Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! Easy check in, friendly and hard working staff, delicious breakfast with a variety of options, safe and clean and QUIET! It was a great stay. I came for one night to see a show in Boston by myself and I wanted to be able to drive in, so this was a great option for me! Parking was easy and free and well lit at night when I arrived back at 1:30 AM. Because the parking lot is shared with a mall lot, there was a security vehicle driving through the area as well. Big plus for a young woman traveling alone! The hotel is beautiful on the inside and well appointed. You could tell they thought of everything, including extra blankets and linens in the closet, which is a nice touch because I love being cozy at night! They could use better signage because when driving by, it took me a moment to realize where the hotel was. My only annoyance was that the pool and hot tub were under renovation. As it turned out, I didn’t have time to swim because I got delayed coming in, but I did pack a swimsuit and it would have been nice to have known in advance that the hotel and hot tub were unavailable to guests when I booked the hotel. Either way, I still give this place a 5 star review!! I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice location, staff, and decor. The breakfast is good. When we were there, though, the drainage system around the pool deck was broken or clogged or something so there were huge puddles of water all over the pool area. Also, one of the 2 elevators was broken and our garbage disposal didn’t work in the room. Fairly minor stuff, but still definitely less than perfect.

Went here for the first time from Maine and staff and everything else is fantastic. Very clean and the continental breakfast is also fantastic. They do free shuttle rides to the Lahey Hospital and back and it’s also next door to the mall so it’s a very easy walk to the mall and back to the hotel. Pool and hot tub is fantastic. I will recommend this to anyone.

Love the hotel although wish there was adult hrs for the pool and hottub areas did really get to enjoy the hottub without kids splashing around in it so that was a bummer but everything else was amazing

My family and I stayed from Friday to Sunday and Friday night and Sunday morning the hot tub was less than 90°. On Saturday it was over 100 and it was fantastic. There are a few things we look for in a hotel when we book it. Pool hot tub and breakfast. We are pretty disappointed in the inconsistency.

The only complaint would be that children are allowed in the hot tub. The kids were jumping between the pool and hot tub… it made it not relaxing. One of the main reasons we stayed here was to enjoy the hot tub. Maybe having a age limit would be helpful. Unfortunately the parents with the kids thought it was a wonderful idea to allow them to jump w tubes around them in and out of hot tub.

The room was a handicapped room, which we didn’t request, and the rug was damaged, the kitchen was dirty and it was obvious that the shower area hadn’t been cleaned prior to our stay. We got there late in the evening so we didn’t call the front desk. Not happy with the amount we paid with what we received for a room. Not the normal for this facility. We might be staying elsewhere next trip.

Overall, the hotel was really good. The only reason I didn’t pick excellent was the poor Wi-Fi. The tvs in the rooms had the ability to stream Netflix, YouTube, etc. However, they just buffered the entire time. The internet connection wouldn’t all for streaming.

I requested a quiet room and was put in a room directly opposite the rooftop ac units on the roof that sounded like jet engines. I asked to be moved and was placed in a similar location facing the rooftop. I asked again for a room not facing the rooftop units and was given another room. The room was clean but the toilet seat was broken and literally fell off when sat on. The main light in the kitchen area didn’t work. Lastly, the hvac unit in the room blew directly on you while in bed and there was no choice but to shut it off. From the reviews I expected better. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and the location was good.

The location is perfect because of the mall nearby. There are several good food options and Boston is not too far away. Only reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the shower; I found it odd that there wasn’t a shower door which made me have to be very cautious about getting water on the floor.

I usually love this hotel and rent a one bedroom suite. But this time, I stayed in a studio/king bed. There’s no bathtub; and the shower doesn’t have a door. There is a giant mirror, floor to ceiling, opposite the couch, so you get to watch yourself watch TV. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work, but they don’t give you an ice bucket. The faucet in the kitchen didn’t turn off right away when you shut it off, so waste of water big time. Also kind of a pain, the one window is behind the desk, so opening and closing the curtain was a workout all its own. There are only TWO stair cases on each floor, one at the far end of each massively long hallway. That made me kinda nervous that getting out in an emergency might be problematic. For almost $300 per night, I think I will look for a different option next visit to Burlington.

Henry at the desk was wonderful! He checked us in. We checked in on a Wednesday and chose to defer housekeeping for four days. But then when we wanted it on Monday the housekeeping manager told us we were not on the list and not getting it that day. We explained we needed it and had not had it for five days. She turned away and talked to the employee and we thought she was adding us to the list. When we returned later our room had not been cleaned and the new employee said we were not on the list. She suggested we talk to the front desk. We did and Henry solved the problem. He’s great!!! The housekeeping manager on the other hand needs more training in customer service.

The reason for the 5 starts is the staff and hospitality! We checked in for the weekend and unfortunately we had very noisy upstairs neighbors who kept thinking on the walls/floors all hours of the day/night. We have two little kids (2 and 4) and a little dog. We made a noise complaint to the front desk and they immediately got on the matter and moved us to another suite on the top floor so the kids could get a restful sleep. They don't care at all about check-in or check-out times and their only concern was our comfort. We have been to this hotel a few times and most definitely booking here again.

The location is great, especially for medical tourists needed access to the hospital. They do not offer shuttles but it is right next door, it’s walkable. The room was as advertised and was spotless upon arrival. The hotel common areas were lovely, bright colorful and clean. The staff was friendly, cheerful and helpful. There’s a great steak house attached that for dinning but they will typically deliver a takeout order to your hotel room door. The free breakfast was impressive and offered a large variety of items including 3 daily specials. Unfortunately, I couldn’t give 5 stars for this reason. . At check-in I requested my room cleaning schedule be switched from every other day to daily starting on the date of my surgery until checkout. That request was not fulfilled. When I arrived back at the hotel on the evening of my surgery, the room had not been cleaned. In the days that followed I had to request several times to have the room cleaned, including separate requests to restock coffee, toilet paper, and clean towels.

I booked a room for two day, i was able to make it to the hotel on my first night due to my flight being cancelled. I made it to the hotel the next day after being able to get flight the next day. This people at the hotel told me that my booking has been cancelled and that I can’t get a refund for the cancellation. To make things worse they called police on me. This people are crooks.

This property is ideal if you are staying in Burlington and have appointments at Lahey. I recently stayed at the Residence Inn for approximately 2 weeks. The hotel is a short .6 mile walk away from the hospital which was very convenient. Some days I would walk and sometimes I would take the shuttle. The hotel staff is incredibly nice, and as I would like to commend 3 standout front desk employees, Anastasia, Jamal and Chantal, who truly made me feel at home. The room was a great size and had everything one could need. The Housekeeping department is excellent and kept everything tidy. Someone was almost always on my floor if anything was needed. Gym is clean and the breakfast was good. The Burlington mall is literally steps away from this hotel. I'd definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you have appointments at Lahey.

Great location right next to the mall and highway. We came to visit Boston and Salem and are comfortably 30 mins from each location with ample parking and privacy. Fabulous restaurant in the hotel, along with several other great options within walking distance. Hotel has an updated laundry room available for guest use (nicer appliances than my house, hah), a great business meeting area, small store, hot tub, and pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Had an issue with the toilet taking a long time to fill, and the automatic AC would take forever to turn on. The eggs for breakfast are the powdered eggs. They should consider changing that.

Generally this is a nice, clean hotel in a good location with free parking and the Burlington Mall on your doorstep. The 2 issues we had were that we expected to have daily housekeeping before getting to hotel and asked at the front desk for daily housekeeping, even after doing this we were not given daily housekeeping. Also, breakfast options could have been better, as same things every day, it would have been nice to have more fruit salad options and different pastry / muffin options each day.

The hotel is just a very short walk to the Burlington mall. There are many small plazas nearby. The room is very good. The kitchen is a plus. The breakfast is typical. The steak restaurant in the hotel is very nice but expensive.
