This hotel was wonderful. The only thing that could be better is if they had parking at the hotel. You had to go a block over to park in the garage. Other than that, there waa nothing else.

Very nice room, exceptional service. We found a few areas for improvement in the room -- reaching the controls for the blinds was hard because the long desk was in the way, the bathroom sink drained so slowly, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. But the service will have us returning often. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to provide the best possible service. I strongly recommend including the refrigerators by default (currently, it's by request), and please (!!) install in-room coffee pots and provide ice buckets, even if we have to get ice from the restaurant. I made multiple trips to get ice in a small glass because it's all I had.

We stayed there to be within walking distance of Abramson Cancer Center and it was. It’s a quick 10 min walk straight from the hotel to the hospital. BUT we stayed there also for the morning room service. We have dietary medical needs and needed the room service. We filled out the form and hung it correctly but it was never collected and so no food when needed at 7-7:30. I explained this to the front desk , I could not call them because our room phone would not connect for room service or guest services, so that was also an issue. We tried several times to call. The room itself was good except the bathroom was not totally cleaned. So, it was convenient and everyone was nice but the breakfast snafu and non working phone were enough of an issue that I’d tell people to consider other places. Cool hotel with a good vibe.

I absolutely loved this hotel! From the minute you walk in you can tell how well maintained it is and the reception staff were incredibly friendly. My room was clean and super cozy and not to mention spacious. The location is great with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and just a 10-minute or less walk to the train station. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend that you do as well!
