En general es un buen hotel, lastima que reporte que el aire acondicionado tenía una Gotera y su solución fue "tener la temperatura en 20" lo puse en ese temperatura y aun así seguía, los 2 días de estancia estuvimos sin aire acondicionado por las noches, afortunadamente no estaba haciendo demasiada calor

La habitación estaba muy amplia, la cama cómoda y almohadas, el jaccuzzi excelente, muy amplio. El cable fallaba, la ultima noche de plano no hubo cable. Lo que si es que cierran la entrada principal a las 7 pm y si quieres salir tienes que hacerlo por el estacionamiento, el cual no tiene salida para ir caminando, solo la rampa de entrada y salida para los autos y tuve una caida espantosa.

Desde el dia anterior cuando hice la reservación llame telefonicamente para comunicarles que llegaría despues de la media noche hice más de diez intentos en diferentes horarios y nadie atendio mi llamada. La noche de mi llegada a la 12:30 la señorita de recepción se mostro disgustada, como si le molestara que llegaramos a esa hora, el papel que me dio para registrar mi llegada decia una noche cuando yo había pagado anteriormente mi reservación por dos noches. llevabamos mucho equipaje y tuvimos que subir cargandolo por las escaleras porque el elvador estaba descompuesto, al parecer desde hacia ya tiempo.En la habitación no había agua para tomar ni in vaso, las toallas de baño viejisimas, la cama dura. Supongo que hace algún tiempo el hotel era aceptable pero ahora esta muy descuidado, sin el mantenimiento adecuado. yo viajo mucho a veces me he hospedado en hoteles con la mitad de la tarifa de este hotel y estaban mejores y con buena atención de su personal.

Cómodo y de fácil acceso. El estacionamiento excelente y la información que te brindan los empleados es clara. Muy céntrico y bien conectado con vias y medios de transporte. Buena relación costo-beneficio. Sin duda, una gran opción dentro de la gran CDMX.

It’s the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel in Mexico that is truly disgusting and really disappointing. I just hope that if anyone is thinking about staying at this hotel because of the price, they don’t do it and read the reviews first. The hotel is dirty, full of cockroaches, has very poor service, and I’m very disappointed with it.

Lo que no me gustó es que en la habitación hay un solo contacto eléctrico y ninguno en o cerca de la cabecera de la cama, y según me informaron así están todas las habitaciones. Por otro lado, no hay espacio en la regadera para colocar el jabón o la jabonera. Estuve en la habitación 302.

Es un hotel bueno pero no han invertido en camas, cobijas ni almohadas en años y ahora si ya se siente lo incómodo para dormir. Creo deberían cambiar mínimo de almohadas y cobijas por que les ponen unas fundas plastificadas súper incómodas.

El hotel esta a un lado del Viaducto. Si te asginan habitación con ventana a la calle no podrás dormir por el ruido. En todo lo demás estas bien el hotel y la zona está rodeada de restaurantes.

El Check-in fue complicado porque no encontraban la reservación en su sistema apesar de que les mostraba el número de reservación. La señorita del mostrador me dijo que el número de reservación a ella no le servía de nada. Me sentía muy cansado y la demora en el mostrador de la entrada, antes de que me asignarán la habitación, fue muy incómoda.

Oportunidad de mejora: El día de mi check out (DOMINGO) a alguien se le ocurre llamar a mi habitación a las 8:20am solo para informarme que tenía que dejar la habitación a las 11am. Por la hora y día obvio mi familia y yo estábamos durmiendo!!! Todos nos despertamos de golpe al sonar el ring del teléfono. Creo no es necesario llamar al huésped a esa hora en domingo solo para decirnos eso??? Recomiendo desconectar el teléfono si se van a hospedar ahí porque al parecer NO tienen empatía o sentido común en ese aspecto. Por mi parte Debut y despedida con ese hotel.

Casi sufro un asalto camino a centro comercial Parque Delta. Enfrente por Monterrey hay inmigrantes y es un riesgo. Eso son los alrededores. El hotel sin duda tuve una excelente estancia de negocios.

If you come with a car, the Hotel is great because it is situeted on a very big traffic- never-ending-street, but without a car to reach the convenient Metro/ Subway station, you have to walk at least 15 min. to find the Metro station Medical Center. You will walk by side a lot of traffic and smock and big shopping Centers and Malls where you find everything at high prises. On the other hand when you walk on the other side of the Hotel, 2 blocks up and cross a Viaduc, you will find very near the neighborhood Roma with very pleasant cafés, bakeries and restaurants, beautiful smelling trees and quiet streets.
