Enjoyed our brief stay the lady at the desk was pleasant and helpful, gentleman at the bar had a lot of funny jokes and made us a pretty good margarita so no complaints everything was clean cvs and a restaurant or three within walking distance and cvs. Parking garage was convenient with electric charging stations would stay again

We were only here for 2 nights but wish we could have experienced more of what this hotel had to offer. The hotel itself and commons areas are very well kept. Small but plenty to offer from breakfast area, bar and a Starbucks right on the main floor level. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped us navigate using the transit app to get into NYC. Our room was very clean, very comfortable beds and bedding. We were able to get a good nights rest while quiet surroundings. Even taking a nap during the day was nice and easy to do. I would stay here again.

Everything was great just unfortunate the pool was closed for the duration of our full stay. There should be a credit in this case as it’s sold as an amenity when booking.

It was a really good stay. The staff were professional and very accommodating. The rooms were clean, water hot and the beds comfortable. Had an issue with hot water one night, the AC would turn off at night and I would wake up in a cold sweat. Parking is a little high at $18 a day, but I did enjoy my stay.

Consistent with Marriott standards. Located close to several restaurants and stores. I did find some old rice on the sofa but otherwise the room was pretty clean. The staff members were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is overpriced. But there are several much better options in walking distance. The pool is very small. Didn’t use the fitness center. Parking is $18/day which is ridiculous considering there were vehicles parked nearby that appeared to be abandoned. Overall it was a good experience.

Easy check in and check out. Very clean. Staff is helpful. Only downside is the parking. You have to share parking with a residential building (park on the 3rd floor) and it’s $18 a car per night.

Glad to see the hotel has chargers for EVs. Thats the good news. Bad news is that (1) no info telling you that its free for 2 hours and then you pay beyond that (2) no info telling you that you need to enter your cell phone number into the charger and (3) the chargers don't work. I applaud Marriott for putting in EV chargers... but you need to do a better job of it.

My room was not the best the tiles in the bathroom was lifting...so when walked we heard sounds ...it was very annoying. The wash rags weren't clean. I stayed before and the room was amazing. Clean n comfortable...however this time it was a downgrade it seemed

Hotel location is good. City bus is right on the street that takes you straight to New York City. Hotel is clean and stuff is friendly. Rooms that are facing the street are very loud you can hear all the traffic and noise from the street at night. So your will not be getting a lot of sleep if your room faces the street. Make sure you get the room facing the bay.

The room was just okay, but the noise was absolutely terrible. I kept waking up every time a car or motorcycle passed by outside — it was so loud it startled me out of sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, do not stay at this hotel. It was the worst.

I would have given a 5 star if I was able to sleep. Unfortunately the ceiling and walls must be paper thin because I could hear children running back and forth flipping around until after 11pm. Other than that, The service was exceptional and the hotel room was very clean and also beds were super comfortable. I would stay again, just next time ask to be on the top floor or under a vacant room.

The front desk was friendly, got us checked in fast and early. Room was small. The hot water took over 5 minutes to actually get to a temperature that you could shower in and our thermostat didn’t function. The room got rapidly hot and then cold, then hot and then cold. Very happy that the breakfast was comped because it wasn’t worth the time we waisted trying to find something that was actually good. The boiled eggs looked several days old the waffle maker wasn’t working, the pancakes were cardboard, the eggs and egg whites were just gross. Bacon and sausage were okay.

Was in town for a concert at MetLife Stadium and really enjoyed the stay here. It 's a 20-30 minute drive to the venue and there's a small mall near the hotel for food and last minute grabs. Everything was clean and comfy! The only strange bit about the room was the lack of mirrors. The only mirror in the room is on the back of the bathroom door, no big deal but not great for mirror pics lol. Super easy access to NYC via the bus stops across the street. Bit of a learning curve but the front desk staff was very helpful with this too. All in all, keeping this place in mind the next time I need easy access to NYC!

I would definitely stay there again. On the plus side of things, the staff, the room, the location. On the 4 star rating, was on the noise level above our room overnight and again at 6AM. We were on the 4th floor. I usually ask for the highest floor but forgot to do that this time around. There are no safes in the room and my partner is a police officer so he carries all the time, and again, my fault for not asking ahead. The elevators in the garage were dirty, and they are not connected to the building. Nothing major, and like I said, I would definitely stay again.

Great accommodating and friendly staff. The room was stylish and very comfortable beds. Bathroom is sis ious and well done- very nice. The only side note: We traveled with my 96 yr old mother . She could not climb j to the high beds . The staff came removed the frame . Placed the box spring directly on the floor snd mattress on top . It was a safe and manageable height for her. Special thanks to the staff who came and did this.

Taylor was excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay 10/10. When booking from far away not knowing the area we were immediately greeted and given tremendous service. Hotel is close to ferry and path trains making city access a breeze. Will stay again.

Poor customer service , daytime and night-time staff all appeared miserable being there, no explanation on why check-in took this long and the lady mumbled talking to us. Guessed the system was down, no eye-contact, no apology, will not come back again.

The staff when checking in was not friendly at all. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. When we checked out the staff was beyond welcoming and friendly it was unfortunate that the receptionists were not as customer service minded upon check in. We probably will never stay here again despite the room being very clean. I couldn’t even look at the staff they were so degrading and insulting during check in. Thankful for the folks that asked us about our stay and genuinely heard us out when we were leaving.

Great service. Staff were very friendly and answered any questions we had. There’s lots of shopping/food plaza to explore. The bus transit is very close by and will take you to New York. The hotel was in the perfect spot.

Our airline cancelled flight so we missed our first night. I notified hotel and they held our room. When we made it there the following morning, the front office greeted us immediately by name and said, weve been expecting you... I was impressed. They checked us right in and we were so happy since we'd been traveling over 24 hrs. When we wakened from a nap, the same front desk person, Linna, helped us navigate the public bus transportation system. This same staff helpped us with literail and subway system . We were happy with our stay overall.

Receptionist was horrible and we felt not welcomed. WiFi was weak, extremely hot water for shower. Almost burnt my skin. I understand it’s not located in NYC. But still they can do better service. Very disappointed.

The location was nice, convenient from Airport to Downtown NY. Opportunity, be more conscious when you get a call of disturbing noice from other rooms. Kids were running around close to midnight and had to call twice but they did not stop. Overall good location. Maybe look at expanding hours or bar since they close early at 10:00 pm.

The Marriott is my preferred hotel brand. I found it a bit disappointing that a hotel on the Hudson, however, would not have rooms with a view of the water. The pool is super small and not inviting. The bedding is super comfy. Staff were nice. Nothing exceptional about the property. The breakfast is a lot of carbs and sugar for too much money. That type of breakfast should be complimentary. Also, they really should put complimentary coffee in the lobby.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Close to many shops and restaurants. Only 6 minute drive to Sojo which was a plus for my husband and I. The breakfast wasn't the best but very convenient so we didn't have to leave the hotel. I would stay here again!!

The service was top notch. We really enjoyed our meal from the Bistro our first night. It was cold and snowy, we were tired from our travels and the food was delicious.
