Exterior walkways and stairways are filthy and slum-like. Scary to walk through alone at night. Front facade is beautiful, but it is a misleading facade. Rooms are dingy, and have zero electrical outlets for personal devices. Bathroom seemed clean, but previous guests’ used towels were still hanging there. Sofa in our room was so dirty that we wouldn’t even allow any of our belongings to touch it. Laundry room prominently posts info about $1 wash, but machines refuse to operate until $1.50 is inserted.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. If there had been an armchair in the room it would have been perfect. The shared outside patio was nice with a gorgeous view of the mountains. We liked having the bar and restaurant on site.

I left my earrings in the room and have called and asked if they would mail them back to me, they aren't expensive but my dad bought them for me. Still waiting to hear. The staff was hard to understand and it does not have a full bar, just wine and beer. So that was a little deceiving. The location was good, The rooms were super clean.

We were less than pleased with our stay at this property. Not only were the pictures of the room not representative at all of what we agreed upon, but the room was very tired and in disrepair. From the very dated bedspreads and furniture to the poorly applied paint, holes in the wall, and rusty areas. This is not what we signed up for. The property should be ashamed, and Hotels.com should do a better job vetting their partners.
