Biz dikkat etmeden rezervasyon yapmıştık ancak yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği güzel ve yeterli ancak peynir ceşidi az ve oldukça kalitesizdi. Filtre kahve yok, granül kahve var. We loved this hotel and its amenities. The roof top decks are wonderful for watching hot air baloons going over Goreme. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and our room was clean and comfortable. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. The location is walkable to Goreme and various restaurants. Parking was on the street, but finding a spot wasn't a problem. Highly recommend.

I had the loveliest stay at Osmanli. The staff are all fantastic and the hotel looks brand new. The bed is comfy and the bathroom has everything you need. A little further away from all the action but only a 10 min walk. I missed one night due to a delayed flight and I’m gutted! The rooms have air con and there is a pool with loungers on the first floor. Breakfast is a wide selection served on the roof terrace. Would come back again, thank you Osmanli for your kind and helpful staff. The hotel is super clean too.

You can’t go wrong with this hotel. It’s right next to a Turkish bath place where u can pamper yourself! People are friendly, helpful, and so much food for breakfast. Nice pool too if the weather is warm. About 15 minutes walk to the city center.

The bathroom was not that clean Food is good but there is no restaurant or anything after 10:30 am u can just get water or tea or coffee from the front desk In are last day we have to leave the hotel at 7:30 am we went to get snacks before we leave like 7:25 am they kicked us out even tho I told I don’t want to eat or anything just be quick before the shuttle gets there They didn’t care even though everything was ready It’s cool place but u can get something better for less money we went out and saw the other hotels in the area

Friendly and helpful staffs. Hotel clean, room clean. I stay 4 nights at room 304, I like the balcony, you can see air balloons from there. A little noisy at night if you are light sleep, you can hear everything outside and next doors, even though closing all windows. The air- condition is good but the light of numbers temperature too bright. The breakfast is not for us, but it is okay, hotel near town, we walk there to eat, a lot of food. No elevator. I like the hotel terrace. Still recommend to stay here if you don’t like to deal with all the hotel up hill.

I stayed 2 different rooms while I am staying there. However, the second room was not satisfied. There was no door for a shower booth so all the waters were splashed all over in the bathroom and it was humid and hot. I think there is a problem with the room structure. And in the morning, construction began and there was a noise that I could not sleep.

We stayed four nights here and one night in a cave hotel. It was the best decision we made as this hotel was much more comfortable being bigger and having a sofa to chill after a day out. The rooftop hot air balloon viewing in the morning was also much better, with 360 degrees view of all balloons. Unlike most accommodations we stayed in Turkiye, the photos from this hotel are true to it's current condition. Minor dislike is the lack of ventilation and no shower door in the bathroom.

The hotel offered a quiet atmosphere with great views from their terrace. I loved how clean the facility was and the comfort of the spacious rooms and bathroom. We had a 10 minute walk to the main street which wasn't bad even under the hot summer days. Breakfast was the best we had in our 7 day stay amongst the 3 different hotels we stayed at. Try the San Sebastian Cheesecake from them better than the ones we had in Istanbul. Staff is very helpful, they demonstrated excellent service at all times. The only bummer was not having an iron in the room but they extended their laundry room for us to use and get our clothes pressed. Thank you Osmanli for an unforgettable stay. Patron the dog was just a great joy to see each time we were in the lobby.

Terrific, friendly, accommodating staff. Nice room with firm mattress and nice, powerful rain shower. No washcloths or luffa and no bar soap, so a washcloth would be nice. Unbelievably beautiful view from 4th floor restaurant and lounge, but no elevator and the steps are pretty but narrow. Accessibility is an issue.

We just came back from a 2 night stay in this hotel. The hotel was exceptional, had a very relaxed and calm atmosphere, the staff couldn't do enough for us, restaurant had an amazing breakfast and a choice of an evening dinner. The hotel was located within 10 minutes walk to all local amenities. The view from the terrace in the morning was one of the most breathtaking moments. We even got a little gift as a goodbye. Ein sehr schönes Hotel was ich jedem weiterempfehlen kann. Das Hotel liegt in Göreme und zu Fuß kann vieles erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gibt viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Das Highlight des Hotels ist die Terrasse, wo man morgens um 6 die Ballons anschauen und den schönen Ausblick genießen kann. Die Personalien waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn ich wieder mach Kappadokien reisen sollte, würde ich wieder das Hotel besuchen.

Excellent service (especially at the front desk), great breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, cozy room decor, perfect location, fantastic views from restaurant and rooftop, and unexpected fun with the cats that the hotel takes care of. Only negatives were that I wish the restaurant put burners under the hot food at the breakfast buffet because the food was always cold or room temperature instead of hot and they kept running out of coffee cups—we had to bring our own cups from our room most days. With that said, we still really enjoyed and looked forward to the breakfast. Finally, the airport van service the hotel uses took an especially long time to get from the airport to the hotel (including 45 minutes of sitting outside the airport waiting for all of the dozens of people in the 3 big vans to be ready to leave at once, which was unnecessary and frustrating, and then the vans stopped in several different villages ahead of our stop, all of which I wish the hotel warned us about ahead of booking the van because, although the van was cheap, we would’ve taken a private taxi instead since we were trying to get to the hotel asap—in comparison the van worked well to get from the hotel to the airport because it was just one van picking people up at predetermined times). Overall we loved our stay so my criticisms are meant to be constructive. We would gladly stay at the hotel again.
