Room and hotel in general was very clean! Food was yummy in my tummy. Pool, hot tub, and also sunna was amazing as well. Staff was kind. They also have a cute shop in the hotel for other items like snacks, coffees, energy drinks etc. It was very convenient. Room service is offered as well. Which was also amazing. Enjoyed my stay there and it was a convenient location. A lot of things were walking distances. We parked at a parking garage not too far from the hotel that they offered. So if you’re skeptical about parking bc (it’s downtown Portland) just make sure to not leave anything valuable out in the open in your car! Take that precaution and you’ll be okay! My sister and I loved it. The view from the window was also pretty! Thank you for having us! Sincerely, Grace.

Staff were amazing on arrival. Kind and generous with everything step of the way when we checked in and checked out. Rooms were clean on arrival as well, and staff kept it clean during clean-up as well.

The hotel was very welcoming and great with animals. I wish they had a pet relief area on the property. The noise from the elevators was loud. Make sure you get a room away from the elevators. It’s in a great location! Food was good at the restaurant!
