Stayed 2 nights

Our stay was slightly complicated, in two nights we had to switch rooms AND have the room keys replaced twice(which requires walking through a parking lot to the main building lobby and waiting in a line). The first time took over 20 minutes because they couldn’t find my name or reservation anywhere in the system and said the room was booked to another person I’d never heard of(our things were already in the room as we’d stayed the night before and had it booked for two nights), so these long walks/wasted time was very frustrating for us. I will say, for $100/night its a clean safe place to sleep, but don’t expect extras.. there are no complimentary water bottles in the room so we drank from the tap, and the coffee maker did not have any tea bags. Our other biggest issue was the temperature of the room when we finally checked in after a day at the parks/dinner/drinks..we checked in at midnight and the room given to us was like 85 F(hotter than it was outside), we were so tired so we just cranked down the a/c and stood/sat in front of it and sweat for probably 3 hours before the room finally cooled down enough to sleep(we still slept on top of the sheets). It stayed cold the remainder of our trip, but a hotel room should atleast be a comfortable temp like 70 when you walk in, not seeming like the a/c had been off for several hot/humid Florida days prior to your check-in to the room. It was a frustrating stay, but the staff was incredibly nice and helpful which was appreciated

Our room wasn’t the cleanest, nor was the outside, walking area of the hotel. Good thing. We mainly spent all of our days at the parks nearby.
