Hyatt Place Warwick / Providence Airport

Our main issue was that there was no transport to the airport for our early morning flight. The ad specifically stated there would be transport, this was important due to being winter and we had luggage. Walking down the street with luggage was what I wanted to avoid. Uber with a tip was $50. It was a very early flight, as I said, however, I wish the posting had stated their hours of availability.

The pool is very small

Spacious room with 2 double beds and sofa area. Comfortable beds. En-suite was functional - excellent shower. Staff were excellent. Dining facilities are limited and food average. Summary - if location meets your needs, Hyatt provides a decent car park, good rooms, but I would suggest eating elsewhere

Highly convenient to TF Greene Airport. Large comfortable rooms. Light meals available in lobby.

The front desk was great especially Paul. The rooms were great. The pool was freezing cold to the point we really couldn't swim and unfortunately for us that was one of the reasons we chose Hyatt instead of an Air BNB.

It was close to the freeway and easy to get to other areas. Plenty of parking.

The property was very nice. The only thing that was disappointing was the description said you had an airport shuttle but failed to mention that it doesn't start until 5AM. We needed it at 3 AM so wound up walking which was a bit difficult schlepping 3 suitcases.

Very clean. Gym and pool are well kept. Definitely would stay here again.

Very smooth, got in late and had early departure, front desk helped with getting a taxi scheduled as the shuttle does not start runs to the airport before 5 AM!

Our room had feces left in the toilet and someone went into our food. Had to trash over $100 worth of food. Wasn’t happy at all

We stayed for four nights but our room was not cleaned once.

The staff is very nice. The property is very clean and very quiet area. Breakfast is very good. Free parking very close to airport and commuter rail. Nearby restaurants. I am disappointed. Stayed two nights there was no room service for cleaning. Dissatisfied that we were placed in a handicap room on the first floor.

When I travel to Rhode Island, I always stay at the Hyatt is the nicest Hotel I stayed at and the rooms are comfortable, the view not so much but everything else is great.

My stay was great.. The coffee in the lobby was amazing (I have never had a hotel coffee that was good), The only thing I didn't like is that there wasn't a microwave in the room. Which wasn't a huge deal, I would still return, I'll actually be back in April :)

This location was a beautiful and stunning venue. The rooms were set up in a way that will make you wanna stay multiple nights past your booking.

The facility is nice , clean and neat, stuff friendly. One thing I need pointing out, the bathroom: door is sliding open but not lockable. The light can through meshed glass you can’t get sleep in night . The overall is good

NI’m ce hotel with an excellent staff. There is a basic Starbucks machine behind the bar. Staff will make your order 24 hours per day. One issue is that there is no soundproofing between the hallway and the rooms.

Check in went well. Room was a good size and clean. The bathroom light went on by auto sensor which was very annoying at 2 am. Maybe if you had masking tape you could cover the sensor. Also walls must be thin because we could hear the person in the room next to use snoring all night long. Breakfast choices were good.

Really nice, clean and updated. TVs had Chromecast built in which was nice. Got a room with an adjoining door which was a little odd and it seems like the automatic door closers are a bit loud so you can hear others leaving their rooms throughout the day and night. 15 min drive to Providence and 30min drive to Newport was nice.

The room itself was very nice and spacious and all in all very comfortable. Main problem was the tv did not connect to the cable/satellite system most of the time so I had to rely on watching shows on my computer. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

First time staying here and will definitely stay again. We had some minor issues and called down to the front desk. Was shocked at how fast someone came to help. Great service.

They offer a continental breakfast for a small fee, though it’s complimentary depending on the room you book. It’s a simple breakfast—not fancy—but perfect for a quick, easy meal to start the day. The lobby and grounds are well maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a convenient, budget-friendly stay.

The front desk clerk gave me a key to a room. When entering the room, I found that this was already occupied by a male that was undressed and in bed. He jumped up when I entered the room and I made my apologies and left. When I went down to the front desk, all the clerk said, was "sorry". That is not an acceptable way to handle this sort of situation. If that had been a female in the room, things could have gone a lot worse. The hotel needs to be more vigilant and making sure a room is actually empty before giving out keys.

I really liked that the airport was essentially connected to the hotel and had a beautiful sky walk that you could get to the airport to. I wished there was a shuttle service even for a small fee as having to Uber the entire trip just to get dinner added up. Also the morning staff was amazing the night staff there was one front desk person with longer hair who was never very friendly I don’t think in the 4 days we seen her smile once. We had an issue with our room on Friday night our bathroom door wouldn’t close I was with my 19 year old son so it was very awkward and uncomfortable to use the restroom or shower. I asked to be moved to another room and was just told we don’t have any and the best I can do is to have someone come fix it sometime in the morning. I again said what are we supposed to do come all the way from the 4th floor to the lobby to use the bathroom? She said yeah I guess. Then the next morning I asked again what’s the status on getting our bathroom door fixed and was told the maintenance person was supposed to be in at 10:00 am this was already 10:05 am so waited a little while longer and asked if he was there yet and was told no. This time the morning shift lady said let me try and get you into a new room. We will call when it’s ready. We finally got into a new room at almost noon. Other than that it was a good stay. Wish there was better breakfast options.

The staff at this hotel is personable and kind. I have been here twice in the past 2 months and all staff are very accommodating and kind. I do not see any reason for a negative comment. I will book this hotel each time I need to fly into RI

It was my second time staying in this location and my experience was extremely disappointing. While I was sleeping, two staff came banging at my door saying I never checked in when I clearly had to have checked in to the room to have the keys. They could have used the phone to call the room and I felt it was extremely rude to come banging at my door in the middle of the night from an issue that they caused. Sorely disappointed, would not recommend staying here at all.

The manager is an elite business person. It’s clean. It’s well run and I’d give them an A+. 5.0 stars. Rare great service.

Extraordinary location. Brief walk or free shuttle from airport. Mostly under a covered walkway. In the morning, we walked to the airport car rental right next door! And the commuter , Amtrak, rail to Providence and Boston was an even shorter walk because it was beside the hotel. We did not even have to cross a street!

Nice, new property. Extremely convenient to walk from your gate to the hotel in about 15-20 minutes. Hotel is also adjacent to the car rental garage so convenient if you are picking up a car.

Room/bedding/bathroom were very very clean. King size bed was very comfortable. Special breakfast $8/pp was just ok. Room 325 was close to the train station- it could be noisy. No shops or restaurants were nearby. You would need a car.

Hotel is walkable from the Providence airport.

The rental car garage is within walking distance.

This hotel is super close to the Providence airport (within walking distance). It’s also right next to the train station. But it’s still surprisingly quiet. It was a clean, comfortable stay. It’s too bad you have to pay for breakfast, but at least it was a decent breakfast for the cost.

Easy check in/ checkout. Thevstaff is very accommodating and the hotel connects to the AIRPORT through a series of elevated walkways.

This is great hotel no complaints other than the breakfast. It is your very basic flavorless hotel breakfast that should be included with your stay and not at an additional cost to you.

This is an exceptionally clean property with an attentive staff. The breakfast area is well serviced with average hotel buffet..

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were just a couple of things: There were long hairs on our clean bedding upon arrival. The food area could use a wipe down every so often and the pot lids for the food were extremely heavy to lift; Just thinking if it were an older person trying to serve themselves, they would probably have difficulty.

The hotel was clean and modern. I didn't like the LG tv being so dim and blueish. The dining options were limited. The staff were great and polite.

We stayed for a quick overnight trip. The hotel is next to the airport and train, so you will get some noise early in the morning as a result, but it's very quiet for the most part. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was $8 per person but they had a great variety of options.

Breakfast was offered for $8.00 per person. It consisted of (poorly) scrambled eggs, bland home fires and limited fruit selection (raspberries, blue berries and cantaloupe). Hardly worth the money.
