Great location and super clean and modern Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast was great. Downside is that it is listed as having a hot tub and it doesn't look that has worked in a very long time. (looked like the controls for it were completely removed).

Hotel was extremely clean, staff was excellent, the gentleman handling the breakfast buffet was very friendly and helpful. My only one concern was the homeless individual in front of the hotel dumping out the ashtray, rummaging through. Didn’t feel very safe returning at night.

One of the thi gs i was looking forward to was the hot tub/spa that was advertized. The hot tub is no longer a hot tub but a kid pool so i didnt get to enjoy it. I also had a little issue during check in but is somethjng thar was already mentioned to Expedia and hotel staff. Other than this, everything was good.

Stayed for the weekend at this hotel and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfeast was amazing and the location was nice. Easy parking and a great time. Only thing I didn’t like was how dirty the pool was when we went but it was still a blast either way

Arrived with my family September 13 at midnight for a weekend vacation. Asked the gentleman at the front desk if there was 2 rooms available and was told they were booked which was not true at all. I then let him know that I had reservation already and checked in. Soon as we open the door to our room we are greeted by a huge cockroach on the floor. We then requested a refund and the same gentleman asked if we wanted a different room.. after saying they were “fully booked”. Fast forward to today I’ve yet to receive a refund or any email stating such.

This is the second time this year that we stayed at this hotel. It’s very convenient for our needs and we like the king room with extra space. While it looked very clean, I accidentally dropped something and had to find it in the carpet, that’s when I discovered how truly filthy the carpet was and the bathroom floor wasn’t much better. The underside of the toilet hadn’t been cleaned either. I know good help is hard to come by, but vacuuming, cleaning the floors and toilet are pretty basic.

Breakfast eggs were mushy like slime. I thought maybe they were too hot and needed to cool down and and I waited 30 min and they were watery. My room had no hot water and I called front desk at night and was told maintenance would come look at my shower and no by ever came. My husband and I showered with cold water. My baby was washed by a sponge becatse no way I’d bathe him in cold water. Then the sink handle in bathroom and a dark brown stain underneath like if it was poop. Watch out for the feathered pillows they stick out and poke you sharp hurts a lot.

The Staff attentive, the room was excellent very clean, very comfortable Bed, the large TV was great, the Bathroom super clean and plenty of towels. The /Cleaning group I met were Super efficient, and friendly , Karina Aldana and Celvin Diaz.!! I didn't like we had trouble connecting with the Intenet, and Breakfast Staff was nice and friendly, but the food needed more of a veriety, it can be better. ,

Stayed at this location, the rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downfall, room 105 was a bit noisy the 1st night(located near the gym and I think a banquet hall) wished we could have been on the next floor.

Very spacious corner room with large windows in two directions. Superb service. Many people were in town for a nearby show. After discovering that most of us would be leaving before breakfast was available we discovered the hotel started breakfast--a very nice one, as breakfasts in hotels go--early to accomodate those who had to leave much ealier. Kuddos! Bed was refreshingly comfortable. Room was immaculate. A great stay!

Overall this place was great and well worth the price. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room and bathroom was spacious enough and rather clean. NOT TO MENTION that the location was good. Walking distance to Cheddars and Olive Garden and another Ribs place that I did not get a chance to visit. I would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival, there was a lengthy line at check in. The young man at the desk was so courteous and super efficient! There were four separate parties ahead of me checking in, and my wait was MAYBE three minutes, if that. He greeted everyone, coming/going and it was genuine not like riutine because im supposed to or have to. Breakfast on Saturday morning was Amazing! The chef went above and beyind to set the mood- food was always fresh & refilled promptly. He played jazz music that was so soothing, we actually stayed linger than planned juat visiting and enjoying the atmosphere. Sunday morning, I'm guessing a member of managment but can't confirm that, was happily greeting Every. Single. Person that entere the front doors, breakfast area- anywhere in her vacinity and it was so delightful to see such a high level of customer service being provided to Everyone! Room was clean and so cute. Pool was nice, fitness center was great! Will absolutely stay here again when in the area. Def recommend 10/10!

The hotel was underwhelming honestly. The staff were friendly. But 1st there was a misunderstanding with the hotel.com reservation. I reserved a 2 queen. They gave me a 1 King. They didn’t have 2 queen room they said. The 1st room had strong humidity odor. They easily changed me to another room. It was the room next door that smelled way less. The room and bathroom were clean. I will not go back to that hotel.

We travel a lot for AAU basketball and we stay in a ton of hotels.. This was by far one of the cleanest most spacious and comfy properties we have gone to. Not to mention the breakfast staff was funny and cracking jokes at 8am. Just a positive experience in general! We will definitely use this property again in the future.

I called to let them know we would be having a late check in, and they were so nice and made a note on our reservation. Check in was easy and quick, and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and we loved that everything could be packed to go in sturdy containers!! Getting to the hotel was easy, so was getting back on the I 10, and had we arrived earlier, there were several restaurants right in front of the hotel.

The room seemed small but clean. My biggest complaint would be no type of table at all on one side. Very inconvient. Also due to pipe pronlem, no hot water. They were offering to help you get a room elsewhere but since I booked thru a 3rd party I was stuck. Was not even offered a discount. On positive note, breakfast was exceptional.

The best feature is location--super convenient in safe nice location We werent there much. Slept and left. Place was pretty clean. No recycling. Breakfast was hot but typical powdered eggs etc. Mediocre but you wont starve.
