Its a little tricky to get there the first time. Hotel is very clean, all the comforts from home. I love the lending lockers filled with small appliances etc. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and an easy drive to PARX Excite Center.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Great rates. Smooth and fast check in. Love that they have a full size refrigerator, kitchenwares, and use Dove products for toiletries. They have a gym, laundry facilities, and a little store where you can buy snacks. Located close to several restaurants and a gas station. The staff was friendly as well! The only thing I wish was that they offered late checkout for IHG members on the weekends, but overall it was still a very pleasant stay! Definitely highly recommend!

The place was nice and comfortable but I was concerned with no onsite housekeeping staff. Staying multiple days you must go to the front desk for clean towels and coffee for the room. I was told they came weekly?? The question that came to mind was did I have clean sheets when I checked in??

Room wasn't tended to. Had to go to the desk for towels, etc. There was a note in the room that said they are 'an extended stay hotel' and the room gets tended to every 7 days. WHAT!? Pretty pricy hotel and you have to get your own towels, coffee, etc., empty the trash yourself and do whatever else. But, the room was great. It was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated that they are pet friendly and supplied poo bags and poo cans for disposal. No room care was disappointing but, I would stay there again.

Immaculately clean and very cozy. Parking lot and lobby very neat. Rooms extremely convenient and the hotel is close to highway. Room did smell somewhat musty however. Seems ventilation in the bathroom isn’t sufficient to remove humidity out of the room. Some of the paint in the shower ceiling was peeling and the furniture in the bathroom could use a refresh. Would have loved a bit better coffee options in the room and in reception. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you.

My room was not properly clean. It smelled like mildew. I called the front desk to ask for another room. They said they had no availability. The clerk came to my room and used an air freshener. It was a temporary fix but the smell lingered. Then I had to keep running back and forth to the front desk to pick up linens and toilet paper. And they did not serve breakfast and there was no pool as advertised.

I booked a one night stay which I pre-payed for. I booked the day of my stay as I was on my way to the area and knew I’d need a place to stay that evening. I arrived after midnight, exhausted from a long drive, and instead of receiving a hospitable welcome, I was immediately and rudely informed that I would likely be charged a “late fee” as I checked in after their “check-in window.” They insisted I should have called to confirm that I would be arriving so late. Again, I pre-payed and booked day of. If they had any question my arrival, they had my phone number and could have called me. The clerk was flat-out rude and was likely too high or drunk to care. A fine hotel, terrible customer service.

It was stated that there would be quiet hours starting at 10 pm, but the room above mine had loud arguing and what seemed to be a storage room rolling cleaning supply hand carts all night until 4 or 5 AM. It was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep soundly. I felt totally unsafe with the violent arguing and what seemed to be a woman screaming. The front desk was called and asked to address the noise, to which it did not end. A refund was asked for but no manager was there to complete one.

The manager made the decision to give our room away and offered a downgraded room for the same price that did not hold my family so after driving 4 hours to the hotel, we were stranded trying to find somewhere for my family of 4 to sleep for two nights. They also offered to give us someone else’s room. Who runs a business like that? We also overheard others having the same problem. Also, I was never notified. They decided to do it right before check in. Just awful. The whole situation actually brought me to tears because I felt so mistreated and they obviously did not care where my family would sleep for the night and I am also 9 months pregnant. Apparently they do it often. I had even paid ahead of time and that didn’t make a difference either. They just kept giving away peoples rooms until they were “sold out” I guess. We tried calling so many people behind the company for help, but received none. However, we were very well taken care of by Expedia and their customer service. They stayed on the phone with us and searched themselves for somewhere for us to stay that was also accommodating for our family size and situation. They even covered the differences on our behalf and we were blessed with an even better hotel stay. I cannot thank Expedia enough!

Really enjoyed our check in experience and our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted in a very professional and friendly matter. Check in was smooth and fast, and we were on our way. The gentleman at the service desk also took a short moment to discuss men’s mental health awareness, which I must say was AMAZING. Very brief and brought to light that men’s feelings matter. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Would stay again!

When we arrived they had a power outage due to a storm. We traveled from Virginia to Philadelphia and wanted to rest. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. That was extremely hard for my wife who has health issues. The entire stay we were unable to watch TV because of the outage. Housekeeping didn't come by our entire stay. When we checked out I asked about any compensation and I was told because we booked through a third party they couldn't do anything. She act as if we was bothering her when I asked her. She told me to contact Expedia to see if anything could be done. I will never return to that hotel. Poor customer service. Not that it was their fault they lost power. Your guest should be compensated in some way. Unexceptable

Excellent stay. The rooms were clean, everything was provided to us from towels to dishes In the cabinet to coffee. The cupboard downstairs was extremely convenient for coming in at 2:00 in the morning and being able to get something to drink or a snack, they even had food you could make on the stove that was provided in the room. The staff was super friendly. I am very happy with my stay and even happier that I chose the same hotel in a different state for a trip later this summer.

Was very surprised for the money no breakfast what so ever. There was supposed to be 24 hour coffee. No decaf what so ever, just hot water. I was very disappointed in the hotel, less than comfortable. The next time I will make a different hotel choice.

Good stay, bed was very comfortable. Never got hassled and was able to check in and be left by myself without a bunch if disurbance. Only issue, wish there was energy drinks for sale onsite, had to go down to wawa via Lyft to get what i needed.
