Service was poor with check-in, bag check and restaurants. Roof top bar is cool, but not ideal with drunk people on 2 elevators that is used for rooms and roof top. Not child friendly.

Views next to the harbor was cool . No parking but there is a garage right across the street. The restaurant had limited options and apparently didn’t offer breakfast on the weekend which seems weird. Overall nice place , the roof top is busy all night with the rooftop bar

Enjoyed the Envoy. Rooftop bar was fun even in January. Wish there was valet parking and bag assistance as it was not as to maneuver to be able to check in. There is public parking across the street for $49 a night. The hotel is clean and updated, with very modern decor

This hotel is in an excellent location for Boston tourists, with many sites and museums a short walk away. The only downside is that there’s no T stop nearby other than the silver line (underground buses) though that stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel’s front door. We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop bar due to the weather and private events, but the view is quite nice. Also, keep in mind that many of the amenities (free rental bikes, etc) are seasonal. Overall, the staff was helpful and friendly and the room was very modern and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is within walking distance to local attractions in North End. The rooftop bar is nice but very loud if trying to get a night’s rest in the room. The hotel doesn’t have parking and the parking garage across the street is expensive, which is a downside to the locale. I’m surprised there isn’t an agreement with the parking garage for hotel patron parking.

The hotel, was great. Check in was late however they gave us a $50 dining credit for the wait. The room was cool since we were right next to the water however the TV did not work and there was some stains on the carpet.

There is a night club on the top level - no security. People jump elevator on to floors as they see fit. Awful security risks here. I - personally - was verbally assaulted by underage teens getting let in to the club at the top. It’s loud and overpriced for what you get. Rooms are tiny.

The room was nice with a great view. Staff was friendly and the area was easy to enjoy dining options and some local attractions. The parking was in a garage across the street (can be a challenge carrying luggage over), and the rooms did lack a small refrigerator or ice bucket/ice. Well decorated, and maintained room, but that little extra would have been nice.

Loved the funky room layout with the bed facing the window and the water with the working desk behind. Very fun and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and food at the restaurant was excellent. Would stay again.

The best feature of this hotel is the room. Modern, clean, cool and amazing view of the harbor and loved the set up of the room. Spacious as well. Staff could be a little more attentive, went to breakfast in the hotel restaurant and waited about 20 mins before leaving due to not being acknowledged. Computer issues held up our check in but front desk did let us know and apologized. Great location, parking garage convenient across the way. Roof top bar was open so we grabbed a drink and took in the view.

Twice after booking Envoy thru Expedia we were initiallly placed in A lower level room than we paid for without a view. Upon returning to the desk it was corrected. Made for a lot of unnecessary walking with my parents and luggage.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was wonderful, great location so we could park and explore Boston on foot. The room was beautiful and we also had a great experience with in room dining. Only downside was the outside noise during the night but I think that might just be being in the city. Overall, very lovely hotel with a beautiful rooftop bar.

I had a prior booking through a third party that was non refundable. Upon checking into the Envoy I explained to the gentleman working the front desk of my family emergency. He went above and beyond to speak with a live person from the third party booking and was able to have my canceled reservation refunded. This is not only an act of kindness, this is truly first class customer service. Thank you to all.

Went to check in around 1:30 pm room wasn’t ready, which was fine, asked to be on the same floor as my relative, was told I was going to be later on when my room was ready, needless to say that didn’t happen the woman at the front desk had an attitude, not friendly at all, an on top I got charged twice for my one night stay 😡

The Envoy is located near Boston Harbor. The view from our 2nd floor room was beautiful! There is a roof top restaurant/bar with igloos but unfortunately for us, a company had reserved it for their holiday party that night. We will definitely reserve an igloo next time! The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. Being in the Seaport area was awesome as Snowport was going on with a Christmas Market and we even went curling! It is an easy walk to Quincy Market-Fanuel Hall and the North End. Great location for everything we wanted to do in Boston.

Amazing hotel. The location is a block from the Boston Tea Party museum and a short walk to various dining options. The hotel has a fantastic rooftop bar, amazing views from the room overlooking the river, and a great restaurant in the lobby. All the staff, especially Tyler, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back in the future.
