This hotel property is beautiful- very inviting, very clean! Staff was attentive, hospitable and friendly. It is in a great location- many businesses within walking distance or just mins away. Sam’s, Walmart, Target and a variety of restaurants close by. We were very pleased with the amenities such as the pool, access to the bbq grill, the basketball court, the laundry center and the weight room. We gathered and socialized with friends in the lobby and the next morning we all gathered again to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, which by the way offered us many options to choose from. We will always choose this location whenever we travel to Brownsville again!

Overall my stay was great. Check in was a breeze. All interactions with staff were great, everyone was very friendly and we were warmly greeted each time. The only issue I had were minor details when it comes to the cleanliness of the room. There were some stains and wear and tear on some furniture. One of the tables seemed to need a wipe down. I am very critical of cleanliness, and even with these minor issues, everything was great. I would book again.

When we first walked in there was a big live roach on the floor we killed it. Next was the beds were not comfortable at all and the mattress squeaked with every movement and was sunken in the middle once we pulled the covers back. We have stayed at these hotels before and have always been happy but would not stay at this location again!!
