The location was magical. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The spa was beyond exceptional. But the service was unbelievable and what made the visit so memorable. Rose and Burak made us feel like family. Michel -the manager- was ever present and provided outstanding support. If you are in Cappadocia you must stay at Artemis Cave Suites.

AMAZING! Best hotel, service, spa, and roof top restaurant! Had the most amazing time here for our holiday, the hotel was great at organizing activities and tours for us! The best Turkish Hammam experience ever at the spa and loved ending the night at the rooftop bar. The hotel dogs are also so cute! I would recommend Artimis to everyone! Hope to be back one day!

Exceptional, high end hotel. Wonderful staff and terrific ambience. Bar/restaurant can get crowded for sunset views from non staying customers, I would suggest prioritizing bookings in this way, with walk-ins on a first come first serve basis. There are a lot of cats on property, very pet friendly, but flagging for those with allergies or phobias.

Beautiful property in a great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a hot air balloon ride one day and a guided tour of Cappadocia for the next day. Price is somewhat high but you get what pay for. Definitely recommend the hamam and massage.

The staff at Artemis was amazing and friendly, Boorak even showed us a map of where to go and gave his suggestions. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and there was parking available for our car. Rooms and bathrooms had heated floors and gave a luxurious feel.

We had a wonderful stay in Cappadocia. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the staff warmly welcomed us with a welcome drink and offered various sightseeing suggestions. Their hospitality was excellent. Since our stay was short and joining a tour wasn’t ideal for us, we really appreciated that they picked out recommended spots and arranged a taxi for us. Thanks to that, we were able to explore very efficiently. The hill for watching the hot air balloons in the morning was also within walking distance, making it easy to get to. However, going shopping was a bit tiring as the way back involved a steep uphill climb. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

From the moment I booked, Artemis Cave Suites set the bar high with their impeccable service. The concierge reached out immediately, providing information and recommendations, and arranging our excursions! Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and checked in very quickly. The lobby's trio of adorable dogs added an extra touch of charm, especially for fellow dog lovers like us. They were the cutest! The recent renovations have transformed the hotel — maintaining the charm of a cave hotel but with contemporary elegance. Every area of the hotel is exquisitely furnished. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering so many choices — very much exceeding our expectations. The multiple rooftop patios provided stunning views of the city and balloon-filled sky. The location is perfect — a close walk to the central area and a few minutes to an incredible viewing point of the hot air balloons. Take a right out of the hotels front door and walk up the hill — you can’t miss this! It was stunning. The staff's friendliness and efficiency were consistent throughout, making every interaction a pleasure. The Turkish bath experience at the hotel’s spa is something I’d recommend to anyone visiting Turkey. Excursion arrangements were flawlessly executed. Special mention goes to Butterfly Balloons and our guide Birol from Heritage Travel (both booked by the hotel) whose expertise and charm enhanced our experiences. Birol was a perfect tour guide, I can’t recommend him enough.

From the check-in to check-out everything and everyone was great. Our first time in a cave hotel and have to say, really nice. Their breakfast is superb. The very very best location in Cappadocia to see the ballons. Great cave room, excellent staff, very friendly & extremely helpful. Breakfasts were very nice, there are so many lovely outdoor areas to sit. Parking is difficult but the staff always helped us park in a good spot. Easy to walk into town to all the restaurants. So many spectacular places to drive all around Cappadocia if you have a car. If you are lucky enough to be at the hotel on a day the ballon’s fly in close you will never forget it!! The first morning we were there the fire sound of the balloons woke us up just before 5 am. We stepped out the door of our room & you could almost touch the people in them!!! Absolutely amazing experience. The only downside is the roads are not paved and quite narrow driving up to the hotel. A bit difficult walking into town but well worth it. Ballon rides are a bit expensive but well worth every cent!!

I really enjoyed my stay in Artemis Cave Suites - the hotel is well located within walking distance of the centre of Goreme, while having spectacular views across the region from its terrace (particularly at sunset). The rooms are air conditioned and they can also provide gluten free bread for breakfast if requested in advance. The hotel was also good at helping to arrange trips and guided tours to places within Cappadocia, and they are responsive on WhatsApp if you have any issues. Overall a great experience

Overall this is a nice hotel. The room is nice, but small, breakfast was good and so were the hotel staff. The main thing we didn't like was the steep (and hot) walk up a dusty road to get to the hotel. We also stayed at Balloon Cave Hotel and it was cheaper and closer to the centre of town

Great, spacious room. Within walking distance from the heart of the town, and even to the Göreme Open Air Museum. The hotel has one of the highest terraces in the city, where we watch beautiful sunrises, while enjoying some food and cocktails. The personnel were very cordial and helpful. Ask them for anything and they’ll solve it for you.

ONE OF THE BEST!! What can I say? It was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in our Turkey trip. Check in - Our flight was delayed but the guy at the reception stayed late and checked us in. Breakfast - Oh Woww!! We were pleasantly surprised by the spread. Even the salads and fruits were so fresh and ripe and tasteful. It was too good. Coffee shop - Umit was great and helpful throughout. He gave us suggestions and guidance about the area. Reception - All the folks were nice and helpful. We asked for suggestions in the area and they all had nice suggestions. Location - Property is literally 4 mins walk from sunset point. One of the nicest location to do photos and see views. It is also conveniently located from main market. Bonus - There are three cutest dogs and really friendly cats at the property and they will shower you with all their love :) Highly recommended. We will come back for a next time :)
