Perfect Hilton standard as always. Staff were lovely, especially Sebastian on the front desk. Easy walking distance from international mall and 10 minutes walk from dolphin mall. The only improvement is that the shower could be more powerful. Lovely shampoo and conditioner available and beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only downside is the bar is very expensive

Not close to restaurants which proved difficult as the shuttle was NOT reliable! We actually waited 60 minutes for shuttle which never showed up despite assurances from phone calls to hotel stating that it would be there “ in a few minutes “. Our closet door mirror had a VERY nasty stain caused by a human male, although cleaned by staff it left a very unpleasant view of hotel room. There was an extremely loud party with music which was still going on at 01:30 keeping us awake, we rang down to ask that this was addressed.Front desk staff pleasant and tried hard with everything, they make the hotel welcoming.

We stayed here 31st July to 02nd August, the area was so cleaned well kept! Parking was free which was a plus and the staff were so welcoming! The complimentary cookies were amazing as well! The rooms were nice, beds were soft and comfy! My only suggestion would be to get rid of the tubs and just have the showers!

Hello, There were two issues that were very disappointing during our stay: Before booking, the hotel website stated that there is a shuttle service within a 5-mile radius. In reality, the service was not operating — we were told it doesn’t run two days a week, and on the days it does operate it only starts at 14:00. Unfortunately, this caused us additional unexpected transportation expenses. There was a lizard in our room, which left us unable to sleep the entire night. It was extremely unpleasant and quite traumatic for us. I would appreciate it if you could consider a refund for that night. Thank you.

I stayed for an overnight layover in Miami. Loved the location and the shuttle to Dolphin Mall! There is no airport shuttle so you have to Uber or take a taxi. I arrived early so I was able to securely leave my bags and walk over to the Miami International Mall. Front Desk was very courteous and helpful. I returned and checked in to my room. I think I was upgraded because my room was actually a huge suite with a living room and kitchenette and separate bedroom and bathroom area. It was really nice! I wish my stay was longer. I caught the shuttle to Dolphin Mall and the driver Steve was awesome! We set a time for pick-up and he was there on the dot. I ate at the restuarant and the food was good. I would definitely stay again and for longer next time!

When I arrived to the hotel it was late in the evening and there was a stain on the bed sheets. I notified the front desk and was told that I need to come down stairs so that they could assign me a new room. My new room was about 3 doors down from the room that I was orginally assigned. I had to gather my things to go downstairs to get the key to go back to the same floor for the new room. There were about 3 employess at the desk once I got down there. Once I got into the new room there was hair on the bathroom floor and the towels. The staff that I spoke with on the phone about my concerns was rude.

It took 20 minutes to get checked in because their computers weren't working. The room is a nice size, the bed is comfortable, but the pillows were a bit hard. The shower had mold all around the bottom and the shower head really needs to be replaced. When we arrived we were short one wash cloth, not a huge deal but shows a lack of attention to detail. Then, they didn't clean our room at all one of the days we were there. Just missed it completely. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. The breakfast was decent, but expensive. And the service was terrible. I had to get up and search for a waiter to get a cup of coffee. I expected more from Hilton.

Overnight stay with the family was fine. Not the newest looking rooms, but nothing had a filthy look to it. Out of the way area for walking but ample parking lot space. Plenty of restaurants, stores and a large shopping mall within driving distance. 15 min from the airport and 25 min to South Beach. Would stay again.

I was pleased with just about everything excluding the bad service. I went to the bar at 10:40 and the bar tender wouldn’t serve me because she said she was closing at 11 and already started to check off on the drinks. If the bar closes at 11pm, customers should be served up to 10:59. The drinks weren’t cheap and I assume the hotel makes a lot of money from the bar, and so lost service there for me. I wouldn’t recommend the bar service to anyone. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper which was unacceptable especially for cases of emergency.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree. The accommodations, professionalism, hospitality and friendliness of the staff were outstanding. Having a shopping mall within walking distance and a free area shuttle was an added bonus. A huge and well-deserved shout out to George for taking the time out of his extremely busy schedule to take and drop off his guests (me)! I had a wonderful time. I will definitely be returning for a longer stay at the Doubletree Doral very soon!

Horrible service and experience..charged me 367 for smoke microscopic cuttling of tabacco leafs and some stains on the table claiming it's weed.no physical smoking was done and I was Charged that much.customer service was no help and managers was no help and just kept transferring calls.we had over 4 rooms booked for a wedding and I brought them multiple businesses..unprofessional and robbing I wouldn't recommend staying here.never again.

I will never recommend this hotel again. After booking 4 different rooms, checking out early and still paying the full amount. The hotel charged me 4 additional charges they were unable to explain. I had to call 3 times for resolution and now we are being accused of smoking in the room based on scratches on the table. This is completely unacceptable! We had room service and daily cleaning the whole time we were present, at no point was this mentioned or were we asked to leave. This is very unprofessional and money hungry. In addition they sent the email to a completely different email than what we provided to ensure we did now have the details.
