It was a very sophisticated place with full kitchen and complimentary laundry.. Breakfast is amazing lots of variety. They had a basketball court for the younger ones and a working space in the room. I did not like that they deduct parking fee from your deposit, failed to clarify that it would be a fee per night, and that having paid for parking I still had to park on the street because there were no spots available in the hotel parking lot..

We lucked out and got a super early- early checkin for no extra cost and everything got better from there. The facility is perfect for families, pool and jacuuzi a bit small but clean. The whole grounds are well maintained. We didnt realize how walkable everything is too, there\'s a whole strip mall with movies and plenty of dining options right off the property! Plus a TON of stores and restaurants short driving distance. Breakfast was great eith premade egg amd cheese omelettes, fried potatoes, corned beef hash, amd sausage. Oatmeal and yogurt with all the fixings and fruit, waffle griddle , juices, pastries- the staff kept a very busy croud fed and the dining area tidy. We were pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. We went for a soccer tournament at Silverlakes Sports Complex- it was a 13" drive without traffic and 20-25 with- majority of the problem being at the entrance of the sport park

Great friendly service....everything inside the hotel was great,pool nice and cool,the spa was dirty and bubbles not working. Bird poop in front with 30 cigarette butts. Bees around the pool. Our 2nd time staying there. Would go back again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our room was handicap accessible and I had everything I need. Something that is not taken into consideration is where the soap and shampoo are located. for a person in a wheel chair it is almost impossible to reach where you have them now. Pool was fun and relaxing. On the few days we ate breakfast it was the same as the previous day and the help was standing around talking. Tables were covered in crumbs and they talked on. Maybe I'm wrong to expect them to wipe down the tables. my mistake.

The staff at staybridge friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and well designed and very comfortable to be in. The breakfast was amazing. It was probably the best free Continental hotel breakfast that my wife and I've ever had. We were visiting family in the area. Would not hesitate to stay back at staybridge next time we come back to visit them. It was a giant plus to have the walking area nearby with that little village and stores up and the two lakes to walk around. The only thing that maybe is fixed already cuz it's now been over a week since we've been home. Is the elevators when they are settling into the floor that they're going up or down to? It's like there's a shimmy and a vibration of the whole elevator cabin and it's very unsettling.

This place was great! Very clean and comfortable king suite room with full fridge, mini stove, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, toaster. Had a work desk and a pull out sofa. Restroom had nice bottled soaps and shampoo. Pool and spa were nice. People enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Walking distance to shops and restaurants of dos Lagos.

Beautiful property within walking distance of a busy shopping plaza. There’s a barbecue grill outside for community use. Breakfast was standard continental. Rooms come stocked with some a fridge, kitchen utensils, pot, pan, plates and cups. Would prefer a smart TV, more than one spoon, and clean pool area with towels stocked.

We had a terrible experience at the Staybridge one of our parties found a bedbug in their pullout bed upon arrival. I was also charge the holding deposit twice, and when I informed the front desk of the incident, they seem very uninterested and simply told me they don’t see it on their end even though I was able to provide the transaction in their face I had to call my bank to handle the situation and eventually had to wait until the next business day to get this rectified (still waiting as it’s Sunday) the only plus was the breakfast, but that was also extremely lack luster

I stayed there a few years ago and nowI noticed a lot of deferred maintenance in the room. Hole in closet door, dirt on base boards and tears in upholstery. I won’t be staying there again.

We had our four kids and two adults in one of their suites. Every time we entered our room we smelled a strong “wet dog” - musty, moldy, melody .. they never had enough towels for us on the daily. We would pack up our trash and put it outside the door for pickup and they left it for two days. We had to ask someone to grab it for us. The pull out sofa was absolutely disgusting. I actually went straight downstairs and asked for a new one and they said they didn’t have any. It was flat as can be with the springs inside. Ripped and stained through the bottom. It had blue stains. Red stains. Brown stains. Black stains. No joke. We had to pay a daily parking fee that was not included in our overall stay cost. There was two sliding doors in our suite to separate the main beds and the bathroom and I honestly don’t even know how to explain the locks that they had. One of the doors wouldn’t remain open by itself. Had to put a trash can in front of it to prevent it from falling closed. When the doors closed they automatically latched and locked. I have never seen or experienced such locks. All our kids and even us as adults were stuck and locked in or out constantly. No one was able to attempt to unlock it themselves. Always took two people - one on each side of the door. We paid over $500 for the weekend with this experience. It was honestly a disappointment.

There were good food options but the fruit was brown and mushy. The bagels were frozen which I didn't care for. They should have set them out so they could defrost. The lady who was helping in the kitchen area was extremely rude to several customers. If you are not a morning person or having a bad day, just remember its not everyone else fault. As for the beds in the room one of our beds were okay. While the other was terrible. It had a big dip in it so they definitely need to replace that one. The pull out sofa was standard.

Nice size room, however we believe there could be some updates, renovations. time to replace mattress, time for carpet and sofa to get deep cleaning or replaced.

The hotel was nice… but the only problem I had was I got in late at night and realized I lost my key card and when I went to try to get another one the front desk was closed because the person working had to take care of an issue somewhere in the building and there was no one else who could help me! So I had to wait about 30 min for someone to come back… please hire more help!

The front desk check-in was amazing. The person checking us in was kind, asked about our trip, and very helpful. Amber asked us if we needed anything every time we pass by the front desk up services and necessities as she felt necessary. She also answered questions quickly using whatever texting app you guys use the room itself was immaculate. It was very comfortable, had a full kitchen, had plenty of space, and some of the coziest beds my kids and I have ever slept on. In fact, my kids want to stay here next time we’re in California for long trips.

They tried to put us in a studio instead of the suite that was paid for. Took an hour to get the proper room that we ordered. Expedia had no way to contact them other than a chat AI bot that wanted to rebook a new room at a much higher rate. Eventually we were able to get the room we he’d booked. Very frustrating and disappointing to start the weekend this way. Not sure if we want to use Expedia for the few bucks we save to put up with this type of service.

I prepaid $491.00 for 2 bedroom suite several months in advance, when I checked in they put us in a 1 bedroom suite, which was unacceptable, we learned we were bumped that day to someone who made a reservation for the same room, and they hadnt even arrived at the hotel, they didnt even tell us we were being put in a smaller room or even offered to adjust the rate. Absolutely nothing we didnt find out until we walked in the room, We pretty much demanded the room and after an hour and expressing to the mamger they needed to do the right thing and give us the roomthat we paid for, we finally got the room. But the experience was horrible and exhausting

The staff who was in charge of the "The Social" was very kind and considerate. I arrived and check-in at the hotel at 6:50pm due to heavy traffic. She extended the social hour for another 15 minutes for me. I deeply appreciate it.

The stay was great, the bed was comfortable. Just bummed by the breakfast hours. 7:30 is way too late for the start of breakfast on the weekend. We had to leave at 6:30. I base my hotel choices a lot on wether these places have free breakfast and I would not stay here again unless I knew I was leaving later then 7:30

The property and staff were great, the room clean and perfect for our stay. The only noted disadvantages were the excessive noise from drunk guests at night- but the hotel handled quickly and effectively. The only other issue were the selfish group of sports teams ( kids and families) filling bottles with coffee, packing up foods like breads meat eggs peanut butter jelly etc as sandwich’s and taking so there were no breakfast items left after 0745. Allowing their children to put their hands all over the bread and pastry items. The staff tried so hard to mitigate but unfortunately no one listened to them. I personally love the hotel and all their services and customer service ,but you just can’t stop people from being not to great sometimes.
