The Hotel does not have a Shuttle. Nobody at the airport could tell me how to get to the hotel. A telephone number was hard to find. A Taxi is necessary to get there. The restaurant is not open early in the morning and in the room is no coffee or teamaker. The furniture is not very nice.

We stay there the night before our flight, the convinience of being down the street from the airport is worth it. With Mexico City’s traffic its recommended!! The hotel was clean, very well maintained, parking in the back. Safe for the most part. Only two complains I would have would be it’s close to a busy street so the noise and also A/C is set a set temparature. It was a bit hot at the time. Other than that for the convenience to the airport this one with well reccomended.

Es un hotel práctico y útil sobre todo para aquellos viajeros que necesitan de quedarse una noche para abordar el avión al día siguiente a horas muy tempranas. El hotel se conecta al aeropuerto por un puente peatonal. EL problema es que al esar en pleno boulevard el ruido de camiones y transporte hace que conciliar el sueño sea complicado

The place was loud. Every time a door would close you would hear it. Every person talking in the hall you could hear it. This is located across from the airport. You did not hear airplane but you would hear everything inside the hotel. I arrived very late and was not able to sleep due to the noise.

Didn’t have breakfast. Room was clean, check in was fast, bed was Mexican…very firm. Pillow could use some work…foam slabs. Really close to the airport, so very convenient. We walked to terminal 1 in 10 min.

I arrived at 12:15 am to be told I did not have a reservation. The man kept telling me I did not have a reservation.He showed me a piece of paper that had another persons name and asked me to check in under another persons name. I completely said NO!! I confirmed I had a reservation.about 10 minutes of showing him all my confirmations another man appeared from the back and showed me my reservation with the wrong total. He clearly took money from me. I will be contacting Expedia about this. Please do yourself a favor just because it's close to the airport STAY AWAY THIS IS A TERRIBLE HOTEL!!!

El precio esta bien, teniendo en cuenta la ubicacion del hotel, en general el trato del personal fue muy bueno, el tiempo para realizar el check in y la salida fue muy rapido. Lo recomiendo y no dudare en hospedarme ahi cuando lo necesite.

Muy aceptable tomando en cuenta que solo estuvimos una noche. Literalmente solo una durante la noche porque llegamos 10 de la noche y salimos 6 de la mañana por el vuelo que teníamos. Si vas a esperar algún vuelo está súper accesible ya que solo cruzas un puente peatonal y ya llegas al aeropuerto sin pagar taxi.

Restaurant says it serves till 11 pm, stop serving at 930, the bathroom light would only turn on if the bedroom lights where on, also the have a taxi driver who doesnt drive a taxi and charges way to much, if you decide to use him always ask how much before u get on.

Mi experiencia ha sido agradable para un viaje relampago con vuelos desmañanados, el hotel limpio, accesible en precios y rutas, frente a aeropuerto internacional Benito Juárez, con estación metro cerca, cuenta con restaurant con lo suficiente para un buen desayuno, comida o cena, con servicio a la habitación, desayuno desde las 730, puedes incluirlo en tu tarifa o tomar la opción de pago al consumo según necesidades, seguro, con estacionamiento, buena limpieza, agua caliente pues no la identifique bien en las llaves de salida, pero superable, volvería a regresar, hospedaje suficiente a precio accesible en zona de alta plusvalía!!
