Website says they offer free shuttle from Minot Int’l Airport, I had notified them a couple of days ahead of time and the morning of my stay and the hotel was not able to provide a shuttle to pick me up, left me stranded at airport.

The front desk staff have been phenomenal. We were impressed with their professionalism, service and helpfulness. However we were greatly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It appears house keeping inspections have not been conducted. The mattress protectors on the hide a bed couches in all three rooms are disgusting at best. This is the second time I stayed here and it’s gone down hill since two years prior. We started in room 412. We found crumbs, bugs and multiple blood stains and on the hide a bed, dirt hair and filth behind the mattresses and a bottle cap and dirt on the room floor. We then moved to 226. Where we found another dirty hide a bed. A spoon, garbage, battery, more crumbs, tone nail, Skittles and possible tampon?!? Lastly the door didn’t latch shut properly. We finally settled on room 210. We felt that one ant, a dirty sock and a small blood stain on the bed was the cleanest we were going to get. Which in my standards is not acceptable. The night staff did inform us that they were unable to refund our rooms as we did ask thinking we could change hotels. We emailed the manager Friday night when we checked in. We went to the front desk Saturday no manager, phoned later in the afternoon when she was suppose to be in and she wasn’t available. Sent the manager another email Saturday. Went back to the front desk Sunday between 9-3 when she was suppose to be in she still wasn’t there. Still haven’t heard and we did not get a discount.

Has amazing amenities but the place is disgustingly dirty and run down. When we checked into our room staff was so kind and helpful but upon entering our room there was a pill on the floor, a sock left between the two ottomans, lamps splattered with something and the bathroom tub unclean.

Everything in our two rooms was gross. Sheets hadn’t been changed. They were stained and remade. toilets were not clean — there were marks under the toilet seat from the last people. There was hair all over the shower wall. Carpets were filthy. Housekeeping said they would switch us but there weren’t two rooms by each other and we had kids so they changed the sheets and ‘cleaned’ our room again. Not done very well but we had no choice but to stay. Kids loved the pool area and the breakfast was good. Has good potential but housekeeping staff was the let down of this trip.

The property is severely outdated. The pool area shows its age. The water is dirty and cold. The window sills on the third floor looking over the pool are FILLED with dead bugs - the absolute grossest thing to see coming off the elevator to your room. The rooms are decent yet shows its age. Need to be deep cleaned - extra blankets filled with hair. We wouldn’t return to this hotel

They didn’t change out the bedding from the last person that stayed in the room. It still had like pizza sauce on both beds. And it wasn’t a stain either.. it just wasn’t washed. And also the male house keeping didn't even knock.. he just opened the door and peeked inside to see if we were still in there before we were even supposed to check out.

The front staff at the desk the day we checked in was rude and short while talking to us. There is no light over the toilet, and no lighting where the mirrors are. Also half the lights didn’t work in the room. 427. For such a big room the TV was in a crappy spot and it’s very small.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the waterslide and hot tub were great. The breakfast in the morning was tasty! I do recommend staying here. My only issues were that the room wasn't completely soundproof, we could hear people walking around and talking above us, and the showerhead and tub faucet in the bathroom were not well maintained, leading to bad water pressure for a shower. Everything else was great, though!

We reserved a king suite- the pull out mattress was BAD! It was stained and ripped, springs poking out the sides. Just terrible. We ended up switching the mattress with a next door room- but beware and make sure you check them! Quality was not great. The front desk staff was great in helping with this. The hotel is outdated and bathrooms need upgrades. Breakfast was ok. The hotel was 2 stars max. I would try a different hotel next time.

My reservation was canceled and they would not honor the one day I was there. They canceled the entire reservation with no refund. I then booked again for the 2 days so I paid for 4 days and only stayed 2! The lady at the front desk was very rude to me and also hotels.com when they called. No manager was on duty either day I was there. Our TV in our room shut off every 15-20minutes. The volume and picture were not right. The hotel was extremely loud in early morning and late evening. The wrestling kids were running up and down the halls! The fact of being charged twice and the front desk lady being unhelpful and rude did not make a good stay.

Worst Customer Service of any Hotel I booked a Friday night with the hotel through my credit card. A blizzard happened, so we couldn't stay Friday. I tried to cancel and reschedule for Saturday, and couldn't, which I understand. When we finally got to the hotel at 3:45 (45 min past check-in), they weren't ready. Seeing that I rented a room the night before AND the for the night I showed up, I thought no big deal....just let us use the pool. Well I was wrong. The person refused to let us use the pool while we were waiting to be checked in. They refused to be accommodating in any way even though they were late checking me in and I had already paid 2 nights for a one night stay. When my wife bought a bag of pretzels at the front desk, the lady gave her attitude. Our sink was plugged. Our floor had sausage or something from pizza that wasn't clean from the previous stay.

I cancelled a hotel that was cheaper and booked this one that was double the price specifically because it had airport transportation and my husband was arriving after midnight and wanted to ensure he safely got to somewhere to stay. Upon arriving the shuttle was not there to pick him up. When he called the hotel the staff told him “your right, the keys to the suv are here on the counter”, no solution was offered, no remorse. He was told that if he couldn’t get a Lyft to call back and they would try and get someone to pick him up. The airport closed at 1am and this was all taking place 12:30am. I booked the shuttle more than 24 hours in advance.

I called a week in advance to notify a guest would be checking in before my arrival i also noted i would need a late/early check in in the same call. Person on the call failed to mention paperwork needing to be completed for the guest checking in before me so on the date of their arrival they called me to have it printed scanned back with my information we were diving from AB canda to North dakota so thank god we didnt leave yet. On our arrival for check in the manager Mich was super unprofessional stating we were marked as a no show then had us stand in the lobby while he made phone calls infront of myself using unprofessional language and blaming employees for their mistakes. Upon entering the room we notice washed stain sheets on out bedding the siding of the carpet was hanging off the wall and damaged/stained Room service was awful came back to the beds unmade floors not swpet or wiped. And a laminated note saying if services were requied at request before 9 am and to notfiy front desk. This was also not mentioned at our check in either. Breakfast included was shut down before the alloted times given. Also very limited on their supplies. I went into the cupboards to find extra cups and restocked them myself. And food was not fully cooked my hashbrowns were still hard trying to est through them. Disappointed overall all considering the price that was paid. Not the best experience in my travels with expedia and will search for another hotel during our stays in north dakota.

This hotel was near every retail store we wanted to go to. It was very quiet. Breakfast was great. Had a place to sit every morning. However we were not impressed at check in. We were given our room number. Upon entering the room we noticed it was already occupied. Thank goodness for us we are honest people. We very quickly left and went back to the front desk to complain. It made us a little worried what is that was our room and someone else entered it. Luckily the rooms are equipped with safes. But that is beside the point. Our door also didn’t lock upon it shutting. We had to literally slam the door in order for it to lock. Overall it was a great stay. Would we stay again. More than likely.

Excellent stay. Clean. Great slide in the pool, a hit with the kids. Also, super helpful and kind staff—the customer laundry dryer was out of order (the part was delayed) so staff dried our freshly washed clothes, super generous and wonderful to do so. The kindness of the staff was remarkable and a joy. Breakfast offerings delightful. Highly recommend.
