Very clean and comfortable hotel with nice breakfast. Right next to the bus terminal, so we could go see Pamukkale after checkout leaving luggage at the lobby until we leave Denizli for another city. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are a bit small but good enough for a short stay.

Tudo maravilhoso!! Atendimento!! Quarto ! Café da manhã. Ainda guardaram as malas da gente após o check out para poder realizar um paseo após deixaram a gente ficar no lobby até a hora da salida de nosso ônibus. Fica a uns pasos da rodoviária. Acho imbatível! Melhor custo benefício de Denizli. Recomendo 100%

金庫、ポット、冷蔵庫、無料の水がありました。 シャワーヘッドが固定式以外は、お湯の出もよく問題ないです。 近くにスーパーもあるし、飲食店もある。 最悪、オトガルで食事もできるので便利です。 朝食の時間が7時半からなので、もう少し早ければなと思いました。

Superb. Very impressed. Breakfast was the best yet on my trip of 4 weeks here. Very comfy room and bed. Very pleased with my stay. Only wish there was a kettle, there wasn't. Otherwise great.

Very helpful staff, who print all the info a guest needs including how to get to the tourist sites. Great buffet breakfast. Excellent location, 50 metres away from the city bus terminal. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed. Very fast wifi everywhere in the hotel. Highly recommended.

Rund 6-7 Mücken waren im Zimmer! Wir müssten alle zuerst töten, bevor wir ruhig schlafen konnten. Wifi ist eine katastrophale! Immer wieder Verbindungsunterbrwchungen! Somit nicht brauchbar !! Ansonsten, die Sauberkeit und das Frühstück war okay! Safe war geschlossen, Rezeption angerufen, sie wollten jemand schicken, um dem Safe zu öffnen. Aber, niemand ist gekommen!

Really enjoyed this hotel. The staff seem to be very helpful, room was clean, good heating, good shower, everything good. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and make special mention of the helpful staff in the restaurant at that time. The hotel is directly opposite the ottogari (bus station) so super convenient; they can also hold luggage if needs be and have some common areas downstairs which we used for an hour between checking out and going for our bus. Smiles always make a place good. This place is excellent.

Wonderful 3 day stay in central hotel across from bus station and 300m to railway station. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and my room was spotlessly clean. Provide information for Pummakale at check in. Hotel provides two bottles of water in your fridge every day Only message to the hotel is you provide 2 small bars of soap and even though I used them once they are replaced when the room is cleaned which is just a waste, please just don't replace them

Very conveniently located across the street from the main bus terminal, so easy to get to Pamukkale by a Dolmus and catch an intercity bus. Rooms are clean and spacious for a Turkish hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if you're planning on going to Pamukkale/Hierapolis.

We really enjoyed our visit. The hotel in in a great location close to the bus and railway stations. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent

Odam temizdi, duşu tuvaleti bakımlı ve temiz mini buzdolaba şişe su konulması gayet güzeldi sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe çeşitli ve güzeldi. 3 günlük konaklamamın tek olumsuz yönü sigara içmeyen biri olarak çok ağır olmamakla birlikte oda da hafif bir sigara kokusu vardı. İçen bir insanlar bu kokuyu almayacaktır bile.

This hotel is very well located from the bus station - right outside it, easy walk. Front desk staff was helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was good and lots of choice. Room condition was a little tired but clean. Both the A/C and shower were in poor repair - worked, but not well. All in all, an adequate stay but the property could use some upgrades.

The twin room was clean but small for 2 persons. However, the staff members,especially the manager was most helpful in arranging a special day trip to aphrodisias. The breakfast was adequate and a great value to be included in the room price. Location is also excellent.

Hotel was across the street from the bus station which made it very convenient if using the bus. Staff was extremely helpful with researching what bus company I should use for onward travel. Front desk also called and arranged for private driver to take me to Afrodisias for a very reasonable price. Restaurant staff conscientious about clearing tables and making sure there food selection was always available. Would stay there again. Clean, safe and attentive personnel.

Excellent hotel, I think you can't go wrong staying here and I would be happy to stay again. It is nice and modern inside, the staff were excellent and helped me with my plans visiting pamukkale and laodikea along with my onward travel. The room is nice and comfy, I found the wifi to be very good. The breakfast could be better. It was fine the one morning I had it. It is a standard turkish continental, but a lack of satisfying proteins (boiled eggs, etc). I skipped it on my check-out day rather than wake up early to get it. The best part of this hotel is how close it is to the bus station, there is a secure entrance across the road and I had an easy time walking there with my luggage from the train. 100% would book again.

Very nice hotel. It was weird that one staff at reception did not speak even basic English and did not try to use google translate. For the rest everything was fine . Breakfast was great but late so we could not have the second day due to early check in . A solution like to take away would have been appreciated but they didn’t want it

Odalar temizdi. Personel guleryuzlu. Erken gitmeme ragmen beni bekletmediler hemen odaya aldilar. Kahvaltisi cok guzeldi. Banyolari oldukca temizdi. Ayrica 2 gun boyunca ofis ortaminda calisma imkanim oldu. Internet hizlari gayet iyi. Otogara yuruyerek 2 dk uzakliktaydi. Hersey icin tesekkur ederim. Yine gelirsem bu otelde kalirim.

The gentleman who was in charge of the reception for the morning of April 21st took great care of me. (Sadly, I forgot his name). I was tired of the night bus, and he helped me out kindly with the check-in and useful informations for going to Pamukkale. The location is perfect for a quick trip by the bus terminal. However, it was a bit noisy from construction on the building, and could need more soundproof. Overall, had a nice one night trip in Denizli. Thanks!

Very helpful staff, who print all the info a guest needs including how to get to the tourist sites. Great buffet breakfast. Excellent location, 50 metres away from the city bus terminal. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed. Very fast wifi everywhere in the hotel. Highly recommended.

Rund 6-7 Mücken waren im Zimmer! Wir müssten alle zuerst töten, bevor wir ruhig schlafen konnten. Wifi ist eine katastrophale! Immer wieder Verbindungsunterbrwchungen! Somit nicht brauchbar !! Outstanding service and friendliness from the guy at reception, couldn't be more helpful about helping us, giving directions, etc. First impression of the reception area was modern and slick, however the rooms were quite dated, as was the breakfast room. Breakfast itself was excellent - wide variety of food and spacious seating. Room was fine, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. As a side note, we travelled as two women and the surrounding area felt a little uncomfortable after dark, but was probably okay. Otherwise, location was great as it was right next to the bus station, perfect for visiting Pamukkale.

The hotel is close to bus and train stations, which fit perfectly into our travel plan. We arrived by plane, visited Pamukkale, and went on to Selcuk, all connections easily accessible by bus and train. Very conveniently located across the street from the main bus terminal, so easy to get to Pamukkale by a Dolmus and catch an intercity bus. Rooms are clean and spacious for a Turkish hotel. Really enjoyed this hotel. The staff seem to be very helpful, room was clean, good heating, good shower, everything good. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and make special mention of the helpful staff in the restaurant at that time. The hotel is directly opposite the ottogari (bus station) so super convenient; they can also hold luggage if needs be and have some common areas downstairs which we used for an hour between checking out and going for our bus. Smiles always make a place good. This place is excellent.

Excellent hotel, I think you can't go wrong staying here and I would be happy to stay again. It is nice and modern inside, the staff were excellent and helped me with my plans visiting pamukkale and laodikea along with my onward travel. The room is nice and comfy, I found the wifi to be very good. The breakfast could be better. It was fine the one morning I had it. It is a standard turkish continental, but a lack of satisfying proteins (boiled eggs, etc). I skipped it on my check-out day rather than wake up early to get it. The best part of this hotel is how close it is to the bus station, there is a secure entrance across the road and I had an easy time walking there with my luggage from the train. 100% would book again.

Very nice hotel. It was weird that one staff at reception did not speak even basic English and did not try to use google translate. For the rest everything was fine . Breakfast was great but late so we could not have the second day due to early check in . A solution like to take away would have been appreciated but they didn’t want it
