What I liked about This place was that the parking was super easy also short distance from places I went to what I didn’t like was the room floor was filthy dirty my feet was black but everything else was clean and dandy I do want to say the pool is so cold and the whirlpool is not a hot tub as how it looks in pictures also bring extra towels and trash bags I had to ask for some more towels don’t look like they were supplied with much I asked for an extra trash bag but I never got it other then that it’s a decent place to stay definitely wasn’t worth the money I got it for but it’s ight still rested and slept and showered . Wouldn’t stay here again but that just my opinion .

Nice hotel for the price. Friendly staff, went above and beyond. Nice indoor pool, some floats available for the kids to enjoy. The hot tub was the same cold water of the pool. But our son didn't mind. Pretty trashy outside the buildings, but the rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was decent, the french toast sticks were great.

It definitely was not cleaned properly as the shower walls had soap from previous customers. We went specifically for the pool but it was closed the time we were there. The service was not bad. But the accommodations were meh.

The hotel was dirty. There were dead flies on the lamp. The parking lot was not well lit and it seemed as though people were just hanging out there. Children were running around unsupervised. The “hot tub” was a cold whirlpool. The pool was ice cold and in swimable. When I asked for more towels they said they didn’t have any. And when he found some he would bring them. I guess he never found them because I never got them. Overall the hotel didn’t feel safe and protected. Would not stay here again

We booked this because of its amenities, the breakfast was bare minimum, the indoor was not working and had no timeframe on when it would be fixed. We stayed 5 nights and not once was our room cleaned or offered more towels & Toliet paper. Hot water took 10 mins to get hot in the shower. I would not recommend this place at all.

Extremely disappointed in this Best Western. My family rented 8 rooms for a funeral. WiFi didn’t work for us and over half of the guests. Our shower was broken (they fixed it on the second day), phone in the room didn’t work, and the area didn’t smell pleasant. On of our family members had to book a different hotel because their room hadn’t been cleaned and was extremely filthy (waiting on reimbursement). There is not a hot tub, it is a “cold-water whirlpool” and the indoor pool was extremely cold.

The staff was super friendly and happy to help in any way! Hot tub pictured is actually not a hot tub and is same temp as the pool (ice cold). Rooms were clean and lobby area as well. Served hot breakfast to my surprise; the kids were super happy!

The room was filthy and the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone each time I called. There was literally hair in the bathroom from previous guests. The floors were so gross I had to keep shoes on at all times. I would never stay in this hotel again and I suggest that you don’t either! The lamps, the floors the walls were all filthy.

Sheets were dirty (visible dirt), bathroom floor was dirty (clumps of hair), bedroom floor dirty (needs shampooing), roach in bathroom by breakfast, pool deck area was dirty, pool was cloudy. Front desk was good. Facility is recently renovated but they need new cleaners.

This place is FILTHY!!! Every place within a 25 mile radius was booked up, so we had to stay here. We ended up scrubbing down the furniture with disinfectant, then had to buy bleach spray to spray down the shower because of mildew. The floor was so dirty that black dirt ran off of my shower shoes everytime I showered - even the shower mat had black spots on the bottom. Just absolutely FILTHY!!!

This property was one of the worst I’ve seen.i purchased a room for almost fourhundred dollars. I don’t understand how they’re rooms are so overpriced when they are not clean. Dirt spots in the shower toilets stains on the toilet seats I looked at two different rooms because the first one was very unclean. I do not reccomend this property at all to anyone, that’s my honest opinion do not book a stay at this place dirty inside and out .

I was a little unhappy with the cleanliness of the room, The first room had roaches and I had to switch rooms. But the front desk staff were very respectful and helpful. It seems Housekeeping does not do a very good job cleaning the rooms I noticed there was dead bugs and spider webs in the corners of room, pieces of food and an old french fry beer cap. On top of that the bed was rock hard and the heater did not work in the room. Breakfast was decent better than most places in the area besides Hampton inn. The modern bright colored furniture and nice photos in the rooms was a plus. The indoor pool seemed cloudy /dirty and uninviting to be honest The jacuzzi is not warm.. I would hope that the Best Western would do better next time. This is actually a nice place and a nice location but it just needs better upkeep 👍

The check in staff was friendly. When we checked in the room it was do dirty (floors sticky, stains everywhere, flooring in bathroom was coming up). My kids took their shoes off and after a couple minutes of walking around their socks were completely black . Did not feel comfortable staying in the room with my kids contemplated biting the bullet and buying a new hotel for the night. Was able to be switched to another room which was an upgrade from disgusting to just dirty outside the room was someone's throw up. That was there all day and all night and there the next morning . I would not stay here again

The whole property was very dirty the parking lot the walk way to our room and our room was very dirty. There was garbage allover outside and cockroaches in the rooms. We travled there for the cheerleading competition with the teams and everyone on the team had roaches in their room that were dead stuck to sticky traps under furniture. Our bathroom was absolutely disgusting, im glad i brought wet wipes with me because i was not comfortable using the toilet with out cleaning it myself first. There were boogers on the walls and the microwave was beyond gross on the inside. Needless to say i will never stay there ever again. Not a good experience at all.

Chose to stay at this property for a night and it is simply disgusting. We lifted the beds and found crumbs of food, dust and so much more under them. The floors were filthy, hair and dust in many areas of the room. The SHOWER WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. There was mildew come of the tracks to the shower doors and the shower flower was filthy too. All of this to add we had asked the lady at the front desk to please give us a hand with one of the lamps in the room and she simply never showed up. We checked out of this place on 11/2 and still haven't heard back from the manager. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you don't mind filth.

The tray in the refrigerator was filthy and hasn’t been cleaned in months. The closet doors were warped and falling off. The lighting was terrible. The plastic orange chair near the window was faded and look very cheap. The television was only analog. When was the last time you stayed in a hotel, but did not have. hi def. Television. The breakfast was mediocre, but the presentation of the service pieces was shabby. We arrived on Friday afternoon, and there was a bag of rubbish sitting outside one of the rooms. The bag was still there when we left on Sunday. You can see where the owners cheaper out. Not a very good representation for Best Western

I thought the room was generally okay for what I was paying for. It smelled like cigarette smoke. The mattress was worn out and the sheets had holes in them. The room was dark with all the lights on and a couple bulbs were burnt out. I was not a fan of the wifi speed and the TV definitely wasn't much better, but I suppose you wouldn't come here just to hang out all day. Outside, the walkways had concerning structural cracks. It was definitely quiet and the breakfast was decent for this price point.

The hotel is very clean, bright and has open corridors. In particular, service. I forgot my jacket at the hotel, they found it quickly and were about to mail it to me. It's not easy to keep a hotel that clean at this price. Thank them very much.

Shiela and the GM need customer service training. They will run down the hotel if they remain there. Customers are complaining of thier very awful service. I read all the reviews on the front desk and trust me its true. I experienced it firsr hand.

Very slow check in. Place is understaffed, with no provisions for backup. We couldn’t get the TV to work and the front desk wouldn’t help. No food in the evening, but the breakfast was OK. Somebody put money into a modest renovation, but not into maintenance or support.

The service was horrible. I was in my room for about an hour and a half and went to go lay down on the bed and it was a rock. I might as well had laid on the floor. Called the receptionist to see if we could switch rooms, and she stated all the beds were the same. Next, I asked if they had bed cushions, and that was a no go. So I asked if I could be refunded because I can’t sleep on this bed. She hung up On me. We called back and her manager stated she called corporate and they won’t let her refund me because it was a third party stay. THAT WAS A LIE. I called corporate myself. I also called the third party and they called the hotel and they still wouldn’t refund me. Okay, so my husband went to the front to ask for an extra blanket to cushion the rock of a bed. She told him she shouldn’t give him the blanket because he wasn’t on the reservation. So she did give him The blanket, thanks for being so kind(sarcasm). At this point it’s almost 6pm and switching hotels would be pointless. So I tried to stick it out.. we checked out at 5 am. What a waste of money. Horrible service and lack of care. We are from upstate NY and had a 4 hour drive. It would have been nice to get some sleep. NEVER AGAIN

I never ended up staying at the hotel. After check-in, I went to my room which was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I opened the door to a pungent smell of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner did not work and there were dead bugs in the bathroom. I went back to the front desk after having to walk through people hanging out outside drinking beers and told the check-in person I could not stay. She said she understood and would have her manager issue a refund the next day. I called the following morning and was told my refund would be issued in 3-5 days. It has been over seven days and of course, no refund. I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter and really could not stay in that facility. I am not picky. I only look for a clean place to stay since I often travel for sports tournaments. The pictures on Expedia looked nothing like the room, I am very disappointed.

Upon arrival and specifically booking a 2 day stay with a pool for the kids we got there to find out pool was closed. Went to take a shower to discover no hot water..get told you have to run the water for 10minutes to get it warm. Then the next day for a breakfast that showed hot food items in pictures the pancake machine was broken(the main item kids eat), they didnt have jelly and limited bread items with the lady telling us they needed to go shopping..2nd day wasn't any better so my guess this is just a standard level as the response from this lady was the same. Not even any fruit to have. Also this is the first hotel I've been to that there isn't a hair dryer.

We needed somewhere to stay for a quick overnight on our way to visit family. The hotel was great for the price we paid. Check in was quick, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only negative to the room was the small, thin towels. The breakfast was just OK, but we weren't expecting much. Overall, a great stay for the money.

Breakfast needs improvement. Paper plates are very flimsy. Need other choices besides scrambled eggs every day. Four days you were out of apple juice and orange juice. If you run out of an item, you should buy tlocally until your order comes in. Keep customers happy and they will come back. A big improvement is adding w a waffle maker. That is most people's favorite.

I wouldn’t stay at the hotel again. Shower doors wouldn’t shut properly water would spill out into the bathroom floor. The microwave was not working. WiFi was not working either I was told to call internet technician to solve the problem. That’s not our job. Breakfast was okay. I stayed here 5 days 4 out of the 5 they had the exact same breakfast ham and eggs. I just would not ever return to this hotel again.
