The bed mattress sits on a slab, so its a bit uncomfortable. The housekeeping was mediocre and not deep thorough cleaning. it served its purpose while we were in town but could've been better. When I booked, their prices were attractive. Which is why I went with Super 8. Probably will not book there again though. It wasn't a terrible experience, it could've been better.

Upon arrival, the hotel appeared clean and the front desk staff was friendly. However, the smell of the hotel is awful!! I think there were people cooking in their rooms. Also, children were running up and down the halls at all times of the day and night. Very annoying. I love coming to Taos, but I will not stay at this property again.

The door lock in our unit was broken. The outside parking lot was trashy, in the back unit of the room outside the window was a tent with someone living in it. So you didn’t want to have the curtain opened because that was your view. Noise off and on in the hall ways that disturbed your sleep. If your looking for a relaxing experience-I would not recommend. For the price and what you see when you look at their website is NOT what you get! VERY OLD and run down hotel.

Holes in the ceiling where it looks like water had dripped through and the ceiling was never repaired.

Stayed 1 night

I had one of the most horrific experiences. It looks like there were some rogues in a room a few doors away from mine. Suddenly, in the middle of the night, they started banging on doors and making a lot of noise. I called the front desk, and he said he hadn’t heard anything. I’m sure he was lying, because I could hear the phone ring very clearly when I called at front desk. He did show up and it looked like he asked the people to calm down, but I was scared and couldn’t sleep the whole night. When I checked out in the morning, the front desk staff very casually said they weren’t sorry, and didn’t even offer a refund.”
