Wedding. Multiple wedding parties and guests over weekend, which they seemed expert at accommodating. Friendly staff, great service & comfort. The morning breakfast was good, but very slow…1-2 meals at a time. Evening restaurant & bar was good. Pool was small and closed for some issue all weekend suddenly, after checking ahead that it was open. Starbucks, Walgreens & gas/convenience store walking distance. We didn’t have a rental car, but Ubers were easily accessible and prompt for other locations, venues and attractions within 10-15 minute drive. Overall, great stay!

Room was great and quiet on the 4th floor. Food was great and courtyard was a terrific place to enjoy a cup of coffee o a beautiful spring day. Janette (please excuse the spelling) was a server in the restaurant and she was so friendly and welcoming. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful as well. Truly made the stay enjoyable. Thanks!

BEWARE- First it’s ridiculous that Marriott doesn’t put microwaves in standard rooms. If you wanted to heat up something you have to go to the lobby. EVERYTHING is incredibly overpriced$$$-Examples; Bag of pretzels $7:50 and hamburger $20 which was the cheapest thing on their restaurants very limited menu. Problem is there aren’t any other restaurants in walking distance except a pizza place (30 min minimum) and a WaWa that I was forced to get their “mystery meat” sandwich takeout.To add to the insult, unlike most of their competitors, Marriotts GREED includes gouging their quest at breakfast too - not even free coffee- Oh, but Marriott offers you overpriced and NOT HOT coffee in Starbucks cups. Don’t be fooled - If you want it hot your only option is to use the tired little microwave at the front desk. And yes the property is clean and so is the inside of my wallet after staying here!

This property appears updated and offers ample seating for guests. It is clean and smells good. The room was spacious, the temperature in the room was easy to control and the room was cold, as we prefer. The improvement can be made in the bar “porch” area. The man informed us that we couldn’t order anything because the bar closed in a half hour, and there was a person mopping the kitchen. He asked us to move to the actual bar instead of the table sine we weren’t being served anything. The next evening he said he couldn’t take cash because he didn’t set up his drawer, and didn’t realize that it was 4:30, and time to open. I didn’t like that I had no options for food during the afternoon, aside from overpriced pantry items, and there was no microwave in the room.

It's a decent hotel. My one complaint is that they don't offer a continental breakfast, not even something simple like free bagels and coffee and juice. When you're staying in a hotel it's a given that you've got places to go and things to do, with little time to eat. Often, breakfast is the only meal you eat all day because you're busy. Take note that all the Courtyard Marriott chain offers is a Starbuck's in the lobby. My ham, egg and cheese on a roll and a small bottle of orange juice cost $19 ($21 with a tip.) Even in Manhattan a meal like that would go for $10. I don't mind paying for breakfast, but if you're going to charge ridiculous prices for food I least want a cafe where I don't have to stand on a long line to order. There's not even a microwave in the room, so bringing something from outside is not an option. In the future I will probably only stay at a Courtyard Marriott if there's nothing else available. They may justify the no breakfast branding as a way of passing the savings along to the consumer, but that is not reflected in their room rates. I've paid the same rate to stay at a suite in a Hilton hotel in the DC area and they offered breakfast as well as a microwave in the room.

There was a loud " pipe banging ' NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG... About every one to 2 min it would happen ...non stop... At 7 in the morning I had enough and called the front desk. Someone came up to the room and he heard it. He said he had no idea what it was and would tell the maintenance man monday morrning. This was Sunday morning. Very disappointing... such a nice hotel...

At first the experience I had was terrible the man working 1st shift was incredibly rude and unwilling to help me when i asked about an early check in. He wasn't able to remotely help me with my request of an early check-in so I left and when I came back second shift had to take it over and I have to say that guy on second shift was incredible super friendly super nice always willing to help you out to the best of his ability hands down the only reason why I would ever go back there because of that man.

I didnt like the ala carte breakfast only option. There was a coffee maker in the room but no cream and sugar; just coffee and cups. No complimentary coffee in lobby. Only option for breakfast was to purchase breakfast, which was delicious but expensive.

This hotel seems to be completely overpriced -- the rooms and the restaurant. I mean, $22 for an Old Fashion cocktail. Seriously?! I live in NYC and don't pay that much. I guess if they can get away with it, what can you do? But there is nothing special about this expensive hotel. Find one nearby at a lower price and you'll be just as comfortable, I'm sure.
