Frühstück war gut. Es gab sogar ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett. Alles in der Nähe. Es gab mehrere Krankenhäuser in der Nähe für den Fall. Personal war nett und zuvorkommend, nur Toilettendeckel gab es einen Fleck den ich dann selbst sauber gewischt habe.

Richtig sauberes Hotel, mit sehr gutem Service. Ich war positiv überrascht, meine 2 Nächte mit 2 Zimmer für 5 Personen waren äußerst angenehm. Frühstück hatte ich nicht mitgebucht, da wir langschläfer sind. Auch die zwei Restaurants sind sehr gut. Also von mir eine klare Empfehlung.

No it wasn’t amazing , I arrived on 4 pm and receptionist was very sharp without any smile on his face and he insisted to pay the money although I send it during the reservation, next morning the young lady also was not polite talking to her colleague in Turkish thinking that I don’t understand the language, and wished me a good day with fire in her eyes . Any way it was bad choice

Von A-Z eine Top Leistung. Es war einfach wirklich alles perfekt. An der Rezeption immer zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, höflich und nicht aufdringlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral gewesen, kaum das Auto benutzt. Besten Dank! Wir werden sicher bald wieder bei Ihnen zu Gast sein.

I chose this hotel with reference of a friend of mine. I am not going to look for another hotel when I am in Kayseri and will stay here every single time. Staff at the front desk 100/100(Super helpfull from every aspect)... Staff at the roof top restaurant at breakfast and dinner 100/100. Housecare lady: 100/100, accomodation 100/100. Hotel is within 15 minutes to all of the attractions of the city. 20-25 minutes to the ski location. I came with the family but am definitely recommending it for all of the solo/business/ pleasure / family vacations.

Frühstück war gut. Es gab sogar ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett. Alles in der Nähe. Es gab mehrere Krankenhäuser in der Nähe für den Fall. Personal war nett und zuvorkommend, nur Toilettendeckel gab es einen Fleck den ich dann selbst sauber gewischt habe.
