we stay here for every weekend in October. You can always depend on a nice clean room. The staff is very helpful and it is pet friendly and we have two dogs and the rooms don’t smell like what do you think they would be in a pet friendly hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping great day every time.

I dropped my luggage and went off to an event, didnt even unpack. I had a devastating injury and returned to grab my luggage. The front desk saw the extensive injuries to my face and issued me a zero balance check out. then, they decided not to refund my three night stay. Yeah and Hotels.com did not back me on it. They all just left me out to dry. would not recommend

It is priced appropriately for what you get. The staff is not that friendly. The rooms were large for longer stays.

Cleanliness was bad, hair in the tub, mildew in the caulk lines in the tub. Cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are at end of life with edges all dinged up and finish gone. In the kitchen they give you only 2 of all dishes and the flatware was really cheap with sharp edges from stamping. There is really not enough gear in the kitchen to cook anything. That is pretty dismal for a place that caters to long stays and gives you a kitchen. The coffee cups had sharp molding ridges on the back of the handle making them uncomfortable to hold also ridiculously cheap. There microwave was annoyingly loud as was the ice maker, which will keep you up at night. I unplugged it. I found the mattress too hard but that is personal choice and the pillows were ok. I was unable to get my video content working on the tv which may be my particular content but it has worked at other hotels through the HDMI PORT.
