pisos superiores son bonitas. Es muy fácil de llegar y tiene muchos restaurantes cerca para comer, pero también hay un Walmart cerca para comprar más como despensa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para estancias cortas y largas también

Overall, it is okay. Missing sharp knives in a kitchenette. Towels are no longer white.

Excelente limpieza y trato del personal

Bien ubicada, se siente muy segura, la habitación que nos toco olía mucho a polvo, había un hueco en la regadera y entraba aire frío, el cancel de la regadera se atoraba tuvimos que reportarlo.

Friendly staffs, the room was very clean.

The hotel has quite a few rooms. It's well marked and the front desk host was lovely. It's wonderful to have a kitchen and cozy beds with tv in each bedroom. The shower was hot and super clean. I'm a female travelling alone and felt completely safe in the area. I will stay here again, gracias!

We Ubered to the hotel so no parking was needed. Room was very clean. There was 24 hr security, which made us feel safe.

Las fotos concuerdan con las Suites, buena ubicación, excelente limpieza, cama y muebles cómodos; en general lo que ofrece concuerda con el precio, el cual por la zona es accesible. Sin dudarlo volvería a hospedarme.

Generalmente mi esposa y yo nos agrada quedarnos en estas suites. Lamentablemente en esta ocasión, no fue una estancia grata: -amenidades limitadas (1 jabón y un frasquito de shampoo para dos días) -No agua caliente en la ducha -no papel higiénico (tuvimos que comprarlo en tienda de conveniencia) Espero que los responsables de las suites corrijan este tipo de errores, porque en general siempre había sido muy grata la experiencia en sus instalaciones.

Internet no funcionó. La llave se desprogramó 2 veces.

Close to the city. Walking distance. Clean room. The massive ÷ where: 1 no aircondition 2 very noisy. The backyard had a sentral of some sorts, kept me awake...

Excellent location - quiet and safe neighborhood, very well-lit at night. We loved the suite style - mini fridge, sink, burner that we didn't use, microwave that we did. Had coffee cups, glasses, plates, utensils, dining table and chairs, comfy sofa that looked like a futon. Shower was hot and had great pressure, bedroom had room darkening curtains. Perfect for a couple! Within walking distance: Walmart, Oxxo, Tacos Don Juan, The Backyard restaurant, Lardo restaurant. About 1 km from Chapultepec Metro stop and entrance to Chapultepec Park (Bosque de Chapultepec). Very quiet area, if you want more nightlife/noise, you may need to Uber.

The room was very spacious and the bed quite comfortable. Quiet location, close to many restaurants.

I loved this place except for the fact that the internet was not very good. I called the Front Desk once and they never picked up. I had to come down and, suprisingly, someone was there. So it all made me think they didn't want to talk to me. At any rate, the apartment was good and quiet. Very close to lots of restaurants and Reforma is very close by. I will definetely stay here again.

Es la tercera ocasion que nos hospedamos en condesa suites, para nuestra mala suerte esta vez elegimos un habitacion diferente, la cual no nos termino de agradar, el bano estaba demaciado cerca de la regadera y la hacia muy dificil de usar, tambien cabe mencionar que esta vez no habia sillon en la habitacion. lo cual es raro por que en todas las demas si contaban con el.

Great place to stay near Chapultepec. Only issue is its acoustics… thin walls make you hear everything happening in the room next to you and sometimes in other floors. Otherwise, excellent.

Lo único que cambiaría serían las almohadas, ya que parecen rocas. Hace falta ventilador, ya que hace mucho calor. Sugiero poner tapones para el ruido de otros cuartos.

Todo muy bien, Excepto la cama, colchón cómodo pero la estructura de madera cruge y rechina al menor movimiento,lo que lo hizo molesto para dormir, todo lo demás, bien.

We always stay here visiting CDMX, but this time our experience was a little different. We realized no towels were placed in our room after arriving late from dinner, we requested this at the small reception but the security didn’t believed us. I told him he could go and check (with a surprised face) he mentioned that he will try to find some towels for us. After a few minutes he showed up with 2 body towels and asked me again if I was sure there were no towels, and I assured him and proceed to hand me the towels. Next morning I requested to get the rest of the towels and change the body towels as we used the body towels to face wash, hand wash, the security stated that towels are only replaced every 3 days (I usually understand this and do not request towel change everyday) stating that we got towels until 12:30am at night and we already used those towels, when returned to the room found out they left the same towels (that were in the floor) and only added face towels. This was not a good experience, after several visits to this hotel visiting Mexico City. Other than that hotel rooms are spacious, clean and hotel is well located.

Está muy bien ubicada, lo único malo es que a veces el de la puerta no está y te tienes que esperar un rato para que te abran y entrar al hotel

Usualmente solo rento hoteles para dormir, no me quejo de nada, pero este hotel no sirve ni para dormir. Es más frío que afuera, las toallas huelen mal, no hay presión de agua, agua caliente es una opción que tarda mucho, el personal no es tan amable y al final no pueden dar un servicio extra aunque se los pidas de favor. Hice check Out a las 10am y les pedí dejar mi carro por más tiempo, me dijeron que no aunque tenían muuuuucho espacio, no lo recomiendo ni para dormir, pueden buscar y encontrar mejores opciones.

Todo bien, como siempre, en Condesa Suites, salvo la persona que está en front desk Que al ser un guardia de seguridad no cuenta con la capacitación, ni el conocimiento para atender al cliente. Insistía en que mi reservación no estaba pagada, se puso me dio grosero hasta que verificó bien y, en efecto, estaba pagada por haberlo hecho con ustedes. No pidió disculpa, ni nada. Deberían de poner a otra persona en esa posición o capacitar a los guardias de seguridad para tratar face to face con huéspedes.

Condesa Suites is in a really great location. It is accessible, close to Parque España and near a shared bike station, where you can bike around the city. Plus a ton of delicious restaurants. I'd recommend staying here if you have some spanish speaking skills, especially if you have any questions after 5pm, the security guards tend to only speak spanish. The staff was nice and helpful. They answered any questions I had and were very accommodating. The place isn't incredibly fancy, but it has everything you need, a bed, amazing water pressure and a kitchenette. Definitely would stay again.

Un pequeño hotel, tranquilo y seguro, con muchas conveniencias: zonas para caminar, excelentes restaurantes, bares, cafés. Con facilidad de comunicación.
