Beautiful location. The property is in okay condition. There are definitely some maintenance issues like mold on the bathroom ceiling, hot tub that doesn’t work, doors that weren’t repaired properly. The claim that this is a 5-star property is a huge stretch. The property completely empties out in the evening and looks like a ghost town. My guess it is because of insanely high prices at the dining and drink options located on premises.

The hotel, its location, beach, staff and service are excellent except one important thing. The prices for the extras are in Euros and extremely high. 12€s for a bottle of water, 10€s for a cup of tea.
