We love the hotel we love the staff. We love the café for food 24 seven and coffee you can’t beat it. I’ll use the gym. Great. Stay great people walking tour was amazing. It’s included with your hotel. Stay everything in the room. Was there if you needed it! Thoroughly enjoyed

Terrific hotel in a perfect location to see Centro Historic in CDMX. Our room was always quiet, there are ample bottles of cold water available in each lobby near elevators, the free cafe is amazing and the food is terrific. This is a great hotel to stay in for your next visit to CDMX.

We've stayed here on a previous visit so we were familia with the hotel. The hotel is in the heart of the Centro Historico. Its clean, staff is wonderful, breakfast is included and you can order drinks and snacks 24/7 from the cafe. That in itself will save you cash to be able to use on something else on your visit. Some items are not included like wine, but beer is. We stayed in a room with 2 beds and the room was comfortable for 3 people. You can have up to 4 people in that specific room with no issues. There were no noise issues from our room and housekeeping did a great job daily. The proximity of the hotel is great and you can get to other places like Coayacan, Polanco and La Condesa in about 20 to 25 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel for its overall value.

I liked the friendliness of the staff from valet to concierge to servers, and the cafe options even though it was slightly limited. The cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom left something to be desired. I had to do an extra wipe for my own comfort on the day of and even after subsequent cleaning days when we let them in the room. There was also a lack in proper soundproofing, I could hear noise from the hallways (there was a cleaning closet/ storage room across from ours, I feel like this should have been separated far from the hotel rooms), and even from the rooms right next to us but it wasn't too disturbing. It was just a minor ick for me. Overall it was a comfortable stay nonetheless.

Excellent service from all the staff. Rooms and all guest areas of the hotel were clean. Upon arrival to our room, we found a hand-written note from the hotel manager. It might not seem like a big deal but for us it was a heart-warming note showing genuine appreciation. Area was quiet, close to many restaurants and walkable distance to El Zocalo. Breakfast at the cafe was very good and staff was very attentive. Definitely highly recommended

Best Hotel to stay at in the center of CDMX. Its location is perfect walking distance to so many historic places, coffee shops, bakeries. BUT the most important thing was how helpful and courteous the staff was, all of them, and the rooms are spotless. Will definitely stay here again and recommend thi8s to all my family and friends. My room was renovated with cheap faux wood flooring that was noticeably chipped (looked gouged) in a few places. The bathroom shower had no curb, so the bathroom floor and/or bathmat inevitable got quite wet after bathing. My sink was clogged when I arrived (and was fixed as soon as I mentioned it to staff). One of the taxi drivers used by the hotel took me a considerable distance then rooked me for an excessive amount of cash, instead of accepting a credit card which I was told their cabs absolutely would.

Staff were all friendly and courteous. The room was very clean. The hotel was a great location for walking around, getting Uber and the free tour provided helped us know the surrounding areas and was a great way to experience the city. Only issue was the noise. Not much barrier between rooms, so could hear babies crying or drunk hotel guests running up and down the hallways.

Loves staying here, much better then some hotels in the USA; You get a light breakfast included, free bottled water in the lobbies and the most attentive staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew. The only negative for me was that internet was weak ( 5th floor ) but, it could be my carrier, either way that was the most frustrating part. I was out an about most of the time so had service outside. Other than that it was close to perfect.

What a brilliant hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and most spoke fluent English. We booked a twin double bedroom, for a larger room, and although this had only a very small window (which did make it very gloomy - but it's an old building, so not much they can do about that) this was a minor grumble with very comfortable beds, fluffy towels, large shower room and peace and quiet from being in the back corner of the hotel. The area was great for exploring the historic centre, and easy to get Ubers to and from, as well as being within a couple of blocks of 2 Metro lines. Even in the evenings we felt safe walking around the local area which had a very buzzy vibe. We checked in at around 4AM (a lot of international flights seem to arrive in MEX at around 3am!) and one of the staff came out to meet the car and help us with bags, and 2 more staff checked us straight in, having been expecting us, they greeted us by name, and offered us any food or drinks after our flight. An authentic menu of delicious cooked Mexican breakfast options were provided along with yoghurt, fruit and cereal/bakery options. Everything was by table service, and staff were very attentive. The cafe by the entrance offers free hot sandwiches, salads, coffee, etc. 24 hours a day which is a massive bonus, and very handy if you want a quiet spot for a rest during a day of exploring the local sites, or an evening snack. All food was of high quality, plus free bottles of water on each floor.

The staff are excellent. Breakfast is modest in range but interesting. Rooms can be a little noisy in the mornings because some of them face the atrium where people have breakfast, but overall I think it’s a great hotel - and it is in a great area, in the heart of the city.

I wasn’t wild about the à la carte breakfast. It’s essentially Mexican food. I think a buffet offers more variety. That said, the hotel is comfortable. I left a much needed item in the room. The staff happily agreed to send it on, but despite several contacts, failed to follow through.

Excellent customer services from Vivian, Andrea, Regina, Didier, Ulises and Yahir. Free ala carte breakfast, welcome drinks, apples, bottled water, clean room. It is also in very safe and central location, close to everything.

My room was renovated with cheap faux wood flooring that was noticeably chipped (looked gouged) in a few places. The bathroom shower had no curb, so the bathroom floor and/or bathmat inevitable got quite wet after bathing. My sink was clogged when I arrived (and was fixed as soon as I mentioned it to staff). One of the taxi drivers used by the hotel took me a considerable distance then rooked me for an excessive amount of cash, instead of accepting a credit card which I was told their cabs absolutely would.

Having a sit-down, restaurant-style free breakfast where wait staff took your orders for a hot breakfast off a menu was completely unexpected and amazing! The breakfast was practically a 4 course meal, with yogurt and nuts, fresh fruit, your hot breakfast meal, pastries and coffee and juice to drink. It was delicious! The staff bent over backwards to serve us and the restaurant itself was beautiful, clean, and the decor luxurious. It’s the best-kept secret!

We loved this Hotel! The location, quality of the room, amenities, and more. My only complaint is the service at breakfast, which was frustrating. The waiters looked like they had no idea what they were doing and were running in circles. When they stopped they were rude and annoyed. On vacation it is nice to enjoy breakfast and it was the only miss of the Hotel. We will despite that be back.
