Travellers describe Turkler Hotel as a good‑value stay with friendly, helpful staff and a location convenient to the bus station and airport, though the immediate surroundings feel industrial and less scenic compared with central areas.
Cleanliness is widely praised, though a few reviews report misses like inadequate toiletries, under‑bed dust, or slow bathroom drainage. Rooms are modern, very spacious, and comfortable, but multiple guests mention weak sound insulation and traffic noise in street‑facing rooms. Breakfast is generally satisfying, with several calling it rich, while others find the variety modest. Overall, expect solid value and comfort near transit.

On-site parking is available and useful, though several guests note limitations such as scarce space or an unpaved, unguarded lot.

Toplamda 3 gece kaldık. Otel sanırım baştan aşağı yenilenmiş, odalar 4 5 yıldızlı otel konforunda diyebilirim, çok rahattık gerçekten. Sadece diğer odalardan gelen ses bazen fazla geliyordu ama onada yapabilecek pek birşey yok. Kahvaltısı yeterli, açık otoparkı var. Merkeze 5 dk civarı arabayla. Çalışanlarda iyiydi. Trabzon'a yolu düşen herkese tavsiye ederim.

It was good in general but i guess the location was not OK, as you can't sleep at night due to cars and trucks sounds, the windows is duoble glass but the rims are wood and they dont close well, the tiles of the bathrooms are slippery and dangerous. Parking area should be paved and guarded.

Considering the service compared to the price, this hotel is an excellent choice, especially in terms of cleanliness and room comfort, with very comfortable mattresses that provide great rest. However, there are a few minor points that could be improved, such as the weak sound insulation and the slow water drainage in the bathroom. Breakfast offers good variety, but it would be even better with some improvement.

My stay at Turkler was great. The staff were welcoming and lovely. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had few options to choose from which was good. Our room faced the street, and on a few occasions, we could hear traffic at night. I would recommend requesting a room on a higher floor or one facing the courtyard for a quieter experience.

Convenient Stay Near Trabzon Airport I stayed at this hotel for one night because it was very close to Trabzon Airport, which was perfect for my early morning flight. The cleanliness was fine, nothing exceptional, but the room itself was very big and comfortable. If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay near the airport, this hotel does the job well!

It was good in general but i guess the location was not OK, as you can't sleep at night due to cars and trucks sounds, the windows is duoble glass but the rims are wood and they dont close well, the tiles of the bathrooms are slippery and dangerous. Parking area should be paved and guarded.

We arrived off the bus at 8am and were shown to our room even though check in wasn’t until 2pm! This was great as we were able to freshen up for the day. It’s right next to the bus station which is very convenient and easy to get into the city.
