Be careful when you stay here my truck was broken into the parking lot is not well lit. There is no security no security cameras. The place is nice but I will never stay here again because of the theft and there’s no preventative measures put in place like security cameras or anything

We stayed here after going to the Glen Ivy spa, and playing the Glen Ivy Golf Club. The service was amazing. The included breakfast was solid. The pool was nice, clean and not crowded. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants which was very nice. Trader Joe's is right next door wick was super helpful since the room has a refrigerator, kitchen , etc. The only draw back on this hotel were the towels. The towels were thin, small and hard, in both the room and the pool. Outside of that, it was great.

Great location. Room was very spacious. Full kitchen. Free parking. Lots of shopping in walking distance. Outdoor patio with fire pit was nice. Very clean. Staff was great.

It was spanking new and was delightful to stay in. it also has a rowing machine which I really appreciated. The staff took on many roles and made the hospitality work very well.

Definitely overrated. Room 318 has a dirty stained-up carpet. The cover was off the air conditioner and although I booked to Queens they gave me one king. Not terrible but definitely very average and my room in particular was below average

I talked to the manager in charge regarding the disgusting appearance of the shower floor. It was pealed and looked worn out. My bed smelled like the person before me was still there since the odor was still on the pillow case. I slept on my daughter’s bed since I was too tired to complain that night about it. Overall all, my experience was very unpleasant.

Unfortunately there was food in the microwave that was left from previous guest. The smell from the spoiled food was over powering and should have been noticed by anyone properly cleaning a room.

I booked a suite room for both my fiancé and mine bday.. the room was kinda falling apart.. there was obvious damage to the walls leading into the bathroom. The ac was not working well, the room was stuffy. We had to ask the front desk for multiple items that were missing from the room.. like the ice bucket.. the stay was not really what we were used to.. as we’ve stayed in multiple home 2 suite location. The staff couldn’t be more uninterested in helping. We stood and had to wait 5 mins while the front desk reception decided he was done with his conversation with other employees.. where the other employee had to actually keep telling him people were trying to check in. The breakfast buffet was rapidly running out of food and drinks. When we addressed this with the breakfast host.. she refilled one thing then would disappear for long periods of time. Then only refilled 1 beverage option.. needless to say.. we ended up having to go off property to get breakfast. For the price of this stay I’d rather stay farther and get better treatment from staff. Unfortunate…

In room constant air filter runs without being able to shut off. We couldn’t sleep through the noise, terrible. So we disconnected the fuse after front desk at midnight told us it never shuts off. This was the only thing that was wrong with this property.

The hotel is in a nice area with a Trader Joe’s right across the street. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the room had a mini kitchen wit a stovetop and dishwasher, which I wasn’t expecting. Overall positive experience

Everything was excellent, except that my room was right next to the elevators, so i could constantly here the elevator equipment which was extremely loud and annoying. Besides that the property was excellent.

Wonderful quality & variety to FREE breakfast. Large well laid out suite with just about everything you could need. big fridge, nice selection in room of coffees & teas. plenty of closet space, high, end shampoos, conditioner, body lotions, etc... Excellent AC & heating system for room. Large TV, luxurious shower... Friendly staff. 10+ we will be back!

the hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious and clean the beds are not comfortable at all you can feel the springs and the bed is hard also the pillows are horrible they need to be thrown away and get new ones they do not fluff at all. I stayed 2 nights and did not get good nights rest and woke up with stiff neck and back.

I honestly thought this was going to be a very meek hotel but i was incredibly surprised by this location. I came for the hot springs to relax and im happy to say that i was able to enjoy my relaxation at the hotel. The beds and pillows were comfy and the AC was on full blast which was heaven sent. The couple of things that will knock down the rating are 1) the bathroom door was a sliding door with a huge gap to where you can see someone in the shower and 2) the tv placement was awkward in the 2 queen bedroom to where the person near the window would not be able to see the tv comfortably. I will be staying here again in 2 months and im hoping that perhaps it was just that one bedroom. This hotel is very close to the shopping center and Glen Ivy. I highly recommend Hilton but the Staybridge is good as well. Bring a bathing suit and workout clothes. The gym is nice and the pool is spacious. No jacuzzi though. Elevator works well.

Beautiful property and amenities that are ideal for the active traveler. Unfortunately, on arrival the staff couldn't log in to the computer despite trying 3 monitors. There was a long delay while she attempted to access the system (meanwhile, I was calling other area hotels for a new reservation elsewhere.) Room was great. Next morning at the breakfast area, two staff members had a heated argument in the lobby. Awkward to watch as a guest. One staff was assisting with the food setup and being generally helpful. The other, was refusing his help, accusing him of rushing her, demanding he "respect my time." Only 1 of 3 staff members I encountered during my single night stay seemed motivated for the stay to be restful and pleasant for the customer.

They couldn't find my reservation and told me they were booked up even though I received multiple emails stating that we were registered and they even took my money for the room. I had to fight to get them to dig into the issue. and then the place was dirty!

This has been the best hotel by far that I have ever stayed at. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious! However, the best part of my trip was Dennis. Such a caring and genuine person who remembered both my boyfriend and I by name! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Asked for the room to be cleaned. Called the front desk to confirm. They stated that it would be cleaned. Came back later and the room was not cleaned as promised. Spoke to the Asst. General Manager and he stated they only clean rooms for stays longer then 4 days. He could not explain why I was told differently. Very Poor Customer Service

Upon post 3pm arrival no rooms were cleaned and we were asked to return later, they didn’t want to check us “into dirty rooms” we asked if this guaranteed us room and they said our reservation did that. No it didn’t we were checking in at 4:30pm well after the published check in time yet no rooms. Then to really add insult Housekeeping was skipped the entire 4-day stay! On the 3rd day I went to the front desk and complained. We received clean towels and trash removal. Total nightmare why they didn’t clean while we were away from the room all day long then expect to clean our room at night after we returned, absolutely ridiculous. Hotel has free breakfast, don’t eat there the food is questionable for food safety. The area around the hotel is fun, great restaurants, fabulous entertainment but the hotel is terrible.

My wife and I stay here whenever we're in So Cal and have to be in the Riverside/Corona area. Staff is awesome, breakfast is hot, good and helps get the day started. It's conveniently located in a nice little shopping center with about half a dozen restaurants within walking distance and next door to Trader Joe's.

I felt very at home. I love the full kitchen I had. I had booked a suite and I was like I was at my own apartment. Staff is great, kind, very helpful. Breakfast was amazing!!! Very convenient to get around. Highway right around the corner. Enjoyed taking a stroll down to Dos Lagos. Great vibes. Not to mention a Trader Joe’s right next door.

Clean, convenient, and fairly priced. Stayed here as a home base to LA and Anaheim. It required getting on the road early to avoid traffic but ended up much more pleasant than staying directly in LA.
