Excellent location near good restaurants, shopping and sites. The rooftop bar is a magnet for a nice looking crowd, but unfortunately they require reservations for all seating areas and therefore unless you are lucky to snag one you will be standing all the time. Their restaurant came highly recommended but our experience was not good. We only ate breakfast there but the offerings were so so and the service slow as molasses even when the restaurant was not too busy. We also found off putting that they welcome you with breakfast vouchers but fail to tell you that you are paying for them as they are covered by the mandatory $30 Destination Fee tacked to your bill each day. The room was comfortable but lacked a mini fridge. Finally, no one ever explained why the quoted price at Hotels.com, which allegedly included all taxes and fees, did not match the price they charged at checkout. The difference was small but we were told the manager (Chris) would call us to explain but he never did. That definitely put a dent in our opinion of the hotel.

We booked a beautiful room with a view of the water. A day into the stay we noticed an issue and called the front desk and we were immediately moved into the next available room. While it was not the same style room we had booked, Donovan the manager was extremely helpful and made the stay worth its while. We thoroughly enjoyed the location of the hotel, it was a good walkable distance from many fun places. Plus delicious restaurants both inside the hotel and right next door.

Pretty cool hotel. Things were clean and the staff were really nice. The front desk staff were super helpful. Sometimes the elevator was pretty busy but other than that I'd recommend staying here. Definitely will staying there again in the future.
