What I enjoyed about this hotel was the overall cleanliness and top class feel. From the moment you approach the door there is someone to greet you the fragrance in the lobby is magnificent. The rooms are well equipped and offer you several services. Room service is 24hrs. To top it all off they have a bar on the top floor called Skybar!

Location is amazing. The hotel is clean and has decent amenities - however I was told that pool access at the Andaz is no longer provided. The staff is enthusiastic and well-meaning, however the execution was sometimes lacking, for example being charged by the hotel for a spa treatment that I paid for directly (which they did remove from the bill) or following up with the concierge multiple times to get responses.

Loved this hotel, and everything about it! The room was beautiful and super clean, and I appreciated all of the amenities offered. Everyone was very friendly and incredibly helpful from check in to check out, the team made me feel welcome and taken care of. I found my King room spacious, modern and incredibly clean-- and I'm super picky with cleanliness. The location cannot be beat-- it's perfect and exactly where you want to be with El Parque just steps away, fabulous restaurants, cocktail bars and coffee shops right outside your door. I will absolutely be back!

Not worthy, we had a wet and used underwear in the shower from the previous guest and hair everywhere…and although they sorted out the issue, the truth is they asked if that wasn’t mine after just 20mins in the room (and let me be clear, we checked in 4hrs pass 3pm).

5 star is over rated for this property, I rate this hotel as 3.5 star. cleaner comes after 4:00pm when we come from where ever we were to relax. They don't even check for wash cloth, bathroom paper, there was i believe a water leak on the corridor smells bad when you come out of the elevators. Need a good management.

Soon after we arrived in our room, we found that the water in the toilet wouldn't go down. Exhausted from a day of travel, we called down and a maintenance worker soon arrived. He tinkered for about 20 minutes, then departed, saying the issue was fixed. It was. For one flush. Then it started again. We called a 2nd time and he returned. Tinkered for another 20 minutes. By this time we'd given 40 minutes of our time to toilet maintenance. He again said it was fixed..., but when we went to use it the next morning, it was Poop Cruise in our room. Upon check-out, we described what had happened. ZERO response, zero credit. This high-concept hotel has clearly sacrificed guest comfort & hygiene for ultramodern design. It's the Tesla syndrome - looks fab, but you might not survive it. Witness the bathroom sink. Unless you enjoy co-existing with your own toothpaste spit, why would you install a nearly-flat surface that can't be rinsed by the faucet? Mexican hospitality standards are the finest in the world, and we've greatly enjoyed hotels both below and above this place's price point. There's just no reason to subject yourself to a hotel that doesn't care about the hygiene of its guests.

I loved my stay here and my biggest regret was not staying at this hotel my entire trip. The room was impeccable and the staff was always attentive and responsive to my needs. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the noise from the doors closing from other rooms. They close too hard and constantly make a loud banging throughout the day. I would however definitely stay here again

The hotel room was very spacious and bright. We had good closet and storage space. The king-sized bed was very comfortable although we didn't like the pillows. We liked that the room had hardwood floors, considering most hotel rooms are carpeted. Noise level was adequate. We were woken several times by doors being slammed. We also heard dogs barking from the courtyard that faced the room. Something odd was that we sneezed A LOT as soon as we entered the room. Something in the room was definitely triggering our allergies.

It's a lovely hotel but we had a few issues that made our stay less than 5-star. First, our toilet was clogged/unusable for 2 days. We reported this to the front desk at least 4 times and each time they said it's being fixed. We finally had to insist that a maintenance person come to the room with us so they could spend 30 minutes fixing the toilet. The second issue was with noise. We paid for an upgraded room with a terrace overlooking the courtyard. What we didn't realize was that there are several bars in the courtyard that play loud music until at least 11pm every night. This was very audible in our room. When we asked for a different room, we were told there were no other rooms available and they would give us earplugs (which never arrived). If you are interested in a quiet room, I suggest requesting a room on the street side of the hotel. All that being said, the hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. The concierge was very helpful and I would still recommend the hotel to other travelers.

We overall loved the property and the staff! Turn down service was excellent nightly. The hotel is in a great area, walkable to the park and many restaurants and shops. Our main complaint would be the AC system. On the second to last night there they turned off the AC - it was heating only. We thought it was broken so my husband went down to ask for maintenance to come check on it as it was HOT in our room since we had a room facing the sun. Turns out they said the entire floor has to be on the same setting - EITHER hot OR cold and they had a guest request the heater. They offered to turn on the AC only for a couple of hours. I thought - well we are also a guest and we are HOT and paid xtra for an upgraded room… so turn it on! This is very strange to us, we have never heard of having an entire floor on a certain setting. The next two days our room was HOT as they only had the hot setting. This would’ve ruined our trip if it happened at the start of our trip, to be honest, but we endured it the last two days with the balcony door open. I would not stay at this hotel again simply for this reason alone. Worth paying more money somewhere you can control your own setting. The second negative experience was at the Skybar for breakfast. We had terrible service, we had to ask for things multiple times and were ignored most of our time there. Even though we had a complimentary breakfast, we never went back.

The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are a reasonably high quality but the service is incredibly patchy here. We booked a Skyline View room but had no view. Just a wall and the interior courtyard. We asked reception and we were told this was not a description of the room just a classification. The Mondrian website describes this type of room as ‘having unforgettable views of the Mexico City skyline’. When we showed this to the man on the check-in desk, he became incredibly rude and combative. Eventually, we were introduced to the Guest Experience Manager Jany/Honey, who was incredibly helpful. Throughout our stay, she went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. She was amazing. The rest of the staff and service left a lot to be desired. The breakfast is pretty terrible. Don’t book a skyline view and if Jany/Honey isn’t working then avoid.

There were various concerns with the room throughout the stay but they were addressed quickly by the staff. Customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, we (2 friends) were assigned a room where the bathroom is open concept so this was a little too intimate and little inconvenient. The booking was for 2 rooms where the other friends' room had a private bathroom so felt this was weird that they did not give the same room type for the booking.

no ice machines, so every time I wanted ice I had to call room service, and sometimes I had to wait. Sound proofing is horrible. If people were talking on the street at 10 pm, I could hear it. If upstairs room used bathroom I could hear it. If room next door used toilet I could hear it. Hotel should really improve sound proofing / insulation.

My WiFi did not work and I had to leave my room two different days to go elsewhere so I was able to work from my computer. The manager said he would give me a discounted rate but never did. He also said he would comp me a meal from the rooftop bar. I received the bill and he only discounted a third of the bill smh. Very unsatisfied with my experience there.

The hotel is quite nice, with a good coffee shop in the lobby and an outdoor terrace bar for evening cocktails. We only had breakfast in the sky lounge once and it was terrible. There are plenty of far better options in the neighborhood. My main problem with the hotel was the fact that I submitted several requests for a rollaway bed for our double room, and received confirmation both through email and on a telephone call that we would be granted this extra bed as long as there was one available. When we arrived at the hotel and checked in we were told that the room was too small for a rollaway bed and it would be impossible to have one. Surely if this is the case, then the people from the hotel who emailed me and spoke to me on the phone prior to arrival could also have explained this fact to me? There is a serious flaw in their communication. We dealt with sharing beds in the small double room we were given, but it would have been nicer to have the additional bed I was promised would be an option. I also witnessed a family with a baby checking in and being told that there would be no room for a crib in their room, despite having that request confirmed prior to arrival. So, this is a repeated issue for this hotel. Not sure if they are intentionally misleading guests or it's just poorly run management with no communication. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff during our stay was friendly and courteous. I emailed them several times prior to my arrival to inquire about dinning and drinks options during our stay as we flew into CDMX to celebrate my husband’s birthday.Never received a response regarding my inquiry but received generic welcome emails. Not once during our stay was my husband acknowledge for his birthday which would have made the experience a little bit more personal. During our first day our room was not clean until 6pm which was very concerning as we were in-out of the room throughout the day which should have given them enough time to do it in the morning. Drinks in the terrace and food in the skybar were delicious. The Flower Shop coffee bar offers good coffee and pastries. Reserving UBER service in advance was very convenient for our early tour’s departure (they pick you up right in front of the hotel). Overall the hotel is in the great neighborhood of Condensa and is nearby everything we wanted to see and will stay there again.

The restaurant service is very slow. I upgraded my room to a bigger/terrace room and they did not fill up the shower gel bottle in the shower during my whole stay. They did also not replace the sugar and cream for the coffee machine. The front desk needs to be more familiar with the surrounding area when you ask a simple question.

Breakfast included with room could use some work and staff more training we had to ask multiple times to bring us something for our meal that was not at buffet (milk for coffee, butter, salsa, etc).
