Got in on a Friday evening and noticed the parking lot was clean. The lobby was clean and empty with no one just hanging around. The staff was responsive and helpful. The room was clean and free of any smells. I’m very pleased with my stay and would recommend staying there. There are also plenty of places to eat in the area.

When we checked in, we immediately noticed that the hallways looked dirty period when we got into our room. We found dirty socks on the floor by the bed and pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. We were moved to another room which was satisfactory. We didnt have enough towels but that was remedied. Unattented minors in the room next door screamed and banged and jumped on beds until 2am. Nothing could be done about it. The breakfast was almost nonexistent. The first day there were potatoes and bacon sitting in a pool of grease. The pancakes were gone, frozen muffins were put out 5 minutes before breakfast closed. We were told they didnt have food and the oven was broken. The next day much of the same experience but worse. There were little cheese omelets and bacon. Juice was empty, no oatmeal or pastry, no yogurt, some cereal but no milk, not much. Day three, we begged for food because there was absolutely nothing when we arrived at 830. Not ceral, no juice, milk either. Truly not a thing. Finally 2 dozen still frozen mini omelets and a dozen cinnamon rolls were put out 5 minutes before closing the doors on the food for 25 people. The attendant said that was the only food they had and the oven was broken. We switched our hotel to this one based on the promised breakfast. she was wearing same gloves to take out trash and clean as she was to handle the food. The pool had algae in it. The beds were very comfortable and the front desk and housekeeping staff were fantastic.

Overall it was good. Pool was closed . I would add on more variety to breakfast. I have to say lady that serves breakfast was great and did her job above expectations . Same is with a front desk employee (don’t know the name) he was great and professional

Received a handicap room that was not very accessible besides the bathroom. Shower was roll in but had what looked like to molded lenolium stuck to the floor. Was not vacuumed. Chips all over the floor from previous guests. Blood on the chair in room. Hotel had a towel shortage because other guests couldn't get them either. Pumps in shower were broken. I brought everything up to management and she said she handled it but nothing was truly handled. Breakfast was supplied and was the worst breakfast I've had with holiday inn ever. This business does not uphold the company standards. I will not be coming back for my next trip to this location.

Complete lack of hot water in shower half the days I was there. Forced to cold-shower, which aggravated a lower-back condition and resulted in a costly visit to urgent care. Thanks a bunch! Was conned into thinking their temporary fix yesterday was permanent, so booked 5-day stay next week. Then again this morning, NO hot water, and I'm stuck with next week because I paid CASH on Hotels-dot-com and it's NON-REFUNDABLE!!!!

Water was not hot in the shower, went to get coffee at 9:40, there was none and no sugar packets etc.., went back at 10 still no coffee ask for sugar , the girl at the desk tried to help when she got to the back the lady was on her phone…,No wonder why no coffee. The room was clean but the carpets had horrible stains.

The staff at the hotel are very helpful & engaging. The breakfast options could be better - more variety & healthier options. The 1st floor of the hotel had something dripped down the hallway & the door was sticky. We had hot water for a shower our 1st morning, but the next 4 mornings the water was cool. It would have been nice to have some hot water.

What a breath of fresh air. Upon entry the place was clean, and smelled really good. It’s updated, open and airy. The front desk reception staff were always friendly and smiling and wishing us a good day. The elevators were clean, didn’t stink and weren’t noisy. The ice machine and elevators aren’t next door to a room, so there’s no noise from guests getting ice or on and off the elevator. The room is very clean, the bathrooms didn’t have any mold or smell and were also clean. They have dove products. The bed— ugh- super comfortable!! Both a soft and firm pillow for options. The tv is 42 inch. Minimal channel selections, my only gripe. However this can be solved with an HDMI cord and your computer to watch Netflix or YouTube TV. Breakfast was actually good! A variety of juices, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, eggs, potato and a protein, as well as pancakes, and finally a variety of muffins and bagels. We checked out without a problem. Coffee was really good too, and always available in the lobby. I travel for work, and FINALLY, I have found the hotel that I can stay in that meets all of my needs. Mostly, and more importantly— felt SAFE.

We stayed for 4 days and three nights. Not once did housekeeping touch our room. We never got fresh towels or our garbage taken out. We complained to the front desk and was told they have too many overnights to keep up….isn’t that was a hotel is for?! We ended up having to take out our own trash and asking for new towels. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre. And we got a handicap room and the layout of the room did not allow for a wheelchair to get through. We had to move furniture ourselves to make it accessible. Again complained and was told that was the only handicap option. There also was a large group of soccer players who were extremely loud in the lobby 3 doors down from our room and were loud for over an hour. They were running up and down the halls and knocking on doors.

Hotel met the major requirements in terms of being overall clean and safe. Room wasn't cleaned or linens changed at all over a 3 night stay. If this is some type of new industry standard or norm it would be great if guests were notified. Since it was only me it wasn't a big deal but I would have appreciated being informed. My TV had no signal for 2 of my 3 nights there. Although it began as a hotel wide issue I still had no signal once resolved. The front desk told me they would do a reset. No effort was made to get my room number and check with me to see if the TV was working. The signal to the TV was never restored. Again, the main requirements were met and I would stay there again. Hopefully there would be an improvement in guest services.

Bordentown NJ location...The hotel is fair and that's ONLY based on price. If anyone is expecting a quiet night I suggest they FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. Every night of a 5 night stay the level of noise was awful. First night a band played till 11pm. 2nd night people and small kids stomping around right above us. Incredibly loud. 3rd night another heard of children next door jumping and screaming. 4th night a party on one side of us carrying on till after 11pm and finally, the last night, a crowd of adults on the other side of us yelling at each other. I understand hotels can be expensive but a party with your family and friends in a 150 sq ft room is so disrespectful to other guests. Customer service is a misnomer.

From check in to check out our stay was amazing, every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful, each person working the front desk was absolutely wonderful, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good each day although having to watch cnn lie to us each day during it was not pleasant, only problem we had was with WiFi which was poor to fair for most of our stay. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommended

Prepaid, but didn't arrive at the time we thought we would. Called to report a later arrival and had a mishap conversation with the male attendant telling us we didn't call by 3 am to report a later arrival. Mind you I prepaid the whole trip coming from 6 states away. Said he would see if he could reinstate the reservation. I thought we were going to be stranded and stressed. Arrived by 5 am due to holiday traffic. Wasn't too pleased with the interaction. However we made it safely and checked in. The rest of the stay and attendants were wonderful and personable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We were always greeted leaving and coming and someone was always at the front desk watching traffic. Breakfast area was clean and food was hot, like lite cooking at home.

This place was horrible.We were only staying over night after a long day at a local amusement park and did not want to drive 3 hrs back home until morning. Immediately we were disappointed due to the location looking sketchy.Which surprised us because 1 mile back was a business district with popular restaurants fast food chains and multiple hotels. It was after 8 so we figured okay we will sleep and get om the road early mornings. Soos as e walked i the place we see a dirty kitchen trash can sitting in the small seating area with the lid open.There was an odd damp smell in the lobby. The clerk was dressed in regular street clothes...a hoodie and jeans. We checked in and was given a room with a broken door lock. I went and asked for another room and was denied. Per the clerk there were no more rooms with.dbl beds. My husband and I were then berated for complaining. The clerk said that its okay to have this room because the other lock on the door worked. They did not make any offers to accommodate. It was take it or Leave it.So we left and my poor husband drove us all the way home.

I request a crib at booking. It wasn’t there when I check in I ask the staff before I left for dinner. When I came back she said door to the storage was close and she wasn’t able to open it. To talk to the front in the morning. Really disappointed I was going to check out that morning I needed the crib that night.

Couldn’t check in early which is fine but when we finally did check in after a long day in the hot sun, we walked into a room that was hot(air conditioning not on) and smelled like something that used to be illegal. The room was fine. The breakfast was bad and I’m not a tough critic. I stayed at a holiday inn express the previous weekend that was far superior.

This was a good quick overnight place to stay on my way North. Everything was very good. Parking is very convenient . Check-in was efficient. The room was clean. Breakfast is served until 9:30. I got there at 9:10 and there was hardly any food - no fruit except tiny wrinkled clementines, no yogurt… Otherwise, consistent with the Holiday Inn Express good standards.

Front desk staff didn't seem that friendly at first but they went above and beyond to address concerns and fix issues. There was some sort of stain on the mattress protector that they changed out for us no problem. My main disappointment was the free breakfast. All the eggs contained cheese (lactose intolerant), the oatmeal looked like mush, and the bagel I opted for had no flavor and was way to bread-y. There was no healthy option except for bananas. What happened to the good free hotel breakfasts?

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is the size of the breakfast area. There was barely any room to move around to get any food and it took awhile for the food to get refilled. I ended up having to go somewhere else for breakfast because of this.
