Actually pleasantly surprised with this property. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The walls in the room could use some cleaning. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. The only downside is you can hear folks that are upstairs above your room or running up and down the hallway. And if you’re on the second floor and there’s a bunch of teenagers staying at the hotel like when I was there, you’ll hear the gym door slam about 50 times late into the night. Otherwise, everything was great. It’s just unfortunate that teenagers were running around inside the hotel, slamming the doors until 11 PM and their parents weren’t parenting.

I booked this hotel room and rate specifically for a whirlpool tub. The whirlpool was out of service and has been for months according to the hotel staff. The listing I booked did not match what I was given, however I paid for it. Can you adjust my rate?

This property is just okay overall. Arrived late Friday night around 10 pm and female staff at front desk (only person) was friendly. They donot have smart tv, no streaming tv service. Breakfast has so little options and hours are 6 to 9:30 am, and we got there at about 8:45 am, but staff lady doesn't replenished many items that were empty. Parking lot on Saturday night was maxed out and some people had to park pathway by the check-in front office.

The staff at the front desk was great! She is was considerate, asked me about my stay, and I felt welcomed. Unfortunately that was the best part of my stay. The hotel looks run down from the outside and appears to possibly be somewhere people are staying in between places. I did not feel safe as it is tucked away behind the freeway. My room was somewhat modern but smelled like cleaning products ( which a lot of hotels do when you first walk in) but this place more than usual. It was very humid in my room and curtains were pretty dated. The air conditioner was super loud all night and my room was right next to the freeway so I heard the train and freeway all night. The door in the room had a hatch lock and being a solo female traveler on the second floor, it was just not safe. They really need to add a deadbolt there. The wifi was good but the tv was super old. The bed was fantastic as all holiday inn bedding is! I would not stay here again.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Grounds were well maintained and easy freeway access. As for my room, the TV remote didn't work properly, coffee maker didn't work and someone hawked a massive lugie on the wall and housekeeping failed to clean it prior to our checkin. I've stayed at the location before and didn't have issues. That said, still not a bad place.

The hotel was nice, service was great & the breakfast was good but unfortunately the bed had bugs. Woke up with bug bites all over my arms the next morning so was very disappointed since I had stayed due to not feeling week & needed a goods nights rest.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the cleanliness of the room was sub par. There was urine from another guest at the base of the toilet and hair clippings on the floor. Grossed us out.

As far as being comfortable, I have no complaints. My biggest gripes are that it was noisy and the overall cleanliness of the room. The jetted tub in the room was less than clean. One of the covers of the jet was missing, revealing a dark and grimy coating. I fear what may have been underneath all the others. There was a dark colored coating on the underside of the tub drain as well, which I was careful not to touch. I would imagine that with charging extra for a room with a tub like that that there would be proper cleaning implemented. The blinds in the room were also filthy and stained. The remote for the TV had dirt crusted into it and the phone was also very dirty. I didn’t touch them to avoid whatever was lurking behind. I know that rooms are not cleaned every day but when they are, it’s hoped that they would be done so in detail to avoid spreading disease and mold.

We got in late and slept right away. We woke up and found ants all over in the bathroom area. We packed up and decided to grab breakfast and go ASAP. Pancake machine wasn’t working. Apple juice was very watered down (We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express 2 nights prior, so we immediately noticed the difference). I would not stay here ever again. The front desk was not surprised to hear about the ants. They said sorry and basically shrugged their shoulders.

The place was great as far as comfort and very clean HOWEVER…. We were not able to get much sleep! The person upstairs from us sounded like they had a kid running all night and loud music. You can hear the loud traffic from the highway all night long. I would never stay here again. It was just too loud even if the people upstairs would finally stop running around or doing cartwheels whatever they were doing the highway is just so loud and it doesn’t matter what room you get the hotels are very small location in the angle your at each room. Staff was quite unwelcoming. No greeting upon arrival and when we requested bedding, the response we got was, "Well come down and get it". It\'s a shame though because the property was decent for a last minute overnight stay. Don\'t be fooled by the "suite". It is just a average room, no suite at all.

The suite we stayed in was spacious enough for 2 adults, 2 children, and a baby. It was clean. My kids (7 and 4 years old) loved the big king size beds. The bathroom was standard size. There was a microwave and fridge. Everything was clean. The room was next to the gym so it was a bit noisy at night around 10-11pm. Our view from the window was to the parking lot and the freeway. The only issue was on Saturday night where we were heading up to our room and waiting for the elevator, a random lady went up to my husband and she must’ve been drunk or on something else, but was claiming that someone took her against her will, she was muttering and then walked out of the hotel. Perhaps there should be security checking whether people inside hotel are truly guests or not. Overall though it was a decent room.

Horrible hotel! They have a posting for quiet hours that they do not enforce. We couldn’t sleep all night because people were in the hallway and felt like they were in the room. Staff came on at 3am and had no consideration for the guests as they were loud and having a great time outside our door. Sounded like the freeway was right outside the window. Breakfast was cold. Would rather stay in my car than spend money at this place.

Not the best Holiday Inn Express experience. You need to ensure you get a room on the South side of the hotel. I checked in later in the evening (8pm) and the only rooms available were on the North side, facing I-15. I heard the traffic noise all night. There's a cemetery on the South side that I suspect is quieter...
