Optimum Luxury Hotel&Spa

Great hotel if you don't mind the noise of airplanes going by every 5 mins as they land. It's practically at all hours. The hotel spa is ok. The breakfast is not that great. The staff is super nice and friendly. They keep the rooms and property very clean. I was disabled so I asked for an elevator and they put me in the main building. The other buildings that Expedia price gets you are by the pool and don't have elevators. I think they are three stories each. It was very nice of the hotel to accommodate my disability needs. They have a sign that states no outside food but they did not inforce it. Also no alcohol is served on the property and resturant. Great location if you need to book a hotel by the airport.

One of the best hotels in Antalya. We've stayed in a double room for 6 nights, and we loved it. Although the hotel is directly on a flight path this wasnt a big issue for us. Breakfast was substantial and had everything you could want apart from cooked eggs. What's outstanding is all the services included, such as 2 pools, 2 saunas, hammam, and private beach with private transfer. We'd definitely come back and stay longer next time.

Oteli konumu ve ısıtmalı kapalı havuz olması sebebiyle seçtik. Öncelikle Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok kibardı ve bize direkt upgrade oda sundular ve oda gerçekten çok güzeldi. Koltuk ve bazı eşyaların biraz tozlu olmasını saymazsak temizlik iyi gibiydi. Restoran fiyat olarak lara bölgesiyle aynı gibiydi ama maalesef aşırı lezzetsizdi, hatta iki kez sipariş verdim ve ikisinde de pişman oldum diyebilirim. Hamburger uzun zamandır yediğim en kötüsüydü. Bunun dişinda yorumlarda bahsedilen uçak sesleri yoktu, duş iyiydi, personel kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Hamam fena değildi, masaj yapan hanım çok iyiydi, kapalı havuz tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı, ısıtma açılmamıştı ve şartel attığı için oldu muhtemelen yarın düzelir açıklaması yapıldı ama bundan Spa Resepsiyonun bile haberi yoktu. Sanırım yüzme dersi verildiği için öyle olsun istendi ve bahane sunuldu. Sauna da açık değildi, sadece ek bilgi.

Arrived very late to find that the sofa bed for extra child was not done up. Called receptionist and housekeeper arrived within 10 mins so not too bad. Aircon was not on so it was time consuming to figure it out (it was 28 degrees at 23:00 night when we checked in!) but we did. Room was ok, very loud planes every 3 mins (I’m not kidding!) Breakfast was bad - we did not eat! Pool was ok, bit small. Overall average, could have been much better! Has potential I would not stay again

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but didn’t like that we could not order food from restaurants outside until after a certain time. We had electrical issues in our room but were dealt with in good time. The hotel facilities were lovely overall, especially the breakfast and their spa service,

Had an amazing Time at this hotel room Beautiful & clean we stayed in a suite on the top floor that had amazing sea views. Breakfast had a great choice of delicious foods great relaxing spa with indoor pool sauna steam room relaxing rooms for massage & spa treatments at a reasonable price with special offers.This hotel is super if your an avid plane spotter as it is its situated in the flying space over the hotel. Staff are very friendly & very helpful especially Bartu who was very helpful with everything regarding my room such a pleasant assertive guy & very understanding! Bilge who worked on reception helped me with ordering food from outside one evening they are both very professional and assertive with my requests and quick responses from both of them they was always happy to help they are definitely an asset to the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Kahvaltıda biten yiyecekleri söylemeden getirmiyorlar ve genelde birçoğu bitmiş oluyor, otel havalimanı yakınında olduğu için özellikle akşamları uçakların sesi çok fazla rahatsız edici oluyor. Sabah resepsiyonda kalan arkadaşlar çok ilgisiz, otelin anlaşmalí olduğu plaja gitmek istedik ve bizi bir saatten fazla beklettiler, bu durumdan rahatsızlık duyduğumuzu söylediğimizde ise "biz ne yapabiliriz isterseniz gitmeyin" tarzında bir yaklaşım sergilediler. Odalar oldukça genişti ama koltuklar aşırı kirli. Üzerine çarşaf serip oturabildik ancak.

On a flight path with plane passing overhead throughout the night. As on 9th floor planes extremely close over balcony. Rooms not sound proof as could hear neighbour clearly. Half pool lounges broken and all needed a good clean. drink charges high

Una stanza enorme, con balcone, vista molto bella. Ma tutto finisce li. Ha una potenza di diventare un albergo di 5 stelle però... Abbiamo trovato Peli macchie e capelli sul divano, lenzuole, asciugamani. Donna di pulizia ha fatto diverse volte avanto dietro per trovare quelli puliti. Vedendo peli, ho chiesto se sono amessi animali, mi ha risposto di no, aggiungendo tutte le cose si lava insieme,auindi magari passa da altri capi. Divano aveva briccioli, ci siamo seduti solo dopo averlo coperto con una lenzuola. Inizia puzza di scarico dopo pomeriggio e puzza di frittura di sera. Vorrei allungare soggiorno, ma con quella puzza era impossibile. Condizionatore in camera da letto, rilasciava sempre una puzza, forse filtri sono da cambiare. Quello di soggiorno funzionava bene. Colazione era molto molto basic. Cosa grave che cerano gatti in giro vhe salivano sul tavolo o sedie.amo animali ma per igiene questo é inaccettabile. Ha la spa ma sinceramente dopo che ho visto la pulizia non mi andava visitarlo anche se volevo un massaggio. Divano era un divano letto ma hanno anche portato un letto singolo che era comodo. Non c'è kit di dentifrigio e barba. Mare 8 min. Parco Duden 10 min a piedi. Ho ordinato pollo e pasta di sera, era buona. Signore alto giovane che l'ha portato lavorava anche durante colazione era molto gentile. Prezzo della stanza é economico ma non tornerei.

Sehr sauber und gute Lage .. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich.. insbesondere beim checkout Shima war sehr hilfreich mit meiner Weiterreise und extreme Freundlich und bemüht.. kann ich ehrlich behaupten, denn ich komme aus der Hotellerie

Hôtel sympathique avec une piscine et un spa. La chambre est spacieuse. Mais quelques défauts le petit-déjeuner n'était pas à notre goût, peu de choix et certaines choses sont payantes, le petit-déjeuner à partir de 8h c'est un peu tard je trouve. La chose qui m'a le plus choquée c'est le ménage dans les chambres, il est à peine fait on nous change les serviettes et nous donne des bouteilles d'eau. Le toilette et le lavabo sont nettoyés et voilà leur ménage. L'aspirateur et la serpillière sont très rarement passés. À la fin de notre séjour notre chambre était pleines de poussières. Nous avions aussi une odeur horrible dans la salle de bain, nous l'avons signalé mais notre problème n'a pas été résolu.

Würde der Inhaber des Hotels mehr auf Sauberkeit legen und genauso wie beim Frühstück dort bräuchte auch viel mehr Personal um die Tische ab zu räumen das Essen aufzufüllen und das nötige Geschirr bereitzustellen so daß man gemütlich frühstücken kann was die Speisen betrifft ist das leider auch nicht unser Geschmack wir finden man sollte dort mehr Abwechslung bieten, bei der Zimmer Reinigung sollte man sich die Polster des Sofa des Stuhles und des Sessel die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher genauer anschauen und diverse Flecken zu beseitigen , im Bad fehlt der Notschalter ( da hängen die Kabel einfach aus der Wand heraus die Fliesen gehören auch mal richtig gereinigt die Zimmer Wände gehören auch mit Farbe ausgebessert . Wäre das alles aus geführt könnte man 5 Sterne vergeben!!!! . Wenn man das Foyer betritt ( Rezeption ) dort ist es top sauber da vergebe ich 10 Sterne auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen und würde es jeder Zeit wieder buchen es wäre halt wirklich schön wenn die Punkte die ich erwähnt habe beseitigt werden dann wäre das Hotel Top 🔝 wir waren im September 3 Personen für 7 Tage dort und hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Was uns noch besonders gefallen hat ist die sehr schöne Zimmereinrichtung und der Blick ins Meer und in die Wohnlandschaft . Was wir faszinierend und sehr interessant fanden sind die Flugzeuge ✈️✈️✈️ uns hat das sehr gefallen und hat uns nicht gestört da die Fenster sehr gut sind !

Otel gayet güzel ve nezihti. Temizlik açısından gayet iyiydi. Odamız standart oda olduğu için biraz küçüktü. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Hava alanı yakın olduğu için uçak sesleri vardı ama rahatsız olmadık.

Pros Low price. Works for short stay. Air-conditioned, good wifi and friendly receptionists. Taxi is nearby. Cons Our room's marble floor and was mopped minutes before checkin. It was slippery and wet, which we ended up drying ourselves. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly. We got a room at ground floor with a balcony pionting out to the nearest street. Lock on the balcony door was broken, and I couldn't trust to leave the room with our belongings inside. There was a pretty annoying alarm/siren noise, which went off now and then. Not sure what that was about. This hotel is located nearby the main airport, so be prepared to be exposed to aircraft passing noise every 10 minutes or so. This didn't bother us much, but it could be tiring when you need a moment to rest your eyes.

We arrived late on the day and unfortunately there were some misunderstandings with our booking, which is fine. The room smelt like smoke and kept smelling like smoke even if we aired it out. The room had small windows as if we were staying in a basement room so we couldn’t look out and see any view. We could hear everything outside of the room. At night we could hear people running up and down the stairs and shouting. The bed mattress had blood stains on it which was disgusting. The spa was probably the best part of the hotel and was clean and had a lovely cleaning lady. The check out proces was also a bit messy since there only was one receptionist(who was actually nice) and he had to write down and calculate what every one had taken from the minibar… we hadn’t taken anything and just needed a quick check out so it did not help the overall impression.. We did not try the outdoor pool as we came out of season. Breakfast was boring and the eggs were soggy + there was a cat that kept climbing onto the buffet trying to eat the sausage slices so we kind of lost our appetites. I would not recommend this place and I would not like to visit again… Not equivalent to what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Hotel ist sehr sauber modern eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Spa Bereich. Infrastruktur ist super Bushaltestelle in der Nähe und Flughafen, man muss wissen das die Flieger direkt über dem Hotel im Landeanflug sind, ist schön anzusehen aber sehe laut uns hat es nicht gestört. Der Pool ist sauber und schön. Kritikpunkte sind dass die Liegen am Pool nahezu alle beschädigt sind und man diese nicht verstellen kann, leider ziehen sich diese Art von Defekten (alte Handtücher im Bad, Toilettendeckel sind billig, Batterien in der Fernbedienung sind leer) durch, sodass ich nicht eine 5 Sterne Bewertung geben kann. Aber wenn man nicht so pingelig ist, ein absolut tolles Hotel.

Super mooi hotel, alles is te schoon. Personeel is heel vriendelijk, aardig, meedenkend en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn stil en schoon. Er wordt veel zorg gedragen aan hygiëne, top hotel!

Værste frokost hotellet jeg har vært på. Lite variasjoner og jeg måtte mase på at de skal fylle på ting som var tomt. Bestiller du basicrom blir du sendt til en annen bygning. Hadde en gang problem med lys på kvelden og de mente det var får seint å komme opp å hjelpe meg, Så jeg måtte gå ned selv til resepsjonen for å hente dem.

Staff was friendly and very helpful.!! Room was small and some of the finishes througout the hotel is incomplete/poor workmanship. OK hotel , but not sure if I'd go back only due to room size and incomplete finishes.

The view was pleasant. The suite was sizable and well-maintained, although there was a minor electrical issue causing intermittent power fluctuations. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities.

Then they asked for extra money to upgrade to a different room in the main building with elevator. We had no choice but to pay since we had luggage. Beware when booking with this hotel.

Check in was smooth and painless even though we were earlier than expected. Murat understood our requirements straightaway and was accommodating. Breakfast choice was basic ,but service was good. The guys were willing to fill our requests and were pleasant to deal with, though communicating in English was slightly tricky! The Spa and Hamman treatment was perfect and cannot be faulted. It was well organised with everything we need was ready in individual lockers. Well done! Availability of cold drinking water and cups would be ideal.

Special thanks to the hotel staff who made everything possible. Call taxis advise you on anything and overall very friendly people. If you need anything there are 2 blokes called omer both the loveliest and most helpful people on the site.

We arrived at night, no elevator to first floor, and no one to help in bags. Staff not supportive

First received smoking room with curtains laying on coach. Then waited 1,5 hrs for wifi to be activated because reception kept on forgetting. When I complained, he laughed at me. Breakfast was poor, many things finished and they don’t bring more. When they do, eggs are raw. When I checked out, I asked again for the manager to call me, but of course no call!

Amazing service, amazing food, the front desk helped us with everything even with organizing day events for us since i dont speak well turkish. 10/10 would recommend everyone to stay here. The only downside is the planes that fly by but when you close the bedroom door you cant hear it.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast is basic but as it’s included in the room price makes it very reasonable. The staff are very helpful. Walking distance to the waterfalls but part from that, not much around the area. If you are on a budget this hotel is great value for money but I wouldn’t say it’s luxury

Sehr schöne unterkunft, der wasserfall und strand sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken vor der türe. An der Hauptstraße sind supermärkte und essensmöglichkeiten... typisch türkisch aber exzellent. Das hoteleigene spa (sauna, dampfbad, schwimmbad innen znd pool außen) sind kostenfrei nutzbar. Super nettes personal. Uns wurde ein lunchpaket statt des inkludierten Frühstücks angeboten, da wir spät abends auscheckten

Lovely hotel, clean and modern. However, the drink in the room mini bar are extortionate, so don't use them. I was in a rush to leave the hotel for the airport and had to wait for them to check my mini bar, so in a hurry I paid the bill (which I believe I was overcharged)and emailed them twice when at home for a breakdown. They have never replied! Also the breakfast was lovely but it was not kept stocked and guests were waiting for cups and food to arrive

I stayed 4 nights with my mother in this beautiful hotel .Experienced nothing then best, great service , walkable to the beach and major attractions. We had first fllor room facing the pool, turish bath, sauna , staem room., transfer to the beach ..Breakfast was decent . Only thing i would mention is language barrier but i found out so cute and funny most of the time when we need to use google translate.. 5 starts going to Onur , receptionist who was very helpful to make our stay memorable. Hopefully i will be back soon.

Not a good experience. The rooms are mini suites which are lovely but the shower is dangerous with no handrail or a shelf for toiletries. The Free breakfast is limited for UK palette with a cost fir any warm food, eggs omelette. I asked for muesli and got porridge!! The menu for evening meal is very limited and not cooked well. The hotel is used by dentist and medical patients coming from the UK but the staff do not speak English. The public area is not suitable for socialising as it's nearly the reception area. The bar closes at 10pm which is located in the dining room. The location is not good as it's a long walk to any resturants although Duden Waterfall is reasonably close. If the this hotel intends to welcome UK patients they need to make some massive improvements to cater for customers needs. I would not recommend a stay here.

Oteli konumu ve ısıtmalı kapalı havuz olması sebebiyle seçtik. Öncelikle Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok kibardı ve bize direkt upgrade oda sundular ve oda gerçekten çok güzeldi. Koltuk ve bazı eşyaların biraz tozlu olmasını saymazsak temizlik iyi gibiydi. Restoran fiyat olarak lara bölgesiyle aynı gibiydi ama maalesef aşırı lezzetsizdi, hatta iki kez sipariş verdim ve ikisinde de pişman oldum diyebilirim. Hamburger uzun zamandır yediğim en kötüsüydü. Bunun dişinda yorumlarda bahsedilen uçak sesleri yoktu, duş iyiydi, personel kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Hamam fena değildi, masaj yapan hanım çok iyiydi, kapalı havuz tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı, ısıtma açılmamıştı ve şartel attığı için oldu muhtemelen yarın düzelir açıklaması yapıldı ama bundan Spa Resepsiyonun bile haberi yoktu. Sanırım yüzme dersi verildiği için öyle olsun istendi ve bahane sunuldu. Sauna da açık değildi, sadece ek bilgi.

Arrived very late to find that the sofa bed for extra child was not done up. Called receptionist and housekeeper arrived within 10 mins so not too bad. Aircon was not on so it was time consuming to figure it out (it was 28 degrees at 23:00 night when we checked in!) but we did. Room was ok, very loud planes every 3 mins (I’m not kidding!) Breakfast was bad - we did not eat! Pool was ok, bit small. Overall average, could have been much better! Has potential I would not stay again
