I called ahead to check to confirm the pool and hot tub were operational. It was confirmed by the agent working after checking in and trying the hot tub. We found it cold and when asked we were told the pump was not working. On top of that there was food in the loom area on table and on the floor. This was not cleaned up for the two nights we were at the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. Even for a last resort

The hot tub constantly had kids under 14 without parents when we did get it it was so dirty, food sitting by the tub, stuff floating in hot tub, had to wait to get checked in, everything about the hotel felt dirty, will never stay there again! Sad!

The place is nice, pool area is decent but if your booking a poolside room on the weekend and intend on sleeping or watching tv by 10 pm I’d check to see if they booked a band first. The band plays until after 10 pm and you can definitely hear it in the poolside rooms. I’d definitely stay again but not in a poolside room.

Hotel is in disrepair, shower drain was plugged, shower spout was ready to fall off, floors were VERY dirty, hotel ventilation is extremely loud and the back entrance to the hotel had a leaking roof which dripped on you when you used the stairs, poor breakfast, but the bed was good.

The room smelled like paint, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and it smelled musty and like mildew when it got warm in there from taking a shower, there were only enough towels for 2 people and we had 4 in our party. The comfort had stains on it. The rod to open the shade to the patio door broke on 1st use. Half of the channels on the TV didn't work. Around 9 pm there were 2 girls running up to patio doors knocking on them and then running back and jumping in the pool. There were a group of kids constantly running through the halls around the top floor of the pool. We were constantly woke up by the large group of adults that were out in the pool area drinking and being so loud and arguing until 3:40 am we barely got any sleep and we had to be awake at 6 am to go to the event that we were in town for.

Staff were the only positive at the hotel. Sheets and towels were stained. First room had a zoo of bugs. Second room by the pool was at least bug free, just nice and loud with screaming children. Unfortunately would not return.

Had a large stain on our bed red in color thought maybe someone was killed in the room the night before we arrived. The smell in our room was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Booked a 2 queen bed room, they upgraded us to a single king without asking. Got there and the only room they could offer us was 2 doubles, not queens which we still payed for the queens. While they tried to figure a room for us, they told us to have a drink on the house, yet we still had to pay for our drinks. I ordered a bud light in can, and the beer was flat and gross. There was no one at the front desk when we needed help/service.

The description of the rooms said sound proof. We were woke up at 7am Saturday morning to a loud TV and a loud barking dog next to us for the entire morning! Noise from the pool was very loud as well. The TV was very small and very old! The shower was the tiniest shower I've ever showered in, and so was the entire bathroom. The alarm clock in our room went off at 6am on Sunday, we hadnt set an alarm. Thenroom seem updated but wasnt the cleanest. Other parts of the the hotel seemed older and rundown. The breakfast was amazing!

Called early to check in early to get sleep before I arrive. After I arrive they wouldn’t let me in so slept in the parking lot. Then my card for my room door had to be reset constantly. Had it reset about 7 times. The air conditioner in the room was working somewhat alright had it at 60F and it would go up to 80F randomly and shut off. The power cord for the fridge, microwave, and tv was unplugged and damaged. The floor board in the room had a gap like a step but was exposed. So you had to step over to avoid cutting your foot. Seems like a nice hotel just wish I didn’t have to smell the chlorine in our room from the pool but that’s fine. Just need to take care of maintenance in the rooms so the guest can be satisfied and safe.

Our room was clean and breakfast was amazing! They have a really cool oatmeal bar and the breakfast burritos were amazing. We had a sliding door by the pool (room 123) that was broken. Not the hotels fault but the pool was packed for our entire stay due to a hockey tournament so it was noisy with screaming children. Not past 11pm so i understand. Id recommended asking if there are any hockey tournaments etc before booking. Everything in the control of the hotel was great!

Hotel was great, service was excellent and staff was very friendly. The only negatives I would say is we had no hot water for a shower on our last morning around 10:00am and the Keystone light was out after we were offered our free tokens and no substitution was allowed besides water. Other than that, our experience was great, coming back in November and we already booked it while we were there.

Room 215, shower was on as soon as you turned on the water. Couldn’t have a bath and couldn’t turn shower head off as leaver stuck on. Hair dryer only worked on low and cam on as soon as you plugged it in. Room wasn’t serviced after 1st night,:staff didn’t mention room cleaning service only every second day when we checked in ( we had put our towels on the floor anticipating they would be replaced that day, had to ask for clean ones).

When we pulled up to the lobby, I was judging the place before walking in. The outside is dated and not the best compared to other locations. However, what it lacked in curb appeal, it made up for on the inside. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Very clean inside. We got a jacuzzi tub room on the 1st floor, poolside. We stayed on a Monday night and it was not loud at all. We didn’t end up using the pool or hot tub, even though we wanted to. They were operational, but it was nice to just soak in the room. The bed was ok but the pillows were soft and we were tired. I didn’t notice anything that would cause me to not be comfortable in the room, even though you could tell that it was dated and had been renovated. The best part about it was the breakfast, the food was ok but the service was great. The cook did everything he could to make sure the guests had what they wanted even after breakfast was supposed to be closed. Even making a fresh batch of scrambled eggs at 9am. Every little drop of milk or spill of cereal was cleaned up immediately with a smile and a good morning.

Booked 2 rooms for my family for 3 nights. After the first night, my mom left for the day with her suitcase and apparently the staff saw her do this and decided she was checking out. They called from an unknown number and never left a message, so she didn’t call back. A simple voicemail would’ve prevented this headache. The hotel was then full, so my family was split between 2 hotels but they only had one vehicle. Such a strange situation that has never happened to us before!

We got this booked late by Expedia as our previous hotel was closed due to fire earlier that week (that hotel didn't notify us) Revel staff was warm and friendly and helped us get checked nicely. The staff in the morning for breakfast was welcoming and made our trip enjoyable.

There was a fire in the hotel as we were trying to check-in. They continued shutting the alarm and said it wasn’t a fire. It, in fact was. We were unable to check in because the fire department had the hotel shut down for the actual fire. They refused to refund our money.

We loved the vibe of this hotel! Specifically, when we walked into this hotel, it immediately felt like we were on vacation! With a bar and seating overlooking a pool area, music playing, and ample artwork displayed, it all just gave a really fun feeling right from the moment we walked in. The room was clean but the staff didn't come and make up the room or fix the bed for our second night. They did, however, offer towels. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location. There was plenty of parking. I would stay again!

Convenient to mall and restaurants!! Loved seeing the families with kids enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub! Only recommendation would be for an elevator as carrying luggage up a short flight of stairs could be difficult for some people!

We found the hotel to be reasonable for the price, as we mainly used it as a place to return to and sleep in the evenings. It appears to be undergoing some repairs and construction during parts of the day and evening, which was noticeable but not overly disruptive. We didn’t use the pool, as it looked rather murky from above. However, the beds were clean and comfortable, which was our main priority.
