Best customer service ever. Very attentive staff. The server at Sea club Restaurant Omer and housekeeping ladies were very helpful and professional. Amazing experience. The property itself impressed us with the best attraction and entertainment shows. The design of the property is outstanding. The best views of Antalya region with mesmerizing mountains and sea views. Highly recommend this place.

Everything was amazing. The people were nice. Food was great. We were welcomed to here. We were expected here. We would love to come here every year. We never had had this experience in other resorts. The most important part of the trip was the night shows .they were spectacular

The hotel has become noticeably worse compared to last year. Towels are old and need replacement. Staff constantly drive electric carts around the property, and guests have to keep stepping aside. At night they even drive without headlights, suddenly appearing out of the dark. The food quality has also declined — some ingredients have been replaced with cheaper ones, and you can really feel the difference.

Staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Super clean with lots to do. Food is also great with lots of restaurants and a great buffet option.

The hotel was terrific overall: - The food was excellent, and there was a great variety of options. - The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. - Room cleaning was impeccable. - The entertainment program was top-notch. The only downside was the beach—it was not very convenient, and there weren’t enough spots.
