Check in was supposed to be virtual but I had to go to the desk to get a key because they needed a cc on file. The elevators scared the crap out of me. They make a lot of noise, are bumpy and I felt like I was going to get stuck. The bed was too firm, it was hard to sleep. All night you heard slamming doors. You have about 2 minutes to take a hot shower, after that the hot water is gone. Lastly there was a baby roach in my shower on the last day. I'm very surprised as I have stayed at this hotel numerous times before.

Our room was clean and fresh smelling. The Staff was very friendly and spoke to us often. The pool (I believe it was salt water) was well-maintained and clean. Water pressure in the room was good and there was plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable. Everything, other than the eggs at breakfast, about this hotel was great. Breakfast had a variety of choices and was very tasty, other than the eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Maybe I'm wrong, dunno. The coffee was very good, and I like strong coffee. We will probably stay there on our next trip.

The check in desk clerk was super friendly and efficient. Room appeared to be clean, but upon further inspection the bedside table was sticky and there were dirty handprints on bathroom walls and doors. On the positive side, the carpet seemed fairly new, the bed was comfortable, sheets were crisp and clean, and the air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature! The evening desk clerk had some unsanitary habits. He was eating while on duty and proceeded to lick his fingers and pick at his teeth. He also appeared to have a sinus infection and was rubbing and blowing his nose. The complimentary breakfast had the usual fare and was well stocked. The area was clean and the woman staffing the area was efficient and very pleasant. The location was extremely convenient for my purposes.

There was no one available at checkin. I understand that the front desk clerk needed to help another guest but why isn’t there someone else to cover the desk while they’re gone? We waited upwards of 15 minute before anyone appeared. The overall condition of the rooms and facilities is excellent. It’s small but someone had used half the supplies in the coffee basket and put them back in their packaging and back into the basket. At first glance they appeared unused but they were actually open packages and coated with dried crust. It just makes you second guess how thoroughly they clean each room.

We were very pleased with the hotel and its service. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding! The one thing that would be nice is to add shuttles to airport and perhaps longer shower curtains … the rods are so high but the curtain ended at the very edge of the tub … very difficult to use without making a mess on the floor.
