Hotel is well kept and well run. The breakfast is great and staff exceptionally friendly. The pool chlorine level was very high. The children’s eyes were irritated and tearing for the majority of the evening.

It was great but we picked this hotel because they had a pool. but the pool was closed for maintenance, so the hotel stay wasn't what it was suppose to be.

Aside from the water main break down the street there was no running water and if it did it ran BROWN. Other than that the property was nice and quiet we really enjoyed the pool we had it all to ourselves. We checked out in the following day

Front desk staff was professional, friendly and informative. The room was nice size and clean. My only complaint is the water pressure was weak. The shower actually stopped running the pressure was so low.

The rugs in the hallways were filthy, the rug in room were dirty, the pullout bed had either human or animal hair. It was very stressful. We changed rooms the following day, but the 2nd room was not much different.

Had a handicap accessible room that was huge. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Front desk was friendly and accomodating. Room had a dishwasher, full size small fridge and microwave. Pots and pans and dishes/silverware but nothing to cook on. Breakfast was similar to most motels/hotels that serve breakfast. Adequate for us. Would highly recommend. Will stay again if back in the area.

The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious however the 1 bedroom suite did not have much seating in the living area. There was a double sized couch/pull out bed, a small ottoman and a table with 3 plastic chairs. Not really a space that could be used for multiple people to relax in or watch tv together. There was very little decor and a big echo in the room which made it feel bare and not so homey. Our kitchen area had all the basic items needed for our stay (utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, toaster, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave). The sheets and bed linens were fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious enough for 2 people use the counter space at the same time. The lobby/breakfast area was nice but there were not many seating options so our larger party had to take turns sitting down to eat.The hotel could use a few more couches with coffee tables to accommodate more people in the breakfast area/lobby for morning/evening guest get togethers. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and there were a fair amount of food options. Waffles were a hit with our group. Having an outdoor area and fire pit was an added bonus when the weather was nice. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Home2suites Hilton. I was looking for a 2 Queen bed plus couch bed configuration. Hotel was clean and great for kids. I like the soundproof rooms also, as sometimes the kids get very excited to me in a hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience was not good the moment we entered the hotel. The person who checked us in had no smile on her face as if she was doing us favor checking us in. The rooms were basic, given this is Hilton and you would expect more given the price. One of our rooms had sink clogged which took couple hours to fix. The poor maintenance guy was great and was trying hard to fix it but it reflects on the overall condition of hotel. Most of the plumbing fixtures were loose- sink faucet was ready to fall off, shower head was loose in the wall, toilet was running. On top of all of this the hilton room service is alternate days so if you are here for 1- 2 nights you are so out of luck. Breakfast was mediocre, dont bother. Worst part the manager was yelling at the breakfast lady in front of the customers. How can you treat your customers well if you cant treat your employees well. Hilton do better !!

When we arrived the staff on dutywas a little rude when asking about why the pool is closed. She stated it was on the website which it wasn't. The basketball court was closed. We found bugs in the room well 3 ticks once again they did nothing about it. They did not want to give out extra towels or bed set. We got no room service. This property was more like a motel than hotel.

We were supposed to get room service every other day. Our first day of service, no towels were left after removing the used ones. Also, the bed was not made. On our supposed 2nd day of service, no service was provided. When we questioned the reservation desk, they said it was a Sunday and that we should have requested service since they don't ordinarily provide service on Sundays. So the next day we got service -- bed was made but again no towels were replaced. We had to get towels from the reservation desk person. The breakfest was less than inspiring. We stayed in this hotel about 3 or 4 years earlier and everything was very good during that stay. That's why we paid more for this hotel over competing hotels in the area. Never again!

I traveled to New Jersey for my mothers funeral and booked two rooms at this property. The desk clerks claimed I booked one room through Expedia and stated that the hotel was booked to capacity. I showed my prepaid reservation proving that I booked two rooms. They offered to refund me for one reservation and recommended that I seek another hotel. I am a Hilton Honors member. The desk clerk refused to call Hilton and Expedia to correct the matter. After 35 minutes I was able to call Hilton and Expedia and was able to get the corporate representatives to call the property and correct the error.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had an overall positive experience. Hotel was clean, staff was wonderful and friendly and readily available. We only tried the breakfast on the last day, and it left a lot to be desired. Choices were limited, bagels were stale, couldn’t find the butter or jelly. Kinda had the sense they got cleaned out from a big party the night before!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was just okay comfortable. The water pressure left a lot to be desired. Evening shower was extra long because of the water pressure, morning shower the water disappeared twice during the shower. It literally dribbled out when it came back on. Free breakfast was good and the service was satisfactory. There just happened to be hundreds of kids around and it was super loud and very hectic. Not really the hotels fault but a tough place for an overnight stay.

Please ensure that your housekeeping is trashing stained sheets. There should not be stained sheets on any bed in the hotel, brand new sheets can be purchased. In addition, please invest in good quality mattresses, the mattresses in the room is uncomfortable and left me in pain. Lastly, I’d suggest investing in a better breakfast selection. I’m sure the hotel’s revenue can make some improvements with everything mentioned.
