Everyone at Emens was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a wide range to pick from. Location was perfect you could to anyway within 15 minutes and the zoo and Ephesus was a short drive. Parking was secure underground so you have no worries about the car during ur stay. They would drop ur car off to you and then park it for you once you arrive back

Lovely hotel! The room was very nice. Breakfast was amazing! I am very glad for the valet parking as it is a tricky neighborhood to park in. Location looks rough but is in premier spot. Staff was very friendly as well.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist perfekt. Wenn man mit einem Auto anreist, sind die Parkmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt. Der Valet hilft einem aber sehr und hat das Auto sicher in der Tiefgarage eingeparkt.

The best thing was the shower! High pressure and hot! Room was perfect for what we needed and enjoyed the free breakfast. Parked outside the hotel and concierge parked it in the car park for us.

Gute Lage zum Bazar und zum Meer. Sehr guter Parkservice. Das Auto wird von einem Hotelmitarbeiter auf einen Parkplatz gebracht und sehr schnell von dort wieder geholt. Nicht schön war der frontale Blick auf eine heruntergekommene Hausfassade.

Alles in allem ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel. Zimmer sind groß genug, Bad ok, Frühstück Super, Personal Top, Sauber, Parkplatz genug vorhanden, Umgebung passt, alles in der nähe aber die Matratze war durch, das war das einzige was gestört hat. Sauberkeit gebe ich prinzipiell keine 5 Sterne denn es geht immer besser.

Sheet and blanket are not suit the bed. The cup has not been washed or changed even if it is cracked. Bathroom sink was not cleaned. the thing to be thrown away was placed on the desk even though I had placed it on the floor.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.The only downsides were that guests aren’t able to control the A/C temperature, which made the room a bit less comfortable than expected and the room was clean but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke than that, it was a good short stay.

Great place, I found very easy to get from Deizili and then to the airport. The Izmir train station is a 5 minute walk. The only inconvenience i found was that tou cannot set the temperature in your room, ut is centrally controlled and the room was way too hot for my liking. I had to open the window and put up with the noice from the street

The room condition is good and clear with just enough facilities and provisions. The buffet breakfast is good. Close to metro station. If improvement is needed, the 2 things i suggest are: the bed is too soft and the air-conditioner temperature is difficult to control.

Stayed on 2 separate nights a few days apart in different rooms. Rooms were very well soundproofed and beds extremely comfortable giving an exceptionally good night’s sleep. All areas of the hotel were very clean and maintained. We found the staff to be very friendly and enjoyed breakfast which had a really good selection. The hotel is in a great location, just on from Basmane Square with good transport links and a short walk to Konami Square and the Pier. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying when we are in Izmir again.

The garage door makes a lot of noise. If they give you a room close by, it can be annoying. The room is very nice and it has a lot of light combinations, which allow you to create a very nice environment. The breakfas is very good.

Lack of English by one receptionist was an unpleasant start of a week at this hotel. However, 3 staff: Nadir, Ersun, and Ece made all the difference later. Nadir's fantastic customer relation skills, English and kindness made us feel welcome at this hotel

Lovely staff especially Tugche and Tolga recieved excellent customer service from them. Breakfast was impeccable lovely selection. Owner came out to send us off which was a lovely and special touch. We will come back and visit again thank you.

Emens Hotel room is nice and clean. The shower is great! The hotel is in the heart of downtown, and we were told by our airport transfer driver that the area was dangerous to walk at night. There aren’t good restaurants in the immediate surroundings, but if you’re willing to walk 1-2 kms you can find better options.

Quiero diferenciar, dentro del hotel todo perfecto, atención del personal, instalaciones, limpieza, servicios, detalles con los clientes. Solo puedo decir cosas buenas. Por otro lado el aspecto de la zona que circundante al hotel está un poco dejada. Es cierto que está situado en una zona muy céntrica y la seguridad es absoluta a altas horas de la madrugada.

The hotel is in a convenient location in the city center. It's modern, clean, and well maintained. The room temperature was an issue as I was told it's centrally controlled for only heating or cooling, so it was too warm. Breakfast was a buffet with many choices, but as often happens with buffets the food gets cold and stale when it's sitting out. The staff were nice but sometimes didn't seem to know the area well and didn't have much advice.

Kahvaltı sırasında özellikle Gözde hanımın sıcak ve ilgili tavrı çok samimi ve her konuda yardımcıydı. Resepsiyon görevlileri de aynı şekilde çok nazik ve yardımcı oldular. Odalar temiz ve rahattı. Bölge sessiz ve geceleri dinlenmek için iyi bir seçimdi. Otelin konumu hem Konak hem Alsancak bölgesine yakındı. Otelin bulunduğu Fevzipaşa Bulvarı üzerinde otelden 5-6 dakika yürüme mesafesinde Çankaya metrosu var. Ulaşım çok kolay. Herşeyden memnun kaldık. Bir sonraki konaklamamız yine bu otelde olacak.

Very nice staff excellent breakfast very small room in a not so nice part of very central Konak area. Very, very sad to see a lonely parrot- same one as last year, still stuck alone in a cage near the breakfast area. Seems quite cruel toward that poor bird.
