The staff is very attentive. We came for an event in Philadelphia and after reading the hotel reviews (old, small, etc) parking costs horror stories we decided to look outside the city center area. We were so thrilled with this hotel - clean facility, large comfortable rooms, FREE parking, FREE breakfast, clean pool ... it was an awesome stay!

Thanks for having EV chargers at your hotel. I still don’t understand why you only have two parking spots for three chargers.

I had a great stay at this property. My rooms, fridges, everything was nice and clean. They do provide housekeeping every other day, but oddly enough, I didn’t receive ANY housekeeping service in either of my rooms. On the third day of my stay I called the front desk and was informed that I wasn’t “signed up” for housekeeping…I didn’t and still don’t understand what that meant. Outside of that, my stay was great. Breakfast was super tasty. I would absolutely stay again

Wonderful! This is a newer property with beautiful clean rooms, including a full size refrigerator, and functioning kitchenette. The King size room comfortably accommodates 2-4 guests and includes a daily breakfast bar. This property has all the modern amenities you would expect in an upscale hotel at a better than expected price point. The property is located within an industrial area with shopping (Target, Grocery Store, DSW etc) just around the corner. The hotel is well staffed, clean, safe and quiet. I was so relieved when I pulled into the parking lot and walked into a beautiful and welcoming lobby with friendly front desk personnel. 10/10.

Liked the options for breakfast. The room was very clean. My only complaint was how loud the road traffic was outside my room. I know I could have requested another room, but I wondered if a move (considering how loud it was) anywhere in the hotel would have made a difference.

The gentleman at the front desk was an absolute breath of fresh air compared to other hotels where I have stayed. The room was very nice, with a full kitchen. I also like the bathroom to separate the shower from the sink/mirror area, and that is the way the room was set up. The included breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that my room was on the back side of the hotel and there was quite a bit of road noise from the nearby highway.

We loved the two room set up, kitchen and two tv‘s. The location was good also. The air conditioner was very loud, and had to keep turning the tv up when it came on and down when it went off. The refrigerator was very loud also. Walls are very thin. Breakfast wasn’t great. I definitely don’t like the fact that I have a $600 hold on my credit card on top of my charges for the room. I spent over an hour back and forth with the hotel and hotels.com and was finally informed the hold would be released 3 to 5 business days. Between the hotel and Hotels.com, somebody should have told me about the costly hold. Never had a hold that high.

When I arrived at the lobby, there was no one in the front desk but I did arrive a little late around 10pm so I waited. I saw a gentleman sitting in a room where the front desk was and he had headphone on playing game... I wasn't sure if he was on a break so we waited for 5-8 minutes and he finally came up and apologized for the wait. The comforters and and bedsheet were also dirty in the room... the indoor pool was very cold... both the pool water and the room were very cold...

Everyone there was great, I spoke with Joe mostly and he was great, would ask if there was anything else he could do to make our stay better. The front desk manager was also helpful, I had a question about the billing. Everything was clean, and up to date. We enjoyed having the extra room (having a suite), that we had the option to cook or go out as well as having a fan in the room as well. The food was excellent. The pool was indoors, the only things i could mention would be about the pool; it was a little colder then i would of expected, and the 2nd thing is that the floor around the pool is slippery. My 20 month old son fell 3 times in less then 10 mins, the last one he oh most hit his head.

Honest review. Three times I went to the front desk met with nobody. Had to find someone in back office for help. Was told when I asked to check in half hour early (Wednesday) that a single room was not yet prepared. Was told she was waiting on a man who was cleaning the room. Granted they do not have to give me a room. When we did get the room

Arrived shortly after midnight and was told that the reservation had been cancelled. Payment had already been made, but I was told we could pay for the room again and then have it. Although the booking does say that check-in is after 3 PM, it does NOT clearly say that it must be before midnight. Better communication would be very helpful. But being asked to double-pay? No thank you.

The hotel is in great shape, clean and very comfortable. The only downsides were many unsupervised kids running through the hallways and yelling and made quite a mess in the breakfast area. Not really the hotel’s fault I understand but certainly annoying in any event. The hotel is so close to two major highways but you just access it through a confusing maze of roads in an unpleasant industrial area.

The room was very clean and loved the small kitchen and sitting area too.Would have had more use of the kitchen if I was staying longer. The only issue we had was you had to wait about 5 min. for the water in the shower to get hot. After that, it was good. Also, they only provide bar soap not body wash in shower. It has a grill outside and chairs. Not sure if you have to reserve it or not. The indoor pool was ok but not really heated. The breakfast wasn't as good as expected. The eggs were watery and sausage didn't taste good. The fruit didn't look fresh so didn't try. You are safe with the cereal and toast.
