This hotel had everything we we looking for to have a relaxing time. Spacious rooms to indoor and outdoor pools to well equipped gym, steam room, sauna to an excellent restaurant with room service and complimentary breakfast that was absolutely delicious. Best of all, Burcu the guest relationship manager went out of the way to be helpful and provided excellent information about places to visit and restaurants to eat at! She and the all the staff at the hotel were friendly, sweet and helpful. We loved our stay there and recommend it highly!

Thank you for an amazing stay. The hotel and the staff were 10/10 and we’d definitely stay here again when we come back to Bodrum The hotel is clean with a great gym and spa. It’s close to the beach and city centre and is just good vibes. Highly recommend

Wonderful hotel, big room and beautiful. Breakfast also good. The only problem is that the hotel doesn't have elevator and we have 3 big luggage until the 3 floor. Friendly girl at the reception also the guys. About the breakfast was delicious and the lady who made omelette was vet friendly. The only negative was two guys working at the restaurant. Perhaps they must to won't more how to welcome the customer .

Staff is very nice and polite, however the cleaning crew is horrible. Furniture is full of dust and toilets are not properly cleaned. The property was probably very nice some day but it lacks maintenance. Water leak in the bathroom kept the floor wet at all times. I was locked in the bathroom as the door handle was broken. After complaining the maintenance crew was sent but they didn’t repaired it properly and the problem continued. This hotel has great potential but needs to improve cleaning and maintenance. Breakfast was really good but the “chef” is terrible and can’t even fry an egg properly.

PRICE: above average LOCATION: good, 10 min from downtown CLEANLINESS: clean enough, but do not expect luxury. ACCOMODATION: no duvets or sheets unless asked for. Our room came with a linen blanket and that is all. Feels extremely bare. PROPERTY CONDITION: pretty bad. Every wall had water damage or scuffs. Appliances had dents. Feels very poor.

We had a 1 bed apartment which wasn’t very clean, we stayed 3 nights and the empty glasses from room service from the previous guests were outside our door when we arrived and when we left. Cigarette butts on the patio. Very loud music around the main pool with a lot of uncensored lyrics. All in all for a short stay it was good, the apartment was huge, just a bit tatty.

I love this hotel. I actually canceled the previous hotel just so I could return to the Jasmine. The one bedroom apartment is absolutely amazing. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. There is a washing machine in the unit so you can wash your clothes and a full kitchen. The food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet is amazing. I had a chance to interact with some of the staff members, and they are all very kind and accommodating, especially Micit at the front desk. He’s a GEM! A short taxi ride will take you to the City Center and the Bodrum Marina where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, the water and the beauty of Bodrum.

Incredibly nice and and pro-active staff. From reception to restaurant staff everyone is very engaged, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite good and also the food from their a la carte menue. The Apartments(2 room) are spacious and well equipped. Price/value is very good. Location is also central and preferable. Big shout out to the guy (forgot his name) from reception who let us check out later bcs our baby was still sleeping.

From the moment we pulled up to this beautiful hotel we were impressed. This Jasmin Residence and Spa is absolutely beautiful and our one bedroom apartment was stunning, spacious, clean, and quiet. The food at the Marlin restaurant is delicious especially the grilled chicken and the fettuccine Alfredo. Kudos to the chef. The daily breakfast was also a real treat. I actually love this hotel so much that I decided to cancel my reservations at another hotel in Bodrum and return to this hotel for a couple more nights before I leave Turkey. I have to take a moment to thank Micit at the front desk for all of his help. He helped us with our Wi-Fi as we had to work while we were there, and he called us taxis whenever we needed one and he was there to answer any questions. Kudos to Micit for a job well done. The location is just a short taxi ride away from the beautiful Bodrum Marina and all of the amazing shops and a gelato cafe. If you decide to stay at this beautiful hotel/residence and spa, you will not be disappointed.

This hotel had everything we we looking for to have a relaxing time. Spacious rooms to indoor and outdoor pools to well equipped gym, steam room, sauna to an excellent restaurant with room service and complimentary breakfast that was absolutely delicious. Best of all, Burcu the guest relationship manager went out of the way to be helpful and provided excellent information about places to visit and restaurants to eat at! She and the all the staff at the hotel were friendly, sweet and helpful. We loved our stay there and recommend it highly!

I love this hotel. I actually canceled the previous hotel just so I could return to the Jasmine. The one bedroom apartment is absolutely amazing. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. There is a washing machine in the unit so you can wash your clothes and a full kitchen. The food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet is amazing. I had a chance to interact with some of the staff members, and they are all very kind and accommodating, especially Micit at the front desk. He’s a GEM! A short taxi ride will take you to the City Center and the Bodrum Marina where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, the water and the beauty of Bodrum.

We had a lovely stay at Jasmin Elite Residence. The staff were very nice and helpful, particularly İbrahim who gave us a room upgrade and let us stay a few hours after check out time due to a problem with our flight. The staff also arranged a taxi from the airport for us. The washing machine is very handy in the room and there is a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel was very good at communicating with us! There is a lovely spa with very nice staff as well! Breakfast was very good! We look forward to returning to Jasmin Elite Residence! Thanks

Incredibly nice and and pro-active staff. From reception to restaurant staff everyone is very engaged, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite good and also the food from their a la carte menue. The Apartments(2 room) are spacious and well equipped. Price/value is very good. Location is also central and preferable. Big shout out to the guy (forgot his name) from reception who let us check out later bcs our baby was still sleeping.

Wonderful hotel, big room and beautiful. Breakfast also good. The only problem is that the hotel doesn't have elevator and we have 3 big luggage until the 3 floor. Friendly girl at the reception also the guys. About the breakfast was delicious and the lady who made omelette was vet friendly. The only negative was two guys working at the restaurant. Perhaps they must to won't more how to welcome the customer .

From the moment we pulled up to this beautiful hotel we were impressed. This Jasmin Residence and Spa is absolutely beautiful and our one bedroom apartment was stunning, spacious, clean, and quiet. The food at the Marlin restaurant is delicious especially the grilled chicken and the fettuccine Alfredo. Kudos to the chef. The daily breakfast was also a real treat. I actually love this hotel so much that I decided to cancel my reservations at another hotel in Bodrum and return to this hotel for a couple more nights before I leave Turkey. I have to take a moment to thank Micit at the front desk for all of his help. He helped us with our Wi-Fi as we had to work while we were there, and he called us taxis whenever we needed one and he was there to answer any questions. Kudos to Micit for a job well done. The location is just a short taxi ride away from the beautiful Bodrum Marina and all of the amazing shops and a gelato cafe. Wir haben uns für 6 Tage in Jasmin Elite Residence einquartiert. Hatten ein großes Apartment waren in erster Linie auch zufrieden, leider hat uns die Eingangstür ein Streich durch die Rechnung gemacht, das Schloss war beschädigt somit müssten wir nochmals umziehen. Gleiche Apartmentgröße. Die Hotel-Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und die Gebäuden sehr modern. Natürlich muss man dies auch Pflegen und Hägen. In dieser Hinsicht mangelt es an Sauberkeit, der Cement Staub wir von der Tiefgarage in die ganze Hotel-Anlage herumgetragen dies beeinträchtigt die Wohn-Qualität der Anlage. Zudem ist es in der Umgebung der Hotel-Anlage sehr Laut(Musik) dies geht bis manchmal bis 02:00 Uhr. Zwei Tage würden auch an unserer Gebäude-Wand Reparaturen durchgeführt, dies hat uns auch etwas gestresst.(Hämmern,Klopfen, Fließarbeiten). Dies zur Kenntnisnahme.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in Gümbet. Die Partymeile ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Hören tut man es aber nicht. Der Strand liegt nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Spacious accommodation. Generous balcony with clothes horses which we used often . Aesthetically lovely hotel. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast except for the inflexibility of the egg station: omelettes are offered one morning and scrambled eggs are offered the next- no exceptions. A hotel of this quality should not allow the kitchen to set such inflexible choices. Otherwise the breakfast was great.

From the moment we pulled up to this beautiful hotel we were impressed. This Jasmin Residence and Spa is absolutely beautiful and our one bedroom apartment was stunning, spacious, clean, and quiet. The food at the Marlin restaurant is delicious especially the grilled chicken and the fettuccine Alfredo. Kudos to the chef. The daily breakfast was also a real treat. I actually love this hotel so much that I decided to cancel my reservations at another hotel in Bodrum and return to this hotel for a couple more nights before I leave Turkey. I have to take a moment to thank Micit at the front desk for all of his help. He helped us with our Wi-Fi as we had to work while we were there, and he called us taxis whenever we needed one and he was there to answer any questions. Kudos to Micit for a job well done. Room was clean and spacious. A random stranger entered my room which is a security breach and safety concern. He didn't seem to be a cleaning staff. He walked away without saying anything. When being told about what happened, receptionist could only say they will report to manager. Breakfast was subpar

I booked Jasmine Elite because it had a full spa and it is rare to find that in combination with a great price. Not only the apartment was super spacious, the steam room was the hottest I ever had, but also staff was very nice and helpful. It was within walking distance to downtown and supermarket. There were animals on the property that were treated with respect and care. Gym had great equipment and overall, it was an amazing experience. Definitely recommend it. The major plus was that it had its own laundry too and breakfast was included.
